This morning, Leo, Hayley, Max, Emma, Jackie, and I are all eating breakfast in the courtyard. I am wearing the cutest red and blue off the shoulder top with white pants and my hair down in curls. I am again sitting between Leo and Hayley while I eat my vegan oatmeal.

"So, uh. What are you reading?", Max asks Jackie nervously trying to start up a conversation.

"Surf Reports.", Jackie says in a dry voice,"five-foot swells tomorrow."

"So you surf?", Max asks Jackie almost scared of her response. Jackie gives him a look then Max stutters,"Obviously."

"So, where are you from, Sanders?", Leo says after swallowing a forkful of eggs.

"- Everywhere. I bounced around a lot.", Jackie says playing it off as if she is okay with it.

"Cool.", Leo says.

"Hey, I don't mean to be nosy, but why were you in handcuffs at the exam?", Emma asks while twirling her fork. Jackie looks around trying to avoid the question as an awkward silence fills the table.

Hayley quickly comes up with an excuse to help Jackie, "To protect Leo. I mean, did you hear how loud he was playing his guitar? Ha-ha. Even I would've strangled him."

I try to help lighten the situation and tell Jackie,"Hey. If you are going surfing tomorrow, count me in. I love surfing and haven't surfed since I left."

Jackie looks at me with a smile,"Really?"

"I used to enter into competitions all the time. I won Nationals 2 years ago thanks to Jason. Who by the way is like the best surfer I have ever met.", I say with a smile, happy to have something in common with Jackie. Jackie turns around to put away the surf report.

"What? My notebook. How did this happen? It was soaking wet. I threw it away.", Jackie says coming up with a red notebook in her hands.

"Well, I just remembered I have a lot of homework to do.", Max says walking away.

"That was weird", Jackie says looking at Max run away as we all agree with her. She flops through her notebook the rest of breakfast, thankful to have it back.

"Hey, Alex.", Hayley says trying to get Alex's attention as he passes her by. He doesn't even look her way as he talks with Daniel.

I rub her back as she sadly looks down at her breakfast. I notice that Brooke walks in with a sad look on her face. I excuse myself from the table and walk towards my sister.

"Hey, Brooke. What is wrong?", I ask her while she makes her breakfast.

She gives me a worried look before glancing at Daniel and saying," Daniel isn't telling me something. Something important... I think. I-I don't exactly know what he was doing but he is definitely doing something he shouldn't."

"He will tell you when he is ready", I tell Brooke as she frowns before I say,"but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't keep an eye out for him."

"Thanks, I hope you are right. Wanna eat breakfast?", Brooke asks me with a hopeful smile.

"I am sorry I already ate", I tell her before I am distracted by two cops asking my dad about something. Brooke sees this also and gives me a questioning look.

"I wonder what that is about", I said tilting my head to get a better view.

"I don't know", Brooke says trying to see as well before saying," but I have too much on my plate to find out and dad can handle whatever it is. Well, I better eat before tennis class starts. Bye, sis."

I am sitting in the Raven's clubhouse, trying to relax before meditation class starts. I have a sweaty class after speech and debate so I put on stretch pants and a tank top with my long hair down with a braid on the side. I am curled up on a chair listening to music humming along with the tunes. I think I hear somebody call my name so I take out my earbuds.

"You okay?", Leo asks me with his hands in his pockets and shoulders hunched over.

"Yeah. Why wouldn't I be?", I ask him confused by the question.

"Hey. Wait. I wanna show you something", He says to me with a smile before I give him an unsure look.

"Come on you'll love it.", He says holding out his hand. I bit my lip before I I give him my hand and he smiles even wider taking it and pulling me out of the clubhouse. He walks me to a door almost hidden in the hallway and opens the door.

"Leo, I am really not sure about this", I tell him since I have never seen this room before.

"Trust me, you'll love it.", he says pulling me into what I find to be a music room. It has instruments strewn all around the place.

