Standing by the "Soccer Club" booth, a student with hair that was like that of the forest and the autumnal leaves, the soil in summer and after a fresh spring rain, was surrounded by a crowd of girls. His locks were the color of the earth kissed by spring rains, the hue that promises to stir life of the dormant seeds of spring, the nascent plants guided upwards by the light before blossoming into the vibrant colors of a new season.
His eyes were the blue of every dancing sky, infinite hues illuminating a newborn sky. They were the blue of the mountains lakes, a hue that could tell tales of the sky and evergreen giants.
'Laurence, you're so amazing!'
'He's so handsome'
'I know~'
A gentle and soft chuckle passed through Laurence's lips and his oceanic eyes shimmered beautifully underneath the glimmering rays of the sun as he gently pushed a few rouge strands of hair away from his eyes.
'Ladies please', Laurence pleaded,' I really have to get back to speaking with people who are interested in the soccer club'
A girl amongst the small group suddenly spoke up, she had a lavender ombré with different shades of purple and lavender mixing together and her eyes were a beautiful shade of mocha.
'But.. we are interested in the soccer club',The girl stated, her voice coated in a deceitful tone.
It was obvious that the girl was lying but the undeniably large size of hope that blossomed through Laurence's chest clouded his judgement and he looked back towards the girls, his gaze full of surprise and hope.
It was almost heartbreaking that the poor boy was being deceived, but that's what some of the fan girls in the school were like.
'Really?',Laurence questioned, his eyes glistening with excitement and he arched an eyebrow in question.
And seeing this, one of the girls screeched excitedly; she had dirty blonde hair and beautiful forest green eyes.
'The way he lifts his eyebrow',She fangirled, a dreamy look flashing in her eyes.
'So dreamy~'
The girl with blonde hair and sea blue eyes slowly stepped forward revealing the girl behind them; she was a bit shorter than the others and she had a beautiful tanned complexion with moss green eyes. She had shoulder length, straight lilac hair and citron green eyes, a pair of dark grey cat ears resting a top of her head.
'Y-Yes',The blonde squeaked out.
With a small smile, Laurence gestured towards the booth and he didn't notice a girl in the distance staring at him with a loving gaze.
She had chocolate brown hair that spiraled down her back in a wave of messy curls and a pair of square glasses rested on the bridge of her nose, her messy curls framing her beautiful, pale skin.
'Well then, please get in line and wait your turn'
Before anything else could be said, a girl with pale skin, turquoise blue eyes and pastel blue hair that partially drapes over her right shoulder, walked towards them and spoke up in a loud tone.
'Alright, move aside!',She demanded and pushed apart the group of girl's, causing them to slightly back away from the booth.
Shock covered Laurence's face for only a moment, before a small smile spread across his lips and a soft laugh crawled up his throat, leaving his mouth.
'Katelyn',Laurence spoke up,'Hey, it's great to see you'
A loud exclamation left Katelyn's lips and she pointed towards the chocolate haired boy, a harsh look in her eyes as she shook her head.
'Nuh uh, none of that pretty boy talk to me',Katelyn stated,'I've actually got someone here who's interested in soccer, so can you stop flirting and get him signed up?'
Looking to the side, a small huff escaped Laurence's lips and he slowly shook his head.
'Well, I wasn't flirting',Laurence protested,'So..-'
Before Laurence could finish his sentence, Katelyn spoke up and clapped her hands together, a bright smile on her face as she nodded.
'Perfect, alright ladies clear the area',Katelyn stated as she turned around and adressed the crowd of girls behind her,'Laurence has to do his duties as team captain'
Deciding not to argue with the bluenette, one of the girl's turned her gaze towards Laurence and flirtatiously smiled his way as she twirled a strand of her hair around her finger.
'See you later Laurence~'
A loud screech of fangirling left one of the girl's lips and Katelyn widely blinked at the high-pitched sound, shaking her head.
She could only imagine how Rosemary or any of the other werewolves nearby had handled that sound if her head was already beginning to pound.
As the girls walked away, the bluenette turned Laurence's way and crossed her arms over her chest and leaned all of her weight on one leg, her eyebrow raising.
