Penelope held my hand the whole walk. We crossed the street once more and walked back into the apartment building. Zeus being extra careful with the little girl. We stepped into the elevator and went up 2 floors. We stepped out and I unlocked the door. The girl waiting for me to help her with her coat. I hung the coat up and then hung Zeus his leash on the coat reck neck to the stairs. I walked into the room with the leash seeing everyone had arrived. I hung it up and greeted everybody. I walked back into the hallway and hung up my coat. I arrived back into the room and sat down against George. I crossed my legs while his arm went around my shoulders. I looked to my side to see his eyes on me. I smiled at him before softly pecking his lips. I leaned my head on his shoulder. I was a bit cold in this dress.

George: "cold?"

Mike: "yea a little."

George: "you can go change if you want?"

Mike: "better idea."

I stood up and walked up the stairs. I changed into a white sweater with some white jeans.

I placed on a pair of white with a little black sneakers to complete the outfit before running down the stairs again. I sat down in the same position next to George. He kissed my temple gently.

George: "better?"

Mike: "loads."

Penelope climbed next to me on the couch and sat down on my lap. I gave her a big hug.

Penelope: "aunty Mike?"

Mike: "yes?"

Penelope: "can we draw later?"

Mike: "of course we can."

𝙶𝚎𝚘𝚛𝚐𝚎'𝚜 𝚙𝚘𝚟

Mike had prepared dinner and after we had finished the delicious meal we all sat down on the couch again. Mike sitting in the corner of the couch with her feet against my legs. Penelope sitting next to her as the toddler happily told her about all her adventures. After a while the kid fell asleep in Mike her arms while Mike mixed herself into our conversation. Not to long after falling asleep herself on the couch with Penelope still in her arms. Her feet still against my leg as she peacefully slept. Her breath steady and slow. Max chuckled softly from next to me at the sight of Mike and Penelope asleep.

Max: "I'm gonna admit that they look cute."

George: "very cute."

After an hour Kelly, Max and Penelope left. Penelope sleeping in Kelly her arms. Mike still asleep in the couch as Lando, Alex, Charles and Charlotte were still on the couch talking. Charlotte snuggled up to Charles a bit more. I picked Mike up from the couch and walked up the stairs. Her head on my chest as she staid asleep. I laid her down underneath the duvet and placed a soft kiss on her forehead before standing up and walking down the stairs towards the remaining people. It was 22:30PM. We had some good chats and around 23:30PM the last people left the house. I grabbed all the glasses from the coffee table and placed them in the dishwasher. The squealing staircase making me look up. Mike had changed into a pair of my sweatpants and a hoodie of mine while her face was stood sleepy and tired. She started taking some of the last glasses off the coffee table and met me halfway the kitchen.

George: "go to sleep love. I will finish the last bits."

Mike: "no it's okay. I will help you."

George: "go back to bed... your tired."

Mike: "so are you."

I took the glasses from her and placed on the counter before throwing her over my shoulder. I threw her back into the bed where she laid minutes earlier. I pecked her lips before I closed the door behind me. I cleaned the rest and after 10 minutes I walked back into the bedroom. Mike her head turned to face me. I stripped my clothes off leaving me in my boxers. I placed a pair of shorts and hoodie on and quickly brushed my teeth. I climbed into the bed next to Mike. I wrapped my arms around her and leaned my head on her stomach. Her hand softly playing in my hair as we both slowly drifted off to sleep only to be wake up by the sound of an alarm ringing. Right... Tenerife's here we come. Yesterday we both packed our suitcases and now we were both up. I changed into a pair of blue jeans with a white shirt and a grey hoodie over it. Mike changed into a pair of blue jeans as well with a baby blue shirt and a dark blue hoodie. She tied her shoes before running down the stairs. Callum promised to pick up Zeus later today and watch after him. So I trusted him with that. I brought our suitcases and backpack's downstairs and sat down at the table where Mike had just placed our diet-proof breakfast bowls. We ate in silence before getting out of the apartment and towards my Mercedes. The drive to the airport faster then expected. The parking lot was quite empty for this time so parking was easy. We grabbed the suitcases out of the trunk and we both pulled them along. I linked my fingers with Mike her fingers needing to know that she was still behind me before walking into the airport. We checked in and afterwards walked to our gate. We laid the backpacks on the ground between our legs before Mike let out a sigh with her head on my shoulder.

Mike: "way to early for vacation."

George: "just think about the fact that we're going to the sun."

Mike: "that makes it better yes."

We both softly chuckled. I planted a kiss on her hair and wrapped my arms around her while softly rubbing her arm with my hand. After a while we boarded the plain and took place at our seats. The first class seats paired in two. Mike sitting at the window as it was her favorite place and my least favorite. We soon went up into the air and the sun was shining outside.
