2014, SOPA

27th October

"Chaeyoung," Jeong Ho whispered as she turned around to face him and mouthed, "What?" "I have an important talk with you!" he whispered back and suddenly the maths teacher turned and said, "Jeong Ho, what is the answer to the last question I gave?" "Twenty-three x squared plus four", Chaeyoung whispered fast and Jeong Ho repeated that like a parrot.

The maths teacher who was unaware of this and thought that Jeong Ho said it told him to sit and warned him not to talk again. "So what were you going to tell?" Chaeyoung turned properly after the bell rang signalling the end of the class and they had fifteen minutes to spare.

"Do you think Lisa likes me?" Remembering the incidents from their sleepover she raised an eyebrow at Jeong Ho. Jeongguk who was sitting beside Jeong Ho pretended to not pay any attention to their conversation but listened anyway.

"Please Chaeya I like her, please tell her that or at the very least get to know if she likes me," Jeong Ho pleaded with her as she slowly nodded her head and suddenly smirked.

"So what do you like about that unlikeable idiot?" Chae asked him and he narrowed his eyes knowing she was teasing him. "Why do you care, you have Jeongguk!" Jeong Ho teased her back nudging his friend beside who ignored him and she rolled her eyes. "Fine, I will ask her," she said unintended to allow this conversation to grow. "You just avoided the conversation like you avoid avocados," Jeong Ho said laughing.

"Avocados are nasty! How can people even eat them?" Chae made a weird facial structure as Jeong Ho laughed at her comment. He suddenly noticed a shiny ring on Chae's left hand's middle finger and asked, "Why do you have a ring? And that too on the middle finger." Chae answered, "Oh it is a ring Lisa bought for both of us, and we wore it on the middle finger to tell other people to fvck off if they try to butt in our friendship."

"Wow, this is shiny-"Jeong Ho's voice faded off as he took her small hands in his long fingers to examine the ring. Chaeyoung let him do it knowing it is nothing more than a friend or at most a sibling-like gesture. Meanwhile, Jeongguk was fuming in jealousy as he watched Chaeyoung's hand with Jeong Ho.

"You know my uncle's wedding is coming up, give me that ring so I can gift them," Jeongguk suddenly spoke up in a joking manner and Chaeyoung said, "No" and turned around grinning lightly before Gguk could even hold her hand. Turning around again Chaeyoung said, "Fine, I will ask Lisa!" as Jeong Ho grinned lightly at her.

During the lunch break Chaeyoung basically ran to Lisa's class and dragged her to the school cafeteria and tapped her hand impatiently as Lisa brought food for both of them, "Yeah, so Jeong Ho likes you too," Chaeyoung said and Lisa's eyes went wide. "Oh, that's great!" Lisa said after a minute just to see Chaeyoung hogging down the burger.

"Chaeyoung-ah if he proposes to me I will accept," Lisa said dreamily to which Chaeyoung just hummed in approval. Her best friend might have a lot of boys behind her as her love but Chaeyoung's love is food, sleep and music, she is going to manifest in those relationships.

3rd November

"Guys, this is so romantic, finally Jeong Ho proposed to Hana," Dasom said and Chaeyoung almost spits out the water she was drinking. "What?" she widened her eyes- one day she is absent from school and so many things happen. "Where's Lisa?" she asked and Chan Mi replied, "She needed you yesterday," and Chae's face palmed herself for being absent.

Chan Mi felt sorry for Lisa because she wasn't heartless after all, everything she was doing to Chaeyoung was out of pure jealousy but she was not mature enough to understand it. That didn't mean she would want Chaeyoung to have an accident and die, she was not evil, she was just immature at that age where you deal with various things.

During the lunch break, she saw Lisa but Lisa's face was emotionless like she was just empty in her mind. "Lis, don't be so sad," Chaeyoung said rubbing her hand as Lisa slowly turned to her and said, "You know you-" "I know I am so sorry Lis, I shouldn't have given you hopes about him, I didn't realise he was such a jerk, I am so sorry!" Chaeyoung said all that in one breath.

"Your future boyfriend will shut you up with a kiss if you continue to blabber like this in the future," Lisa laughed lightly and said, "I will never blame you but I do blame him for telling you. Moreover, I think I will tell him this- you think you can hurt me by doing this, well you are so wrong. I will find someone better and more sensible than you." "Yeah you go, girl," Chaeyoung said as she dragged Lisa to her classroom. She spotted Jeong Ho sitting alone as Hana was talking to Dasom and Aeri and dragged Lisa there. "Lisa wants to say something to you," Chaeyoung said as Jeong Ho looked up surprised.

"Yeah-, y-you like- breaking me- but find someone better-"Lisa stuttered out as Chaeyoung looked at her wondering what was wrong with her friend. Lisa just left the class hurriedly getting saved by the warning bell for the ending of lunch break. "What did she say?" Jeong Ho asked and Chaeyoung just felt like punching his face for good.

"She said she will find someone better," Chaeyoung said rolling her eyes. This drama was increasing her headache at each moment and the smirking face of Hana just increased her level of irritation. "I honestly just hate them," she gritted her teeth as she sat down on her seat.

What messed up her mind was why would Jeong Ho do that? He was not that type of boy who just liked playing around and even genuinely liked Lisa. Then why would he even do this thing, what brought such a drastic change in him? Chaeyoung was left alone with her thoughts as the other students came by and went.

Got scolded by mom as she caught me reading Wattpad in class on my laptop and she told me she will remove it from the laptop. Now, who's gonna tell her that it is in google and she can't remove it lol, I will just watch the drama unfold.
