Hyunjin told his mom a life update, from how he went to therapy and met Jeongin again and then met other friends through him and how he started dancing by  request from his boyfriend and found it very entertaining to move his body to the music.

His mom chuckled asking if he had any video footage of him dancing and Hyunjin brought his phone and showed her a video of him, Jeongin and Minho dancing and it was filmed by Felix and his mom was impressed how good a dancer is her son.

His dance was getting along with an ex-idol and a guy who took dance classes for years.

She felt happy that he found himself something other than fashion design after she heard from Hyunjin that he never had hobbies before which made her feel even worse and wish she could've been there for her son.

It was the time where she was about to leave after she got a taste of her son's cupcakes which were a bit sweet so she pointed at that and the designer went fast to bake new ones for Changbin who's coming to visit him very soon.

When Hyunjin opened the door for his mom just to find Changbin standing on the other side of the door who was about to click on the door bell.

Changbin:“ooh good evening miss *bow* it's finally nice meeting you, I'm Seo Changbin”

He greeted Ms.Hwang by bowing and introducing himself the second his eyes landed on her.

Ms.Hwang:“is this your other boyfriend honey”

She asked since Hyunjin never mentioned what kind of relationship he's having with him, so she assumed he was his second boyfriend aside from Felix.

That made both Changbin and Hyunjin to blush.

Hyunjin(blush):“no mom! He is my closest friend the one who was there for me when I suffered from depression”

Changbin felt a sting on his heart apon hearing his long term crush saying that he was "just" a friend to him.

Changbin:“yes...I'm just a friend to him”

he narrowed his eyes as he said that with a low sad tone that went noticed by his mom who wore a grin on her lips and walked towards him to whisper in his ear.

Ms.Hwang(whisper):“you seem like you want more than that...i don't blame you because my son is gorgeous, do your best”

That made Changbin widen his eyes and look at her with rosy cheeks.

Changbin:“excuse me?”

He said that but it was too late since Ms.Hwang was already about to leave.

Ms.Hwang:“see you soon sweetie, don't forget to call me”

She closed the door behind her and Changbin was still shocked at what she said to him.

Did he just get permission to date her son? But Hyunjin was taken by Felix, he didn't know if she was talking seriously or not.

Hyunjin:“what did she whisper to you to make you go lost in your thoughts?”

He asked after he saw him out for quite some time. Changbin turned to him trying to find an excuse to tell him.

Changbin:“uhh uhm...just keep being by your side??”

He mentally slapped himself on letting out that from his mouth, It made Hyunjin get confused on which sentence is that.

Hyunjin:“is that a question or an answer”

He asked which led the other to shake his head and grab his hand which took Hyunjin off guard.

Changbin:“nevermind, I came here to taste your cupcakes, where are they?”

Hyunjin:“yes, this way”

He shot him with shiny eyes as he dragged him toward the kitchen where his new fresh baked cupcakes were on the kitchen counter.

They were still holding hands as Changbin used his free hand to hold one of the cupcakes and bite it, not wanting to let go of Hyunjin's hand.

Changbin:“woah... These are delicious!!”

Hyunjin blushes out of mixed emotions between happiness and flusteredness.

Happy that Changbin liked it and flustered to receive a compliment from him.

Hyunjin:“you can eat the rest if you want, I'm hiding some for Felix in the freezer”

Changbin told him he would eat them later since he's not that hungry right now so both walked towards the living room again still holding hands and sat on the couch together not letting go of the hands of the other.

Changbin:“so why did your mom come to visit?”

He started a conversation by asking the reason for his mom's sudden visit.

Hyunjin:“I told her, told her everything”

He crossed their fingers after saying those words with a smile on his face and shine on his eyes and all that melted Changbin's heart.

Changbin:“are you serious? She knows now? What was her answer?”

He was happy for him that he finally got the opportunity to tell his mom about all things he's been going through until now.