"Whoa! What is this place?", I say in awe of the musical paradise before my eyes. Although I know how to sing, I have never been able to play an instrument which is something I have always wanted to do.

"This is where I go when I need to be alone.", he tells me looking at the room with a nostalgic smile.

I give him a smile before giving him a hug wrapping my arms around his neck, he is at first frozen in shock before he relaxes and I feel two surprisingly strong arms wrap around me."Thank you. For showing me this room. You didn't have to do this but you did.", I tell him knowing how special this room must be to him. I inhale his scent which smells of cologne and wood probably from the guitars.

I pull away from Leo and begin to look around the room admiring the design. I hear a beautiful song being played behind me. I turn around to see Leo playing the guitar and ask,"What is that?"

" That is Bach. The world's first rocker.", he said as I give him a smile and he continues,"You want to be the next one?"

"I have always wanted to learn how but I am so horrible nobody will teach me", I tell him laughing thinking about the time my dad tried to show me how to play a piano and decided that he would teach me how to ride a horse instead. I have never seen my dad give up on anything but, he refuses to try to teach me again.

"Here, come on. Try it. All right, just sit down. Here. Take the guitar", Leo says grabbing an electric light blue guitar and giving it to me.

"Okay", I reply excitedly.

I try to hold the guitar the way I remember rockstars holding it. Leo comes really close from behind me and fixes the guitar in the right position saying right next to my ear, "All right, now, here, give me your hand. All right. Just put your fingers there, there See? That's an A chord. A chord, this is Angel"

I try to form a straight sentence but can not think with Leo so close to me blushing I stutter,"Nice to meet you, A chord." Leo smiles at me then shows me how to stroke the guitar. I try it the first time and mess up but get it right the second time with Leo's help.

"You sure it's okay?", I say scared to embarrass myself with my horrible guitar skills.

"Yeah, no one can hear a thing. here." , Leo says plugging my guitar into the amp before sitting next to me with his own guitar.

I begin to play the guitar and surprisingly do not sound horrible. I get up from my seat and begin to play two cords over and over again.

" I love this!", I yell to Leo as he smiles and begins playing his guitar with me. I begin to think of an old song Brooke and I used to love and start singing with the guitar.

I finish and find that Leo and I are inches apart from each other in the music room. I feel Leo's minty breath fan across my face.

"You are", Leo starts looking straight into my eyes almost like he was reading my soul. I close my eyes scared he was going to say horrible and make me regret opening my big mouth,"amazing."

"Thank you", I say with a blush, " I wish I could sing as well as you play guitar. You are really good."

"Maybe I could teach you. If you like.", Leo says and I swear his eyes dart to my lips for a second as his Adam's apple bobs up and down.

"I would like that. A lot.", I tell him in a soft voice scared to speak any louder. Leo inches closer to the point where if I were to move in the slightest our lips would touch. My eyes flutter closed on instinct and I feel Leo move to kiss me before he moves away from me and clears his throat, running his hand through his hair.

I move away embarrassed that I thought he was going to kiss me and look at the guitar still in my hands.

"So um the easiest chords to start with are A and Em chord. You just played the C chord when you sang.", he says showing me the chords.

Leo begins to teach me and after thirty minutes I am still trying to perfect the chords. I begin to lose hope but Leo makes me continue telling me I will get it.

"Maybe I am showing this to you wrong. Maybe you need to learn another way.", Leo says looking away with a distant look in his eye as he gets an idea.

"Or maybe I just suck.", I humph in a disappointed tone.

"No. You don't.", Leo says giving me a smile,"Don't say that about yourself. I think I have been trying to teach you the wrong way. Think of your voice as the guitar."

I try again and listen to Leo's advice. I begin to picture myself singing and let my hands follow the chords. I surprisingly I get it right. We practice for a little while after that.

"You're a quick learner. Now you know two chords, which means you can play 90% of the songs ever written.", Leo says with a proud look on his face.

"Really?", I ask him excitedly.

"No.", he tells me giving me a wink.

