Author's POV

Everyone went outside the mansion with heavy awkwardness in the air. Bogum and Sooyeon both didn't even acknowledge each other's presence.

Saerim was continuously trying to get attention from kook by her sweet voice or short dress but Jungkook was only looking at a certain blonde male.

Bogum was weirdly trying to get close to tae which annoyed Kookie. Yoongi was glaring at Bogum. Jimin was feeling guilty for putting Sooyeon in such conditions. Hoseok oblivious to all of these things was wondering what had happened. Poor him.

"So how are we gonna reach the resort? " Hoseok trying to ease the tension. "We are going to use two cars one is mine and the other one is Bogum hyung's. " Jimin explained.

"Y'all can decide with whom you wanna go " he added.

"I'll go with Jimin " Sooyeon immediately declared. "Me too" Hoseok said. "Umm but there is one problem " Jimin hesitantly said. "What " everyone asked.

"Actually I don't know how to drive " he finally said. "WHAT! " everyone exclaimed. "umm sorry guys but does here knows how to drive? " Jimin asked.

"I know " Yoongi said. "That's great!, Yoongi hyung can drive us there, right?" Hoseok asked. "Sure " Yoongi said. It was all decided now, Jimin, Yoongi, Hoseok and Sooyeon would go in Jimin's car with Yoongi as the driver and Taekook, Bogum and Saerim would go in Bogum's car with him as the driver.

Time skip

They were almost halfway of their destination. Bogum was sitting at the driver seat with Tae beside him and Jungkook and Saerim at the back. Jungkook was feeling extremely uncomfortable with the presence of Saerim.

Meanwhile Bogum and Tae were chatting about few things which Jungkook didn't liked a bit. Previously also he didn't liked the way Bogum insisted Tae so much to sit in the front.

He was feeling a familiar feeling which he used to feel few years ago.

"Oh kookie there is something on hair" Saerim said grabbing Jungkook's attention. "Where?" he asked. "Here Umm wait a minute " she said.

"Done! " she said. "oh thanks " he said with a fake smile.

"Seems like you are having the best time of your life, Jungkook " Bogum said with a small smirk.

"Yes and it's so good that I prefer dying instead of sitting here. " He said truthfully and Tae busted out laughing. " You are still the same kookie, filter less and not afraid to show your feelings." he said between his laughs not realising the nickname he used.

Jungkook smiled a little after hearing that nickname.

"Bogum hyung, I am feeling sleepy and I can't rest here can I go at the back seat, please " Taehyung requested.

"Sure bear " Bogum replied. He stopped the car, Tae and Saerim exchanged their seats and they resumed their journey.

Suddenly a message popped up in Tae's phone. He opened to check it.

[Jungkook ]

Thanks for saving me from
that clingy af girl

Tae looked at Jungkook and the younger male gave him a smile

I didn't exchanged my seat
to help you, I did because
I was feeling sleepy and
wanted to rest

never sleep in a car

And that caught Taehyung off guard. He can't believe that the ravenette still remember such details about him.

"We are going to reach there soon so it would be better if you don't sleep Tae" Bogum said and Tae nodded.

He was scrolling through his phone then suddenly a message popped up in his group chat. He checked it was sent by his Hobi Hyung.

He sighed in defeat and turned towards Jungkook. "Umm Jungkook can I ask you something? " he hesitantly said.

"What? " the ravenette replied. "You and Sooyeon are pretty close right? " he said with much difficulty. "Yes we are childhood best friends " the younger male replied knowing what's coming next

"Oh that's good. I have noticed that she is very reserved and quiet, she doesn't often talks about her feelings or what she likes, so I was just curious if you can list the things she likes " he said sheepishly.

It caught kookie off guard. He was expecting a question about his and Sooyeon's relationship but it was something very different.

Suddenly a thought striked his mind

"Do you probably....like her?" Jungkook asked hoping for a negative answer.

"NO! No, but one my friend does and he needs help in proposing her. So he asked me if I could ask you about her preferences. " Tae replied truthfully.

Jungkook was somehow relieved by the answer.

"There are many things she likes and dislikes, if I start listing it here then you probably won't be able to remember those and plus I don't want to list them here. I would rather text you personally about it " the ravenette said.

"Ok, thanks "

That was a long one. It's the longest chapter till now. Since I won't be updating often from now because of my exams so I thought to write a long chap.
