I gazed at the woman standing before me, her once-proud demeanor now dampened by the relentless rain. Her shoulders, which had always been held high, were now slumped in defeat, and her eyes, though still burning with intensity, seemed to hold a hint of desperation.

"What do you want?" I asked, my voice firm but laced with a hint of curiosity.

Her response was immediate, her voice steady despite the chattering of her teeth. "Marry me!" she exclaimed, her brown eyes blazing with a fire that seemed to burn brighter with every passing moment.

I couldn't help but chuckle at her audacity. She really thought highly of herself, didn't she? Always had, always would. But little did she know, she was never the queen she thought she was. Just a pawn, a mere player in a game she didn't even understand.

"Why?" I asked, my tone laced with amusement and a hint of mockery.

Her response was swift, her words tumbling out in a passionate rush. "Because you need me to get back at your father, and I need you for revenge."

I laughed, the sound echoing through the rain-soaked night. "You really think you're the only girl in this world I would pick for that? I could get any girl that could piss him off," I sneered, my eyes locked on hers.

For a moment, our gazes clashed, the air between us charged with tension. Then, her expression faltered, and for a fleeting instant, I saw a glimmer of uncertainty in her eyes. But it was quickly replaced by a fierce determination, a burning resolve that seemed to fuel her very being.

The woman's eyes flashed with anger, but her voice remained steady, laced with a hint of desperation. "You're wrong," she said, her teeth chattering from the cold. "I'm not just any girl. I'm the daughter of the man your father hates most, someone who as a daughter in law could shatter his pride in a moment. And I'm the one who can help you take him down."

She took a step closer, her eyes burning with intensity. "You think you can just use any girl for your revenge? You're mistaken. I'm the only one who can help you achieve your goal. And I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen."