"Oh.", I say disappointedly before I smiling, "Listen, Leo. Thanks. I really liked this I would love to do this again sometime."

"Anytime", Leo says with a smile on his face. I look at the clock and realize I am super late for meditation class.

"I have to go. I am so late.", I say going to grab my bag before I run to class.

I run into the class to be welcomed by silence.

"Ah. Welcome, Angelina. Next time I suggest come 30 minutes earlier, I would hate to tell this to your dad. Well, sit down. Next time you will be in a lot of trouble.", Ms. Relu tells me with a small frown on her face. Ms. Relu is one of those free-spirited teachers who doesn't believe in wearing shoes or shaving. She is my favorite teacher in the Greenhouse; I enjoy her open mind.

I go to place my yoga mat next to Brooke who opens her eyes and gives me a look like 'Why are you coming into meditation class when it is halfway done! Where were you!?!?'. I mouth to her that I will explain everything later before looking at Ms. Relu for instructions.

The rest of the day goes by quickly and I find myself going to the coffee bar for dessert before I go to sleep. I order a cup of tea and a slice of chocolate cake and move to wait for my drink. I see Alex pacing by a shrubbery before sitting down at a table and I grab my tea and sit next to him.

"What is wrong?", I ask raising my eyebrows playfully.

"I-uh-um-", Alex stutters almost like he had forgotten what he was doing himself before he looks up at me,"WannaapologizetoHayleyandIamscaredofherreaction.", he says quickly as if he just remembered.

"I am sure if you just tell her you are sorry and explain to her what happened or why she will forgive you. All she wants is for you to talk to her.", I tell him with a smile.

"Really?" he asks with a guilty look.

"Yes. Really. I have to go back up if I want a good nights rest but good luck", I tell him getting out of the chair I had been sitting on.

"Thanks, Angel. I am happy Hayley has you as a friend.", Alex tells me before hugging me. I hug him back and give him a tight squeeze before leaving.

I walk back to the Eagles clubhouse and try to open the door but, it doesn't unlock. I knock on the door and wait for someone to answer. Leo quickly answers the door and give me a confused look as I show him my louie.

"My louie isn't working.", I tell Leo and Max as I try to turn it on.

"Been here less than a week and you already broke it?", Leo jokes. I walk past him giving him a slight playful shove with my hand and sending him a smile.

"Whatever. Can I use one of yours for a second then? I need to text Brooke.", I tell them.

Max fumbles for his as Leo hands me his with ease. I give them both a thankful smile before calling Brooke and walking to the balcony.

"Hey, sis. My louie isn't working so I am using Leo's instead.", I tell her when she answers.

"What? What do you mean?", Brooke asks me.

"It won't turn on and I couldn't get into the clubhouse. Weird right? I will give it to dad tomorrow.", I tell her while I look at the moon.

"Yeah.", she agrees.

"So did Daniel tell you what is wrong?", I ask her.

"Nope. Daniel is definitely avoiding me and I don't know what to do. I am going to try and find out.", she tells me.

"I hope you do. I got to go. Goodnight!", I tell her as she wishes me good night as well before I hang up.

I hand the louie back to Leo before I yawn and go to my bed to go to sleep.

I am awoken from my dreams to see Jackie shaking me awake. I look at my louie and see that it is 3:00 a.m., causing me to glare at Jacke who can see my reaction from the faint glow of my louie.

"You said you would enjoy going surfing again right?", she asks me slowly as if I did not understand why she woke me up (which I didn't). I slowly nod my head still not connecting the dots in my sleep-ridden head. I wear a cute Roxy long-sleeved swimsuit that goes with my board.

"Well now is the best time to surf. So if you wanna come..get up!", she whisper-screams at me tugging my blankets.

"Fine", I mumble as Jackie help me find my swimsuit. I quickly change and splash some water on my face to wake up. I join Jackie at the front door where she is waiting for me with a surfboard in her hand.

"Where is your board?", she asks me with an annoyed look her face.

