TERRIBLE LOVE.
064. ❛ talking dead.

"Let me introduce Danai Gurira, Lauren Cohan, Courtney Delevingne, Norman Reedus, and Andrew Lincoln!" Chris Hardwick introduced and as they heard their names they stepped out being helped by Chris to step down the steps. A roar of applause erupted once they saw them, and as they took their seat they could feel the drizzle downpour. Courtney sat down next to Norman and Lauren looking far into the distance to see the various fans cheering for them.

Once they were all seated that when Chris started by just saying "Wow. We just had an emotional roller coaster out here and all I can ask are you guys relieved that you can finally talk about this?"

"I guess it's a bit of a relief but at the same time it's devastating because we're losing these two pillars, Steven and Michael are our family and they will always be our family. The scene was horrifying and beautifully and iconic that will resonate into all of the characters." Courtney answered before passing it to Lauren who went to talk but felt the rain starting to increase.

"Now it's raining," Lauren said holding out her hand and assistants came out handing out umbrellas to the cast.

"I'm a prepared host." Chris said who was without an umbrella.

"Do you need an umbrella?" Courtney asked handing hers to him but refuted it.

"No, I like to get wet. But please tell us what did Daryl feel? Like does he feel guilty that him punching Negan resulted in Glenn's death?" Chris asked Norman and as he went to speak the crowd roared loudly and he didn't even say a word. All Norman did was wave and cheer his cup to the audience, all Court could think was of course that her boyfriend would bring alcohol to a talk show.

"I've said this before whenever Norman Reedus speaks 20% of the people get impregnated."

The joke caused Court to laugh with Danai coming up with an even better one, "Andrew and Norman are pregnant."

"Well Courtney's already pregnant so she already beat us to the joke." Andrew jabbed with Norman pressing a kiss to Courtney's head with his action, it received the same amount of applause like when he spoke.

"Well I do think he blames himself, because when Daryl strikes Negan you see how Negan isn't messing around in the slightest."

"While we are on the subject of Glenn, let's bring out the rest of the cast! Christian Serratos, Robert Kirkman, Scott Gimple, Michael Cudlitz, Steven Yeun, and the man of the hour Jeffrey Dean Morgan!" And while he came out, tears were hiding itself in the cast members eyes and the rain helped disguised it. Lauren moved one seat down for Steven to sit in between her and Lauren. And it was a mixed reaction from the group, who eyeballed Jeffrey for his action on the show.

And as they all sat down, they all let the crowd get consumed by all of them together. The rain started to pour harder throughout the night and while the night was filled with memories of seasons past. And all the cursing that proceeded from each cast members mouth.

"Can I borrow your jacket? It getting chilly." Courtney asked Norman, who went to take it off before remembering what he had brought and stuck in his pocket.

"I can't because then I'll get wet, and I gave my umbrella to the crowd." Norman whispered back with Courtney sitting in her chair back again, still shivering a tad bit from the rain.

"If it wasn't for Daryl, Glenn would still be alive," Jeffrey said which caused Norman to chuckle and play fight him on stage.

"I knew he was going to bring that up," Norman fixed his suit once again while he sat down.

"Courtney, if I hadn't said so now congratulations on the baby." Chris said as they were reaching the end of the show. "And to not leave this show on a sad note," Chris went over to Courtney and led her to the middle of the stage, much to her confusion.

"Hardwick, what are you doing?" Courtney asked as Chris took the umbrella from her hand, leaving her unprotected from the rain. "I'm getting soaked, Hardwick!" Courtney yelled before she brushed it off and let the rain droplets take a proud spot on her skin.

Norman, ran to her aid and offered her his jacket which she draped over her head holding it high, but still getting caught in the rain. The audience were basically off of their seats, and applauding the hardest they've done in the whole night. It's when Courtney turned around that she realized why they were acting like that. Down on one knee was Norman holding a ring, garnishing the biggest smile that Courtney's ever seen. She let the jacket that she held over her head fall to the ground to give her the opportunity to cover her wide mouth.

"Courtney Delevingne, here in front of our cast and family members, and our fans. I've never been one with words but you've bring out the inner child in me, the better person I want to be for you, and our child, and for the rest of my life I want to be alongside you. In the fights, laughs, tv shows, birthdays, weddings, I want to be with you. Would you do me the honor of being my wife?" Norman finished with all the men hollering at Norman.

"If you don't marry him, I will." Jeffrey yelled causing a chuckle from the entire crowd.

It was hard to see that Courtney was moved by his speech, by his big way of confessing his love to her in front of millions of people.

"Yes," Courtney nodded going in for a kiss and Norman happily accepting it, wrapping his arm around her and twirling her around still locking their lips together.

"This is why we watch Talking Dead, to see two of our beloved characters get butchered by Negan, and two others getting engaged."
