During the weekend, William spent the majority of his time at Valerie's. His house, as usual, was chaotic. His parents' constant yelling filled the house that used to be quiet, even though the yelling always occurred Will never got used to it. He used to grow up with a loving family in a quiet house. But now? It was the complete opposite, the screaming was never-ending and the once silent house was cacophonous. At least that's how William felt.

All he wanted was for Monday to come, it slowly came but he was thankful for it to come. It meant the yelling would somewhat lessen, due to his parents working. The one thing Will was excited for was to talk to his new Chemistry partner, Tim Drake. What he didn't know was across Gotham City Tim Drake felt the exact same way.

Tim Drake had never been one to get all excited to go to school. However, his opinion changed when he got to be William Donovan's Chemistry partner. Everyone was confused by his sudden mood change when a topic relating to Gotham Academy came up. Well, everyone except for his ex-girlfriend, Stephanie Brown.

They both knew that eventually his secret would come out or that they would come to a solution of why he was happy to attend school. But, thankfully that time wasn't today. However, they wouldn't know that within a week or so that outcome would be the exact opposite of what Tim wanted.

Tim Drake spent the majority of his weekend working on cases, going out as Red Robin during the night, and gossiping with Steph during the day. Seeing as Steph was the only one who knew about Tim's small crush on the local quiet football player, William Donovan. His crush hit him fast yet not that hard.

He had time to either let it continue to grow or to let it disappear and no one but Steph would ever know. Was Tim faking it? Was he straight? Was he even gay? Was he bisexual? Was William even attracted to men? So many of these thoughts raced through Tim's head over the weekend, and for once in his life the so-called genius didn't have an answer. It was all theoretical, no actual answer, and there probably won't be for awhile.

It was all up for Tim to figure out, no matter how much he wanted to forget about the whole situation, he couldn't. He had to go to school and see Will every day in Chemistry class, in the hallway, or in the cafeteria. His problem would always appear and drive the genius insane for not having an answer.

Or he could face his dilemma. He would figure out his feelings, most likely by himself until someone notices his struggling and forces him to give a straight answer then receive some advice. Tim wanted to ask Dick or Jason for advice considering they're actually pretty good at it plus they both like men but to a certain extent.

Dick came out as bisexual about a year ago, and Jason never tried to hide the fact that he was pansexual. Tim knew they would be incredibly supportive, even if Jason tried not to express it. They would help but that constant feeling of rejection and neglect Tim always felt made him decide to figure it out by himself until he was forced to tell them.

Tim didn't want their opinions of him to completely change, he didn't want to be abandoned again, to have the people he considers his family to leave him once again. Tim was scared, he was scared of rejection, of neglect, he was even terrified of his own mind at times. No one knew about his fears although some have been pretty obvious due to past situations. He still tried to hide them, which was hard living with Batman and his many prodigies.

But he successfully managed to do so most days. Which sometimes terrified him because of how good he had gotten at lying and hiding his true feelings. However, Stephanie could read Tim like an open book most days. That sometimes scared him but he was thankful to never being able to lie to someone as sweet and understanding as Steph.

So here Tim Drake was, sitting at the counter on an early Monday morning, at three am, drinking coffee while internally debating about life and his feelings towards both Stephanie Brown and William Donovan. How one was a simple crush while the other one was completely platonic.

Tim was deep in thought not hearing his older adopted brother, Jason Todd, walk into the Kitchen, coming from his nightly patrol. He only noticed his older brother when Jason's hand was repeatedly being waved back and forth in front of his face.

"..ey, Tim you there?" Jason asked, sounding slightly concerned but if anyone were to point that out he would immediately deny it. He watched as Tim slightly jumped back to reality, leaving his thoughts alone for the time being.

"Did you want something Jason?"

"Nope, just making sure my Replacement wasn't dead." Jason sarcastically replied back.

"Well I'm not dead so I'm just going to go to my room. Maybe look at some of the ongoing cases. Goodnight Jason." Tim quickly said before rushing upstairs to his room. Fully aware that he wasn't going to look at any case files.

When Tim entered his bedroom he sat down in his desk chair turning around to face his bed and window. He allowed his thoughts to come rushing back, some of them were suicidal and more intrusive, whereas others were about his sexuality, Steph, William, and his biological parents.

He was confused and lost. He spent the rest of his morning sitting in his desk chair staring at his wall and window by his bed. He didn't realize the time until Alfred knocked on his bedroom door to wake him up for school. Of course Alfred hadn't realized Tim stayed awake all night until he opened Drake's bedroom door only to see him awake in his chair, lost in his own thoughts.

Tim snapped out of his thoughts to tell Alfred he would be down for breakfast in a few minutes. Tim smiled to attempt to ease Alfred's worries or maybe it was to try to try to ease his own thoughts and worries. Alfred then left Tim's bedroom to wake the others and prepare breakfast for them.