"Ugh", I moan realizing it is in my dad's office,"It is in my dad's office and my louie is broken. Let's check and see if Jason accidentally left it unlocked."

Jackie hesitantly agrees and I rush to my dad's office as Jackie goes to the beach to wait for me, I try to open the door for it to unlock. As I walk in I notice the light's are on and two people are standing in the room.

"Hey...Jason. Um, Whatcha ya doing?", I say looking at the kind lady who seems to be in her early forties. They both freeze stopping their conversation at once

"Angel. This is Daniel's mom, Mrs.Hayward. She is a great benefactor to the Greenhouse.", Jason says leading me to Mrs. Hayward and mumbling the last part in my ear. I shake her hand and introduce myself,"Hello. I am Angelina Osmund, Jason and Brooke's sister, and Louis's daughter. It is very nice to meet you, Daniel is a great guy."

"We were discussing a banquet we were going to have in honor of all your father has done. We don't want him to know yet.", Mrs. Hayward told me.

"Yeah! I completely understand", I tell them proud to hear about my father being awarded for all his hard work.

"I don't want to interrupt but, I just need to grab my board. I am about to go surfing. Ya know this is the best time to hit the waves!", I tell them awkwardly grabbing my board and walking towards the door.

"Have fun!", Mrs. Hayward tells me as Jason warns me to be careful.

"I will.", I tell them both before I leave. I went to Jackie who is waiting for me to join her at the beach. Together we walk on the beach looking for a good place to surf and talk about surfing on the way.

"I am so nervous, I haven't surfed in a year. I am scared I won't be good.", I tell her.

"You will be great! I am sure.", she tells me with a smile as we finally reach the shore. We both begin to paddle towards the waves.

I go on the first wave and wobble a bit before I gain stability and begin to do small tricks. Jackie joins me in the second wave and we are all just surfing and having fun. I begin to do some more extreme tricks.

"Hey!", Jacke shouts over the water splashing,"Can you show me how to do a trick on the board?"

"Sure. Come on. Let's go to the shore first.", I tell her swimming to the shore.

I begin to teach her an easy trick to let her stay on top of the waves which is crucial to almost all other tricks. After that, we try it in the water and eventually Jackie gets the hang of it even adding a bit of a flair to it. We eventually walk back to the clubhouse soaking wet and giggling to see the cops and Raven's waiting for us.

"Wow. You Raven's sure know how to party", Jackie says as I laugh with her before I see an Eagles Logo. Brooke wouldn't...

"Where were you?", Leo asks us although he is really just looking at Jackie. We both look at our surfboard as if it is obvious.

"You went surfing before dawn?", Leo asks us doubtfully.

"Best time to surf", I tell him with a small smile hoping to ease the tense atmosphere.

"Why did you leave our door open?", Leo asks glaring at us. I just now noticed he has purple paint around his eyes and yellow on his nose making him look silly.

"What's with all the questions?", Jackie asks him starting to get mad.

"You think we did this?", I ask Leo hurt that he would think so lowly of us and mad that he would act this way.

"Not we, Ang", Jackie says as she glares at the room and goes to change.

I give Leo a withering glare and follow Jackie but not before saying, "Nice face."

I take a shower and get changed trying not to wash my hair like the beach wave look I got from the ocean water. I put on a skirt and shirt with a pair of heels before pulling some of my hair back with a chopstick. I walk into the common room to see it pretty much clean other than the paint that had to be removed or painted over. I look around for Jackie to tell her I am on her side before I see Leo walking up to me with a guilty face. He asks me if we can talk outside and I follow him to the balcony.

"I am sorry for acting that way, Angel. I was angry and took it out on the two of you specifically Jackie and I shouldn't have.", He says with a nervous look on his face.

I give him a smile and tell him,"I forgive you. I can't hold a grudge but you should be telling this to Jackie. You targeted her and believed what the FBI said. Imagine how she must have felt."

