If there was one thing that always put her in a good mood, it was Aunt Judith's food. Once or twice a week, Harper would sit upstairs in her aunt's kitchen and eat lunch because she thought she should have something 'sensible' to eat. Of course, she couldn't eat or cook properly herself. But it didn't matter what Judith thought, because the food was a dream every time.

For many, boring is too boring, what a miracle, but that is not the case with food. It doesn't have to be fancy, with lots of ingredients or other frills, and it doesn't have to be expensive for it to taste good. Such is the case with goulash. A classic goulash soup on a cold day always puts me in a good mood.
