.
"Hey Y/n, sorry-"
Jack.
That was Jack.
Your eyes flung open and you pushed Anti away in shock.
"Jack!"
You sat up.
There he was, standing and processing what he just saw.
Anti growls.
"Knock next time.."
"What?"
Is all Jack manages to get out.
Instead he points to you first, then Anti.
"When?"
"Since the beginning."
Anti smirks.
"When is the beginning?"
Jack glares at Anti.
"You wouldn't be able to remember."
Anti mocks Jack.
They were just glaring at each other.
"Guys?"
You nudge Anti's shoulder.
You get both of their attention.
"Please don't fight."
You mainly look at Anti.
"Y/n, you can't be serious. You don't know all the bad that he's done."
Jack starts another rant, but you shake your head.
"I'm sorry."
You feel tears in your eyes, but refuse to let them go.
"Leave."
Anti points at Jack, somehow knowing that you were about to cry.
"But-"
"Leave."
Anti repeats, much more sternly.
Jack stays at the door for a while longer, before shaking his head and walking away.
That's when you let your tears fall.
"Don't cry, come on."
Anti wipes the tears away.
Even if his touch was cold, it was comforting.
"Okay."
You close your eyes and steady your feelings.
When you re-open them, you didn't have the urge to cry.
"I won't cry."
You convince yourself.
"You need some sleep."
Anti gets off the bed and walks out of the room.
"No! Please don't go."
You reach out, hoping to convince him to stay.
"If I stayed, you wouldn't sleep."
Anti winks at you and closes the door.
You were left alone in the room.
Sleeping was the only option, so thats what you did.
You laid your head onto the pillow and closed your eyes.
Sleep was comforting, it put all your current concerns into a corner.
It didn't last long.
You were woken by a loud crash in the kitchen, but you didn't react at first.
There was another loud bang.
You got out of the warm bed to inspect it.
It could only be Anti or Jack, right?
The kitchen was now silent and dimly lit, but there was definitely nothing there.
"I thought I told you to sleep."
Anti's voice had a harsh tone to it.
Where was he?
"I did... but you woke me up."
You let your eyes wonder around the room.
"I'm here."
He poked you shoulder, scaring you slightly. He was behind you.
You turned around to meet him.
!'Պ ℏḙԻḙ
The memory softly rippled through your mind.
Anti sounded like he had just been crying.
Crying?
"Stop remembering."
Anti softly mutters, stroking your cheek with his cold hands.
"I want to remember."
You close your eyes and lean towards him.
"I know."
He wraps his arms around you.
Your mind wanders to the memory.
Your vision was blurry, it hurt to concentrate on something.
So you let your vision stay blurry.
Anti was above you, but not like before. He seemed to be worried about something.
What was it?
"I'm here."
He sadly smiles.
"It'll be okay, trust me."
Just like that you're back in the dark kitchen with Anti.
"What happened?"
You whisper, looking up to Anti.
He had his eyes closed.
"I saved you. But not your memory."
He chuckles, but there was no joy.
"You're alive, but you don't remember anything.."
His eyes re-open, staring back into yours.
You feel like it's all your fault.
"I'm sorry."
"You should be."
He retorted, pushing you away.
"Go back to sleep."
"Only if you come with me."
You reach out to him and hold onto his hand.
"I don't sleep."
He says, but lets you lead him to the bedroom.
