She blushed, embarrassed to have been caught in a moment of clumsiness. His hands were warm, and she felt a tingle run through her body as he held her. She looked up into his eyes, her heart racing.

"Um, thank you," Natalie stumbled upon her words. "I appreciate it so thank you again, but I should get back to class."

He smiled and nodded. "No problem. I'll see you soon," he said as he released her hand. She couldn't help but feel a twinge of disappointment as she walked away, but she knew she had to get back to class.

As much as she felt safe and warm in his arms, she preferred not to receive all the attention from her classmates. She quickly walked away and went to her English class.

She felt embarrassed and uncomfortable with all the stares, so she tried to keep a low profile. Once in the classroom, she took a seat in the back and did her best to focus on the lesson.

No matter how much she wanted to listen to the lesson she simply couldn't. All she could think about was all the attention she had been receiving lately.

She felt embarrassed and out of place. She wanted nothing more than to hide away from the world and be alone. She wished she could just disappear. However, if she did that, she wouldn't be able to see how flustered and smiley Damian Wayne gets around her. Not that she paid attention to begin with.

The way he looks at her, it's almost like he likes her.Is he crushing on Natalie? She couldn't tell. I mean he was acting out of place with her, not seeming as reserved as normal. He looked happy. Is this why Tim Drake questioned her at Hallo's?

Natalie was unsure, but she couldn't help but feelthe slightest flutter of excitement in her chest. Could Damian really have liked her enough that Tim had to ask her about their relationship at Hallo's? She wanted to hope it was true, but also wished it wasn't true.

The media and all the attention she would receive.She didn't know if she was ready for that kind of scrutiny. She decided to take things slowly, and not jump to any conclusions. After all, only time would tell.

Jane Austen once wrote: "Time will explain."

All Natalie had to do was wait to see if she had been right, to see if Damian truly likes her. The time will come eventually for the truth to be set free.
