Minho was going here and there making the place ready for his guest, Chan was holding dori in his hands while chucking at his panicked roommate finding him so cute.

Minho:“stop laughing and put dori on her Crates”

Chan let go of the little cat as he walked towards his roommate putting his hands on his shoulders and leaning closer to his face.

Chan:“calm down lino, they are your friends and don't worry...I'll take dori home okay?”

Minho blushed upon being so close to his crush, he felt the warmth in his hands and the softness in his voice while calling him by that nickname... He really wants his roommate to kiss him at this moment.

Minho(blushing):“don't take long...I want you...want you to be a part of this”

He said looking away not having the courage to like right in his roommate's eyes who pet his hair and then walked to the cat that was on top of the couch holding her up who leaves scratches around his wrists making it hard for Chan to put her in the crates and once everything was set, Chan walked towards Minho again with the cat in his hand.

Chan:“I'm going now lino, I'll be back soon... don't get excited without me”

He said having this urge to leave a kiss on Minho's cheeks but he knew he couldn't do that when he still didn't tell him about his feelings towards him.

Chan then left for Minho to stay still in his place looking right at the doorstep missing his roommate already.

Minho(💭):«why do I have to fall in love with him? why him and not somebody else?»

It was hard to be in the same room with Chan, Minho would always picture himself being held in an intimate way and being called by pet names rather than his nickname, he tried to imagine how it felt to have Chan's lips against his.

Thinking about all of this made him blush not thinking straight.

He slapped both of his cheeks and told himself to focus on making dinner for his friends and order some snacks and beers since they don't have alcohol because Chan doesn't drink that much and Minho has a low tolerance and only drinks when he's out with his friends.

After 2 hours, there's no sign of Chan yet and Minho wore a pout knowing his roommate is still in his way since his hometown was far away from Seoul.

There was a doorbell that brought the artist attention which made him stand on his feet and started walking fast towards the door to open it for his first guest which was unexpectedly Jeongin.

Minho:“how come you're the first one to arrive?”

He asked for the younger to roll his eyes and invite himself in without saying or giving anything.

Jeongin:“i was with my campus friends nearby until I got a text from Jisung-hyung that he's going to make it late this evening”

He explained, after his reunion with his campus friends ends... He thought of going back to the dorm but Jisung already sent him the location of their squad meet up place for tonight and it wasn't far from where he was and there was nothing left to do so he came here.

Minho:“sure...anyway, make yourself comfortable and don't go around the house...I'm gonna go now”

He warned for Jeongin to roll his eyes again sitting on the couch looking at Minho going inside a door not curious which was.

He stayed on his phone until he heard a doorbell which caused him to stand up and walk towards it to open it and once he did that, there was a guy he never met before.

Chan:“excuse me but who are you? And what are you doing inside my house?”

Jeongin panicked as he let the guy push him backwards who talked in a deep tone that caused the younger to get scared.

Jeongin:“uhm...i...”

Not a minute had passed and Chan already recognized the boy in front of him.

Chan:“wait...aren't you an ex-member of the boyband group called white teddy?”

Jeongin then looked at Chan with wide eyes not believing he got noticed by this stranger since it had been so long since someone recognized him due to him being ignored by white teddy's fans and the media.

Jeongin:“yes, that's me...”

He said nodding his head for the older to wear a nervous smile feeling bad that he shouted at the innocent guy.

Chan:“I'm sorry I lashed out you...I was just protecting my field”

He explained looking away not having the guts to look at the guy right in the eyes not after what he did but Jeongin waved both of his hands towards the older while shaking his head.

Jeongin:“no I understand...coming into your house to find a stranger, of course you would act like that”

He said understanding Chan's situation in acting like that.

In the other side, the producer couldn't believe he find the ex-idol he's been looking for... He went to his company and they refused to tell him where he is since the CEO didn't want for Jeongin to make a debut again after he punched his bandmate's nose and sent him to the hospital, but Chan never gave up on his research and he finally found him.

Chan:“how did you end up here?”

He asked with a smile not believing the rumors about Jeongin being hostile.

Jeongin:“I'm Minho's friend...we are not technically close but I'm a very close friend with his ex, Jisung”

Chan's eyes got widened, the break up was done recently and Minho told him that no one knows yet except for Felix who only knows him from his roommate.

Chan:“you know about their break up?”

Jeongin:“yeah...”

Jeongin didn't get why it is a big deal to know about their break since he has more chances to call Jisung his.

And the same goes for Chan but he doesn't have the courage to make a move on Minho unlike Jeongin.

Just seconds later, the artist came back from his room and felt his heartbeats increase upon seeing his roommate.

Minho:“Chan-hyung, you're here”

Jeongin eyes went wide on hearing Minho calling the guy besides him with "hyung" and with a soft tone unlike any tones he used with them.

Minho walked towards Chan but stopped only two feet away looking at him with rosy cheeks and a shy smile where Chan did the same and couldn't keep his eyes away from his roommate.

Jeongin stood there third wheeling them.

Chan:“lino, you never told me that we were expecting Yang Jeongin as a guest”

He decided to break the intense eye contact with Minho by asking him about Jeongin where the web artist realized that he never mentioned Jeongin's name to him before.

Minho:“I never told you about him... that he's famous”

He said for Jeongin to be confused on why Chan was curious about him.

Chan:“not just famous but the person I've been looking for”

Jeongin:“wha—”

Before he could say anything, Chan had shoved a business card into his face...

Jeongin couldn't believe what his eyes was seeing... It was a job opportunity to be a singer again.

Chan:“are you interested in becoming a solo singer, Yang Jeongin?”

He asked for both Jeongin and Minho to look at him with a shocked expression.

Minho:“you must be kidding me”

He let out not expecting for his roommate to offer a job opportunity to Jeongin, he felt bad not knowing about Chan's research on the younger or he would help him with that.

Jeongin:“I have a chance to become a music artist?”

He exclaimed with a happy expression for the older to chuckle while nodding his head.

Chan:“more than a chance Jeongin-shii, you've got the talent and with some changes and challenges you'll be able to perform on stage again”

He said for Jeongin to start imagining himself on stage again with so many fans shouting his name or singing with him.

It was his dream that got crushed once and now it is repaired again.

Minho:“I never knew you were looking for him”

He held the hem of Chan's sleeves bringing his attention with his statment in a low tone with a sad expression for Chan to shake his head and held Minho's hands assuring that it wasn't like that.

Chan:“don't feel bad lino, I don't talk about job related stuff with you because it's boring”

Minho shook his head on what his roommate said wanting to say that he likes it when Chan talk about his job.

Because he loves seeing that genuine smile which Chan wears while talking about something he love doing.

But before he could say that, the door bell was heard and Jeongin volunteered to check that out hoping it would be Jisung.

Jeongin:“I'll get that”

Once the younger was out of the way, Chan turned to check on Minho since he is looking down.

Chan:“What’s wrong lino?”

He asked swinging their intertwined hands as a sign to bring his roommate attention towards him but Minho kept his head low.

Minho:“I just...don't think I know you that much”

He let out with a low tone for Chan to be able to hear that since he was close enough, he let's go of their hands and put his hands on top of Minho's cheeks that caused the web artist to finally look up at him with wide eyes where both are able to make eye contact and at that moment Chan let out with a soft smile “there's no one who knows me better than you” that caused Minho to blush and fall even more deeper with his roommate.
