wearing a brown silk prada gown with an attached scarf, i walked alongside nicholas as he walked down the red carpet gracefully.

the flashes of cameras went off as soon as we walked onto the red carpet. everyone was trying to get a glimpse of everyone. i nervously took nick's hand in mine, letting him guide me.

he led me to a specific part on the red carpet where his photos would be taken. i gently removed my hand from his grip and stood off to the side, allowing him to get his solo photos.

i remained off to the side, watching as cameras and interviewers flocked to nick, all trying to get a bit of his attention. i was happy for him, i truly was. this was his moment.

suddenly, i heard him call out my name. "lucky!"

i looked up to see him waving me over. i shook my head, "you have your moment!" i replied.

he just laughed at my words and grabbed my hand, leading me to where he was standing. "it's our moment. i invited you with me, remember?" he said with a smile.

i couldn't help but laugh as he led me over. these paps were relentless. i could feel my hands start to clam up from nerves. i wasn't used to this level of chaos.

nick squeezed my hand reassuringly, as if sensing my internal turmoil. "it's okay," he whispered. "i got you."

i took a deep breath and focused on his words. he had me. i was here, with him. it was okay. i flashed a smile towards the cameras as he kept me in place beside him.

after the photos were taken, nick and i were led to a section for interviews. there were quite a few interviewers, all who were looking eagerly at nick.

nick seemed perfectly calm and collected. he was used to this type of chaos it seemed. he leaned down and whispered in my ear "are you ready?"

i smiled faintly and nodded. "i'm ready."

the interview soon began. the interviewer, who was also one of the main hosts for the ceremony, started by speaking into their microphone.

"our next guests has been nominated for a golden globe tonight, ladies and gentlemen, please give a warm welcome to, nicholas alexander chavez!" the interviewer exclaimed.

there was immediate applause and cheers from the crowd.

nick shot a confident smile towards the crowd before gently grabbing my hand and leading me forward with him.

the interviewer looked down at their notes and smiled. "alright, we've got our first question for you." they said, looking back up at nick.

nick nodded, "okay, shoot." he said casually.

"so, you've been nominated in the best male actor in a drama series category. how does it feel?" they asked.

"it feels incredible. it's an honor to even be in the same room as these other actors who are nominated in their categories. i guess i'm just blown away, really." he replied.

the interviewer smiled. "okay, i think that's a great answer." he said before moving on to the next question. "now, to the person who joined you on the red carpet tonight." he said, looking at me. "how do you feel about supporting nicholas during this honorable night?"

i was taken a little off guard with the question but answered as confidently as i could. "i feel very proud, and supporting him means the world to me." i explained.

the interviewer nodded, "great." he said before moving onto the next question. "now, i'm sure many people want to know, who are you wearing tonight?" he asked, looking between nick and i.

"i'm wearing armani and miss clarke is wearing prada." nick replied with a small smile.

i nodded, "that i am." i confirmed with a chuckle.

the interviewer smiled. "well, you two look great." they complimented. "and this question is for both of you if that's alright." they continued. "how excited are you guys for the ceremony?"

nick and i glanced at each other. i could see the excitement in his eyes, and i knew he was probably dying to win. "very excited." we both said in unison.

the interviewer turned back to the camera, "there you have it folks! nicholas alexander chavez and lucky clarke are very excited for the show tonight. and we hope all you are as well."

the interview soon ended, and nick took my hand, leading me away from the set. "see? that wasn't so bad." he jokingly said.

"where's the nearest bar?" i asked him, the question coming off as jokingly as i was completely serious.

soon, i found myself sitting in my seat, nursing a glass of chardonnay. i couldn't help but feel a mix of nerves and excitement as i waited for nick's category to be announced.

suddenly, demi moore was on stage, announcing things as i looked up. "and the nominees for the best male actor in a drama series are..." she began, trailing off as she looked down at her notes.

nick's name was said as one of the nominees. his name flashed on the big screen alongside three other actors. i could practically feel the tension in the air as everyone sat in anticipation.

nick reached out for my hand and took it into his, squeezing tightly as demi began speaking again.

"and the winner for the best male actor in a drama series is..." she said, her tone building the anticipation in me. "nicholas alexander chavez for the show, monsters!" she announced.

i heard nick let out an exclamation of surprise, "i won!" he exclaimed.

i grinned widely, "i'm so proud of you!" i said as he kissed me on the cheek before standing up to go onto the stage.

the applause and loud cheers rang through the venue as nick walked up onto the stage. i watched with pride as he walked to the podium where demi stood.

"congratulations, nicholas." demi said with a smile as she handed him the golden globe.

nick took it into his hands, holding it carefully as he looked out at the crowd.

"first, i would like to thank the academy for seeing potential in me and my performance." he began, his voice confident. "and a big thank you to my amazing cast and crew who are like family to me." he continued. he suddenly looked down at the globe in his hands and chuckled, "i'm still kind of in shock, to be honest with you." he confessed to the audience. "i want to dedicate this award to my family who has supported me since day one." he said as he looked into the audience before his gaze found me. a smile tugged at the corner of his lips. "and thank you to lucky clarke. because honestly, without her guidance i'm not sure if i'd even be on this stage." he said honestly. "thank you all for presenting me with my first...and hopefully not last globe award." he said before making his way offstage.

i couldn't help but smile at the mention of my name in his acceptance speech. i could feel my chest fill with pride and happiness as nick walked back to me with the globe in his hand.

"i spy a winner." i said to him.

he chuckled, looking down at the globe in his hands. "guess you're right, baby." he said as he sat down beside me, grinning gleefully.

"how does it feel?" i asked, taking another sip of my chardonnay.

he looked at the globe once again before looking back at me. "i kinda want to frame it." he joked, still grinning. "and i meant what i said up there, without you...i don't know where my career would be. you're the one who got me signed to that agency."

i smiled faintly, slightly shy at his compliment. "well, i just knew you were talented. you're the one who got yourself this far."

"i love you, lucky cheyenne." the brunette boy said receiving a blush from lucky's cheeks.

"i love you more than you know, nicky." i replied.

my heart skipped a beat as his gaze landed on me after my reply. a sly grin spread across his lips as he chuckled to himself, leaning forward and giving me a brief kiss.
