Chiharu walks up to you, and she wears something different, and looks to you.

She also seems to have a tattoo at her right thigh, which is a card with a kanji that is ハーツの管理 with her initials on it, and at the center of it is a heart. 

"Konnichiwa, young human. May I ask what is your name?" She asks, smiling sweetly. She seems to have a slight hint of a Japanese and British accent.