'Phew, thanks Katelyn',Laurence thanked her, sighing in relief,'It's nice to have admirers, but man, not when they crowd you like that'
Shaking her head, Katelyn waved her hand and made it very clear that she didn't care.
'Yeah, yeah, I don't care',Katelyn stated, before turning her head,'Kasey, get over here!'
Suddenly, a young boy with a pale complexion and light blue eyes walked forward; his hair was a light blue; that could be mistaken as dark blue, with dark oceanic blue highlights.
'Laurence, let me introduce you to my little brother, Kasey',Katelyn introduced.
Looking towards the upperclassman, an anxious smile formed on Kasey's lips as he nervously lifted his hand and sent Laurence a small wave.
'H-Hi',Kasey stuttered out.
Giving the anxious freshman a gentle smile, Laurence gave the boy a small nod and spoke calmly.
'Hey there Kasey',Laurence acknowledged,'Nice to meet you. I'm going to assume you're a freshman'
Slowly nodding his head, Kasey anxiously glanced towards his sister and gulped lowly at the excited gleam in her eyes.
'Yeah, I am'
While Katelyn had wanted the best for him and thought that soccer would be the best choice, Kasey didn't really want to join the soccer club, but he also didn't want to hurt his sister's feelings.
'Yup and he's looking to get into a sport!',Katelyn exclaimed.
Stepping back in shock, Kasey slowly shook his head and muttered to his sister under his breath.
'No, I'm not'
'So, he'll be awesome to have on the soccer team!',Katelyn input.
Turning his attention towards the bluenette in front of him, Laurence's eyebrows knitted together in confusion.
Didn't Kasey just say that he didn't want to join a sport.
'I'm sure he will be, but—'
Before Laurence could even finish his sentence someone else ran towards them.
'Oh, no you don't, Katelyn. Trying to use your friendship with Laurence to get Kasey onto the Soccer team'
A boy with bleach blond hair that flows the right, cerulean eyes, and tan skin that radiates like the sun, ran towards them.
'If anything I'm more friends with Laurence than you are',Garroth stated and turned around, calling someone over,'Vylad, come here'
The boy had a medium skin tone with red-ish brown hair, that reached up to his ears in curls and emerald green eyes.
'Yo',Vylad said, smiling towards the three.
Gesturing towards Vylad, a smug look formed on Garroth's face.
'My little brother would be a better addition to the soccer team',Garroth stated.
Letting out a scoff of disagreement, Katelyn shook her head and gestured towards Kasey, causing the freshman to look between them; an anxious and confused look on his face.
Since when had this become a competition.
'No way!',Katelyn exclaimed, a look of offension and anger coating her face,'Kasey would be!'
Looking between the two, Laurence raised his hands and tried to calm the two down.
It wasn't a competition.
'Guys, guys. Please',Laurence pleaded,'Soccer is a team effort and I'm sure that they would both be wonderful additions, but they have to try out to be on the main team. But they can join the club if they-'
Before Laurence could even finish his sentence, he was quickly interrupted and he let out a sigh, shaking his head.
'Put Kasey on!'
'No! Vylad'
The duo's voices overlapped one another and a large argument brewed, their voices carrying across the courtyard, causing some students to turn their way.
Turning towards Kasey, Vylad let out a small laugh and gestured towards the two, trying to make conversation.
'Older siblings, am I right?',Vylad questioned.
Feeling a rush of anxiety flood through his system, Kasey looked towards the ground and shifted from foot-to-foot, a small whine leaving his lips.

Further away from the booth, two girl's were leading a werewolf around; one of the girls had Raven black hair, with beautiful sun kissed skin and sparkling chocolate brown eyes that melted around a black hole of a pupil, her hair reaching down to her waist, a dark purple bow gently tied in the top of her locks.
The other had deep chocolate brown locks that gently spiraled down to her mid-back in a magical wave of soft curls and her eyes were a glistening scarlet red which flooded the pool of her iris and mixed with vermillion spreading from around the pool of darkness.