Tim quickly and silently got ready for school, his mood wasn't the greatest but he did somewhat simile when he remembered William would be there. After getting ready for school, he walked down to the kitchen only to see Alfred, Bruce, Dick, and Damian. Tim assumed Jason was either sleeping or he went home last night.

As he sat down he was greeted by both Alfred and Grayson. Alfred placed a plate full of eggs, toast, and bacon in front of him along with a cup of black coffee, which Tim greatly appreciated. Tim started to eat his food, somewhat listening to Bruce, Damian, and Dick's conversation but he was mostly thinking about school. He didn't realize Jason came downstairs until Jason placed his hands on Tim's shoulder, slightly aggressively shaking his shoulders while shouting his name.

"Tim!" Jason yelled, scaring Tim. Causing everyone to laugh but become worried about Tim who didn't even notice Jason even though he was talking loudly, causing an argument with Damian before scaring Drake.

"What the fuck Jason?" Tim said while slightly raising his voice.

"I would advise you to watch your language, Master Tim." Alfred suggested from the kitchen. To which Tim yelled a sorry to Alfred.

Just as Dick was about to ask if Tim was okay, Alfred came into the dining room telling the kids, Tim and Damian, it was time to head to school. Dick could only watch as Tim walked out of the dining room looking extremely tired and barely there, mentally. He couldn't do anything at the time being besides worry for the teen.

I've already started working on chapter three and will hopefully have it posted before the end of September, however I'm terrible at updating any of my already posted books due to bad mental health.

and the other book is going to be called Destined to Be | bat-family and I already have the prologue and two full chapters completed. 

I will place the full descriptions down below for both books, I would appreciate
people's opinions on whether or not I should post them. So please comment your opinions or any feedback involving this chapter
or about the new books that haven't been posted yet.

Dead or Alive? | j.t.        DESCRIPTION

In which Vincent Romero is dead. However, he can be seen by a couple people, one person being Jason Todd. 

Death can be a controversial topic, some believe in Heaven and Hell, some don't, some think there's an afterlife, and others believe in the in-between. None of those could ever be sciencetifically proven, it was a mystery to mankind. No one would ever know the answer until they're presumed dead.

Vincent Romero could prove some of those right and some of them wrong. But, no one would ever know. That was until Vincent met Jason Todd, the only living person to actually see the "dead" man. Romero was dead, well he should be. He has been pronounced dead for a couple months and has been stuck in the in-between. Not fully dead but not fully alive.

It was unfortunate, causing more pain than his actual death. Watching the people you love slowly forget about you. The pictures they once had of you got taken down, your own items you once had packed up or sold to some random person. Vincent experienced all of these occurrences including other unmentioned ones. He tried to grab their attention for months yet no one saw him, no one heard him. No matter how much he tried to get someone's attention he just couldn't.

Until he eventually got bored and went to find out the identity of Batman and his prodigies. Which led him to grab the attention of an anti-hero, Jason Todd. 

Destined to Be | bat-family       DESCRIPTION

In which the teenage son of Tim Drake and Stephanie Brown, Elijah Drake, and the pre-teen daughter of Damine Wayne, Natalia Wayne, gets teleported to the past and meets their parents and family while they are in their teenage years.

When Elijah Drake was born Tim and Steph were ecstatic. They were full of happiness. Steph and Tim never planned to have a child at their age of twenty-five and twenty-six, but when they found out Stephanie was pregnant they kept the baby. Everyone was happy and supportive with their decision.

Dick cried when he was told. Bruce smiled. Cassandra was filled with joy as she quickly jumped up from her seat and hugged the couple. Jason was happy but tried not to. Damian was Damian, he was happy for them but gave some snide comments towards Tim. Alfred and Barbara started buying and planning stuff earlier on. However, it was semi-difficult due to the press constantly trying to interview or take pictures of the whole family but they managed.

Around the five month mark for Stephanie's pregnancy, Tim decided on letting Jason to be the godfather for his unborn child. Whereas Stephanie already planned on having Cassandra be the godmother. The couple planned on telling both Todd and Cass around the sixth or seventh month mark.

During the end of the sixth month, the couple had both Cass and Jason sit down with them to tell them the news. When the two found out, Jason silently cried and hugged Tim while Cass was trying not to cry while hugging Steph. A couple months later Elijah Drake was born.

During Elijah's life he grew up knowing many superheros and being told about different missions as bedtime stories. He knew that he would eventually grow up to become a hero like his parents and family. What he didn't know was that his parents sugarcoated it and took out all of the pain and suffering from the many stories he was told as a kid. He didn't know the amount of pain and suffering he was going to endure by the time he turned seventeen.

When Elijah turned seventeen many things had already happened. He endured endless amounts of pain. Elijah had been beaten and killed by the Joker only to be brought back to life by the Lazarus under Talia Al Ghul's orders, his partner and best friend almost died in his arms, he was tortured on multiple occasions, and many more.

But what happens when he ends up travelling back in time along side his best friend and sworn enemy only to meet his parents before he was even born?
