
Challenge Number 4: Strength Training
Hi Everyone!
Once again, sorry for being inactive on Wattpad for some time!
I just finished Heather's 7 days challenge and I really liked it.
Now, I really want to focus on strength training. I wanted to do Caroline's but she's a little advanced for me, so first I want to start with something a little easier and then do Caroline's challenge.
The next challenge I'm taking up is "Heather's Robertson's 6 week low impact challenge!"
This challenge focuses on strength training and it does not include any jumping thought its high intensity. I'm nervous to take up this challenge as its the first time I'm using weights in a challenge and also it's really long and I am not sure I'll be able to complete it. Still, I want to give it a try and see how it goes!