The wolf-like ears that sat atop of her head were a beautiful dark brown with a splash of white at the end and they looked so soft, it were as if she were a stuffed animal.
The werewolf they were helping had Raven black hair with a dark blue streak running down that middle which was set to match his ears and tail; the innards of his ears were a deep magenta.
Steel grey eyes accompanied a tanned face and his left ear had silver piercings in it, bits of his hair covered his left eye.
'Okay so, over here we have the Meif'wa club',Aphmau started.
Going to speak up, the werewolf went to ask a question but was quickly cut off as the alpha continued to talk and ignore him.
Seeing what he was trying to do, Rosemary tried to help and spoke up as well, but was ignored as Aphmau continued to list off the club names, causing a look of surprise to form on her face as her and the new student looked towards one another.
'Science club, football club-'
Trying to speak up once more, the werewolf walked a little faster and tried to gain Aphmau's attention.
But realizing that he couldn't, a sigh of frustration left his lips.
'Any questions?'
Thinking that she was finally going to answer what he was trying to ask, the werewolf went to speak up once more, only to be cut off once again and a groan of annoyance broke through his lips.
Deciding to try and help out, Rosemary walked towards her twin and tried to gain her attention.
"Aph, he's trying to ask you something",Rosemary stated.
But she was ignored as well.
'No? Good!',Aphmau exclaimed,'There's a music club, a debate club-'
Continuing to walk forward, Aphmau didn't realize that her sister and the werewolf were no longer beside her.
'Are you mad at me because I sniffed her?',The werewolf asked and gestured towards Rosemary.
Suddenly, a boy with light brown ran by and shouted as he continued to run past them.
'Leave me alone!'
A boy with bleach blond hair that flowed the right, cerulean eyes, and tan skin that 'radiates like the sun', ran past the two and knocked shoulders with the raven-haired werewolf, causing him to stumble back, knocking into Rosemary, and fall to the ground.
Stumbling back, Rosemary was knocked into by a girl with salmon pink hair and she fell to the ground as two more girls barreled into her, the three falling in unison; Rosemary landed on her back while the two girl's landed on their stomachs.
Shaking her head, eyes of vermillion narrowed in anger as a snarl of fury left her lips and her sharp canines protruded through her mouth as she growled, her eyes darkening in anger as a small flash of Mediterranean blue flickered across her irises as her body shook with rage. But calming herself as she breathed out, the beta slowly stood to her feet and wiped herself down, getting rid of the dirt that coated her clothes and shook her body; ridding herself of the dirt that stained her ears and tail.
Looking towards the boy on the ground, Rosemary went against her thoughts and reached out her hand, watching as he looked up at her, shock filling eyes of steel.
Slowly reaching up, the werewolf's hand clasped within her own and she gently pulled him to his feet, quickly retracting her hand as she stepped back, her face void of any emotion as she looked towards the way her friends and those random girls had gone.
'Umm.. thanks'
Ears of mocha, with a splash of white at the tips, twitched at the sound of a voice and Rosemary turned her vermillion eyes his way, giving him a small nod.
Turning away from his gaze, Rosemary looked around and realized that she had lost sight of her sister and that Aphmau had walked away from them without realizing that they had stopped.
A rush of anxiety flooded her veins as a low growl escaped her lips and she sniffed the air, causing the werewolf beside her to take a step back as her eyes darkened into a metallic red; her sister's scent filling her nose.
Rushing away from the werewolf, Rosemary ignored the shout that left his lips and she figured that he'd just followed her as her body forced her forward; her instincts making her want to find and protect her alpha.
Running past a bunch of students, Rosemary saw her sister come into view and she quickly reached her, coming to a halting stop behind her as harsh pants left her lips as she bent forward, placing her hands on her knees.
'Rose, are you okay!? Where were you?',Her sister's voice filled her ears and she felt a hand be placed on her shoulder,'Wait a minute.. did you run around just to find me?'
Nodding her head, Rosemary slowly calmed her breathing and looked up, her eyes connecting with another pair.
Eyes that sparkled like azure pools in the morning sunlight connected with that of a raging flame.
