my neighbors are trying to piss me and everyone off around them because they are playing music at 1:19 am while people are trying to sleep.

right now, they're playing bambelo by the gypsy kings (ironically the only song that i kind of liked that they played) but please tell me, why they think it's a smart idea to play music at night?

i might be coming off as salty but I've had a long day and is a person who had to sleep with like no distractions. (right now it changed and is playing some soothing melody so it might not be so bad.)
