* 3rd Person's P.O.V

Each of the kids was raising their heads at Y/N, " I'll join your little club" Y/N said. " You mean it Y/N?" Stella gasped. Y/N nodded her head, " This is the best day of my life!" Stella hugs Y/N. " That's a relief" Nathan sighed. " I thought you were gonna leave us," he said. " Not that...I care" Nathan blushed. He covers his red face with his scarf. " Bro, calm down. It's nothing personal" Daniel chuckled. " I guess it's official. Welcome to the M club" Oliver pushes his glasses up. " Umm...just out of curiosity. What does the M stand for?" Y/N asked.  "It stands for Monsters silly," Stella said. Y/N's eyes widen, " You see, We believe that this town has a secret," Oliver said. " A secret that contained Monsters" he walks over to a curtain. Oliver opens the curtains, He revealed some photos and drawings on the wall. Most of them had these weird symbols of a white circle with an X over it. " You don't actually believe in Monsters right?" Y/N said. " Of course we do. Like that mailman with the huge beard, I'm pretty sure he's a werewolf" Daniel said. Oliver facepalms, " I saw this weird mansion in the middle of the forest. I heard that's where the monsters keep their victims" Nathan said while holding his scarf. The bell rings, " Okay everyone, the meeting's over. Make sure to find some evidence" Oliver said. Everyone walks out the door. ' Monsters....there's no such thing as Monsters'  Y/N thought.

* Time Skip

Y/N was walking down the street when you noticed something on the tree. It had the same symbol you saw in the photos. Y/N pulled out her phone and took a picture. She looks around and saw most of the trees had the same symbol as well.  Y/N felt her heart skipping, She looks down and gasped. Y/N was standing on a huge white circle with a huge X going through. She ran back home and closed the door.

Y/N was just on the couch watching some tv. She was still horrified about that weird symbol. Her mind was having a flashback of all those weird symbols on the trees. " We'll out for a while. Don't stay up too late" Y/N's mother frees her from that nightmare by saying. " Wait, Where are you going?" Y/N blinked. " Nothing out of the ordinary" her father grabs his coat. Dad went out the door and " Remember Y/N, don't go into the basement" Mom said. She walked out the door, " I'm so bored" Y/N throws herself on the couch and moaned. She pulled out her phone and started reading from Wattpad.

It was raining this afternoon, Y/N was taking a nap on the couch. She hears a knock at the door. " Is someone there?" Y/N got up and yawned. She went up to the front door and opened it. Y/N didn't see anyone there. ' Stupid kids ' she closes the door and thought. Before Y/N could say anything, She hears another knock. " Who's there?" Y/N looks around. The knocking was getting louder. Y/N followed the knocking to the basement. The knocking was getting louder. ' Is someone there?' Y/N thought. She wanted to leave but, Y/N wanted to know who it was. Y/N walks toward the door and the knocking was getting faster. She felt her heart pounding out of her chest. Y/N slowly moves her hand towards the knob. By the time she grabbed the knob, the knocking suddenly stopped. Y/N felt her heart sank, She turns the knob and opens the door. The basement looked gross and creepy. There were rats all over the ground and antiques with spider webs. Y/N backed away from the room but, she took a deep breath and went in. Little did she know, This was the biggest mistake that she has ever made.