His eyes were a perfect spring sky, his mind clear and his smile warmer than the gentle sun. They were the color of a clear blue sky through a broken prison wall; the color of a perfect raindrop on a blue aster; the color of a river hurrying to join the great ocean.
Before either one of them could speak up, a blur harshly knocked into Rosemary's frame and she stumbled back as arms wrapped around her shoulders, the feeling of fur rubbing against her cheek.
'Rosemary!'
A gasp of shock left Aphmau's lips as the purple eared werewolf tackled her sister and she was about to rush forward, when Rosemary's light chuckle reached her ears, causing the brunette to freeze up in her place, her eyes wide in shock.
With a soft chuckle, Rosemary hugged the girl back and tightened her hold as the girl did the same.
"Hey Dottie"
Pulling back, the two werewolves smiled at each other and their sharp canines glistened in the light as they grinned at one another, their tails quickly swaying side-to-side.
Turning her eyes away from her friend, eyes of scarlet looked towards the other two werewolves who stood across from her and she looked between them.
She already knew Daniel and giving him a small nod, Rosemary watched as a wide smile spread across his lips, his tail wagging faster than before as she acknowledged him and this caused him to perk up.
'H-Hey Rose'
A small smile spread across her lips and since she was looking at him, she didn't see the looks of shock that were sent their way as the two werewolves and Aphmau looked between the two, curious as to how they already knew each other.
But Aphmau had a very good reason to be shocked. She'd never seen Rosemary allow someone else to call her 'Rose' and seeing that this blue-eyed werewolf was calling her by her nickname, caused her to freeze in shock.
Turning her gaze away from Daniel, Rosemary looked at the werewolf beside him and she tilted her head, confusion clear on her face as a sense of familiarity coursed through her veins.
She definitely knew him from somewhere.
'Well, seeing as you already know Daniel',Dottie spoke up and gestured towards the werewolf that Rosemary was staring down with a burning stare,'Rosemary, this is Rylan'
Staring each other down, Rylan and Rosemary didn't notice the others sweating nervously as the beta's burning gaze of magma stared him down.
Slowly, Rosemary nodded in greeting and Rylan nodded back, a small smile spreading across their lips causing everyone to untense as sighs of relief left their lips.
'Are you here to pick a new alpha male for us soon?',Rylan asked, getting back onto the topic that was at hand before Rosemary had run in.
A nervous laugh left Aphmau's lips as the four werewolves turned her way and looked at her in curiosity.
'You guys know that I don't consider myself to be—'
Before Aphmau could finish what she was saying, a voice called out to her.
'Hold it right there!'
Turning around in confusion, everyone watched as a werewolf walked up to them and Dottie tilted her head to the side, looking at Rosemary from the corner of her eye.
Standing in front of them was a human girl with chocolate brown hair that turned a dirty blonde near the edges and marigold eyes.
'Are you the one every werewolf is talking about? Are you Aphmau?'
Watching as Aphmau slowly walked towards the girl, Rosemary stepped forward as she watched them stand across from each other, but before she could get any further, someone had reached out and placed her hand on her arm, keeping her in place.
'Yeah?'
Looking up, eyes of vermilion and the Atlantic connected as one, swirling together as a spark flared within her chest.
Slowly shaking his head, Daniel glanced towards the two and then looked back at Rosemary.
Knowing just what he was saying, Rosemary turned towards the girl and inhaled slightly, the scent of pine and honey filling her nose.
She was a werewolf.
'Thought so, my name is Maria and I'm here to challenge you for the title as alpha female of the school!'
A low growl broke past her lips as they turned up into a snarl, her razor sharp canines poking at her flesh and feeling as she was gently pulled back by the soft grip on her arm, her dark eyes snapped towards Daniel for a moment before looking back towards the scene.
'But.. aren't you missing something?'
'Grace? Poise? I'm sure I outclass you in all of those'
Feeling as she started to shake in anger, snarls of fury leaving her lips as they pulled upwards, Daniel glanced towards Dottie and the two of them looked at one another in worry.
If she challenged their alpha, Rosemary would surely snap even though she knew the rules and would probably be challenged for her position of beta.