Hyunjin:“she respects my decision on taking a break and she's going to wait for me until I decide to do fashion again”

Changbin found it weird that Hyunjin isn't giving up on fashion after giving him a lot of pressure through the years.

Changbin:“you're not giving up on it, I thought you liked dancing?”

Hyunjin let go of his hand very disappointed at what his friend assumed that he would give up something he's been doing for years.

Changbin didn't like how his hands got cold from the absence of Hyunjin's hand.

Hyunjin:“3 weeks of dancing aren't a match of 7 years of fashion design”

Changbin was still confused.

Changbin:“but didn't you hate it?”

The designer shook his head getting to say the next sentence bluntly without thinking about it.

Hyunjin:“I don't hate it, I love it, it was my way to escape reality before you came”

After he said those words he realized what he had done and let out one of his secrets to Changbin whose cheeks were rosy.

Changbin:“should I feel honored about that?”

That made Hyunjin blush but then he gathered his composer to answer his friend.

Hyunjin:“of course Changbin, you're a special person to me”

He said with a warm smile thankfull that he got someone like Changbin by his side.

Changbin:“awww, Hyunjin-ahh~”

Hyunjin rolled his eyes dramatically with a grin on what Changbin let out with a cute tone.

Hyunjin:“wanna watch a movie?”

He suggested that it caused Changbin to raise only one eyebrow and said...

Changbin:“rom-com?”

Hyunjin chuckled at him and grabbed his remote to turn on the TV.

Hyunjin:“on it”

As he set the movie they were going to watch, they turned off the lights and sat beside each other sharing a blanket where their full attention was on the screen.

"You were there for me when I needed someone the most but I was blind to see your feelings, Minjun"

The drama was about two couples where the female lead was dating the male lead since the beginning and the second male lead was having his one sided crush watching the female he loves from afar and supported her in every tough situation.

It is similar to Changbin situation but Hyunjin who looked at him after that sentence from the movie was shown.

He didn't know why but he found himself leaning towards him and planning to give him a kiss on his cheeks, grateful for all the times Changbin was there for him just like the second lead male was there for the female lead in the movie.

Changbin:“isn't it a bit—”

He turned his head towards Hyunjin to tell him that the movie wasn't as much comedy as he expected it would be, but when he faced the designer...

Another lips touch his.

Both had their eyes wide looking at each other while their lips were still attached.

Hyunjin let go of the other's lips and stood up pausing the movie and turning on the lights.

Hyunjin:“ohh my god...I'm sorry...I am—Changbin are you okay?”

He asked to check on Changbin who was still processing what just happened so he raised his head to look at Hyunjin.

Changbin:“our-our...lips touched...”

That made Hyunjin blush and feel very flustered which caused him to stutter.

Hyunjin(stuttering):“I don't know what got into me I just saw you watching and thought of giving you a kiss on the cheeks and i—”

Changbin cut him by saying...

Changbin:“why would you want to kiss my cheeks? you've got your boyfriend so save those kisses for him”

He was really mad at Hyunjin that he was able to play with his feelings despite him knowing nothing about them.

Hyunjin:“I'm sorry...are you mad?”

He shook his head because the thought of Hyunjin's lips touching his was more than enough to calm him down.

Changbin(💭):“is this how his lips feel on my own...DAMN IT THEY WERE SO SOFT!!!  i want to badly kiss him now”

Hyunjin:“how could I make it up for—”

Changbin stood up to him as well and then kissed Hyunjin on the cheek.

Changbin:“here, we're even...let's stop watching because it's getting boring and I should go back to the gym for my night routine”

He said after collecting the cupcakes and about to leave the apartment.

Once the sound of the door being closed was heard, Hyunjin put his hand on his cheek in the same spot where Changbin kissed him because he was processing what happened since he received it.

Hyunjin:“what the hell is wrong with you Hyunjin?! You've got a boyfriend”