"You are right", he tells me,"I will tell her after the interrogation."

"Interrogation? Come on.", I say grabbing his hand which causes me to have a funny feeling in my stomach almost like butterflies, "Jackie needs all the support she can get!"

"Why wasn't I interrogated", I ask as we begin to go back into the clubhouse.

Leo gives me a confused look as if I should have known, "Jason said you were with him that night discussing surfing tricks before you went surfing. He assured us you were with him. He did not see Sanders so they believed she did it while you were with Jason."
I do not know what to say to that because I was with Jason long enough for that to happen. Although I believe Jackie was innocent, I could not prove it because I wasn't with her the whole time.

All the Raven's leave the clubhouse and begin to walk downstairs to my dad's office.

I give Leo a confused look not understanding why she is being arrested when I know she is innocent.

"Yeah! Where are you taking her?", Leo asks from behind me as we rush faster down the stairs.

"Back to headquarters", I hear someone say as I look worriedly at Leo.

"What? Why?", Hayley asks walking up to an FBI agent with a bald head.

"I refused to take the lie detector test.", Jackie tells us with a frown. My dad goes up to Jackie and tells her hopefully, "It's still not too late, Jackie."

"It is. What's the use? To them, I'm already guilty.", Jackie says giving the FBI a harsh look while Jason rolls his eyes and says, "Okay, that's enough, guys."

"Wait, Eric. If you want to give her the lie detector test", Hayley tells 'Eric',"you have to give it to me first."

"What?", Eric asks her almost angry.

"Hayley, you don't have to do that.", Jackie tells us

"Who says I'm not the criminal? It's kind of careless not to check all the students, right?", Hayley asks Eric challenging him to disagree.

"That's it. All of you, go back to your clubhouse, please.", Jason says getting angry that Jackie's arrest is taking so long; which confuses me.

"No, Jason. She is right. I will take the polygraph as well since I was with her this morning", I tell the group stepping up while looking at Jason with my eyebrows raised.

"I want to take the test, too.", Leo jumps in soon after me. I realize that we are again still holding hands.

"Right, there should be a control group for this experiment. I'll take the test, too.", Emma says crossing her arms across her chest with a smirk.

"Me, too", Max says bravely before looking sacredly at me asking, "It's not dangerous, is it?" I shake my head at him with a small smile.

" You heard them, Eric", my dad says giving us a proud look while smirking at Eric.

I sit in the empty classroom and begin to do small braids out of boredom on random parts of my hair still leaving the majority of it down. I am going to be interrogated before Jackie since I have a 'shaky' alibi but, I have to wait in an empty room before that so I can't talk to others and strengthen my alibi if I am guilty.

Eventually, I am called into another room to be interrogated. I sit down as they begin to strap me to the polygraph machine. They finish and begin to sit back in their seats before beginning the interrogation.

"What were you doing this morning?", Eric asks me as I am uncomfortably strapped down to the polygraph.

"I went out surfing. Dawn is the best time to surf.", I tell him with an emotionless voice angry that I have to do this when the FBI know Jackie is innocent. I hear the machine beep which I guess mean I am telling the truth.

"Were you with Jackie?", Eric asks me.

"Yes", I say as the machine beeps again.

"Why", he continues.

"To surf", I tell them as if it was obvious. Beep

"Do you know about the missing taser?", he asks me as he shows me a picture of a taser.

"No", I say silently freaking out about a missing taser. Beep

"Do you know where it is?", he asks me. I roll my eyes 'If I knew about the taser then I would have told you, idiot! Obviously, I don't know where it is'.

"No", I say before the FBI look at each other and nod as the machine makes its final beep.

"Well, you're done.", Eric tells me while I undo the polygraph myself and walk out mumbling 'ok'. I see dad waiting outside with an angry face.

I walk to the foyer with a smile and see everyone sitting down, they look up at me before asking me how it went.

"Good. Now, we just have to wait for Jackie", I say as I sit next to Hayley who squeezes my hand in assurance.