Or worse, removed.
'No, I mean the.. ears and tail',Aphmau spoke up,'Are you a were-'
Suddenly, a dark dandelion yellow tail with dark yellow ears with pink and purple insides appeared on the girl and Aphmau froze in shock, her mouth dropping.
'-..wolf?'
A small Hmph left the werewolf's lips and she shook her head, a small smirk on her lips.
'I thought that the alpha of the school would know that she's not the only one who could hide her ears and tail',The students stated,'Now come on, show me your true form and let's fight!'
And to make matters worse, Daniel and Dottie started to cheer her on.
'You can take her alpha!'
'Show her who's boss!'
Panic filled Aphmau's veins and her amber eyes turned Rosemary's way as she practically begged for her twin to help her out in someway.
But seeing the look on her face and the way the werewolf with the green ears and tail held her arm, she knew that Rosemary wasn't allowed to intervene.
'Wait, I don't have a tail or ears, I'm just a human!',Aphmau stated.
Rolling her eyes, Maria shook her head and didn't believe that she was a human.
She was the alpha female and no human had ever been alpha before.
Well, besides Aaron, of course.
'Nice try, but you can't avoid a fight once challenged',Maria stated.
And it was true.
'I'm serious, I became alpha by accident',Aphmau exclaimed.
A laugh of disbelief left Maria's lips and she turned her marigold eyes Rosemary's way.
'Liar, your twins a werewolf!',Maria stated and then turned her gaze back towards Aphmau,'And humans can't just become alpha. They're not strong enough to take us'
Thinking over what she had said, Aphmau's eyes were wide with fear and she glanced at Rosemary for a moment.
She was right, how was Rosemary a werewolf but she wasn't.
They were twins; albeit one was older than the other, but how was she a human and how was Rosemary a werewolf.
Maria was right, that didn't make any sense.
'Please, listen I—'
Suddenly, a Meif'wa with eyes of sandstone orange and his hair was the shade of a tangerine as it glistened in the light, cat ears the color of a plum sat on the top of his head, ginger fur coated the inside of his ears, walked up to them.
'Hey, what's going on here?',He questioned.
Everyone turned his way and an annoyed look crossed Maria's face.
'Huh? Who are you?'
Shaking his head, the Meif'wa ignored the question and gave the werewolf a frown.
'That's not important',He stated,'What is important is that you're causing a scene for my friends here'
A confused look formed on Aphmau's face and she looked towards the boy.
'Friend?'
'These are werewolf matters, Meif'wa! Stand aside'
A confused look formed on the Meif'wa's face and he looked between Aphmau and Maria.
'But, she's a human'
It was clear that the werewolf didn't care as she stepped forward and let out a threatening snarl, her eyes narrowing in on the boy.
'I said stay out of this, cat boy!',Maria exclaimed,'This is between me and the alpha'
'Fine',He stated,'I didn't wanna have to do this, but..'
Taking a ball out of his pocket, the Meif'wa watched as the werewolves looked at the object, their eyebrows furrowed in confusion.
'A ball? You've gotta be kidding me!'
'Go get it!'
Throwing the ball as hard as he could, the Meif'wa watched as the five werewolves turned their heads and watched as it landed on the grass a few feet away from them.
Feeling a hand grab her wrist and quickly drag her away, Rosemary turned around and followed them as Aphmau dragged her along as they were distracted.
'We're not pups anymore, that's the dumbest idea I've ever—'
Turning around, Maria saw that the alpha, beta and Meif'wa were gone, causing her to let out a small shout of surprise.
'Huh? Where did they go?',She questioned,'Did they leave while we were looking at the ball?'
Turning towards the three werewolves behind her, an angered look formed on her face and she let out a low growl as she stared at them.
'You knuckleheads!',Maria exclaimed,'Why didn't you stop her?!'
As if it was the most obvious thing in the world; which it was, Dottie turned towards the girl and spoke up.
'Because she's in charge',Dottie stated.
A low groan of frustration left Maria's mouth and she raced off, anger coating her face.
'I'll challenge her yet!'
