Role: Level 10 Villainess

Age: 18

Description: As young maiden whose special talent relies on her ability to weld dark magic, she is a level 10 Witch. Butterflies are her servants. Death follows in her wake. Her family despised being near such a monster and locked her up in a tower. Her own brother, who she grew to love, wanted her dead and killed her himself. Luckily, because of her ability to control death, she survived. Once learning that her brother was engaged to someone else, she threatened to kill the person, that person being Dawn. (Every ending has a different version of Odette's death.) Is a second year at the Royal Magic Academy. 

Special fact(s): Her eyes change color over the years, as a result of her magical growth. Blue-level 1-4, Purple-level 5-9, Dark Pink-level 10 (and up). When using her magic at full power her eyes turn red, regardless of what level she is. Butterflies are her favorite thing in the world. Her flower is a Withering Rose.

Name: Dawn Dior Luna (Name meaning: Light Golden Moon)

Role: Level 10.5 Heroine

Age: 17

Description: A young girl who grew up with commoners despite being a counts daughter. A level 10.5 Light Mage, her magical abilities allow her to heal what is broken. A cheery and kind soul who is always willing to help someone no matter how much the person may hate her. A first year student at the Royal Magic Academy, and good friends with almost everyone there.

Special Fact(s): Her flower is a Sunflower. The youngest known person, and first ever commoner, to control Light Magic.

Name: Ryver Azul Mara (Name meaning: River Blue Death)

Role: level 11 Grande Duke

Age: 20

Description: The Villainess's older brother of two years who assumes title of 21st Grand Duke after his fathers death. A renown man known throughout the kingdom for both his good looks, and his high level Water Magic. A level 11 Water Mage. He puts on the mask of a kind caring soul, but underneath it, he is cruel. The only person to ever see the cracks in his mask is Dawn. But there was another: Odette, his sister who he thought was a monster. He vowed never to love her, and even tried to kill her. But to his luck, and her special ability, she survived. If Dawn ends up with Ryver, Odette is hanged on their wedding day.

Special Fact(s): The more of his magic he uses, the more his amulet glows. His flower is the Forget-Me-Nots.

Name: Hadeon Jett Cyrus (Name meaning: Destroyer of Black Lords)

Role: Level 12 Prince

Age: 21

Description: The second crown prince of the kingdom who has a love for fire and just a tiny bit of mischief. A level 12 Fire Mage. As custom, the crowned royalty of the kingdom would take a fiancé they wanted to marry. At the time, and also bribed by the late 20th Grande Duke, he set his sights to marry the monster of the land: Odette. Due to the rumors about her, he tried to keep his distance. Sometime later, after his older sister's wedding, he met Dawn, and fell in love at first sight. A jealous Odette threatened Dawn so many times, that Hadeon decided to kill her himself with a magical blade said to have stopped the fabled Dark Queen from taking over the land.

Special Fact(s): his flower is an Arabian Night Dahlia. His tattoos on his arms glow red when he uses his magic, because he can't control it properly. Takes after his dad in all but personality, which he got from his mother. Is also known as "The King of Destruction."

Name: Leo Aspen Caley (Name meaning: Lion of the Green Forest's Heart)

Role: Level 11.5 Shapeshifter

Age: 18

Description: The son of the chief of the Northern Anima Tribe who is at war with the Southern Anima Tribe. A level 11.5 Earth Mage. He came to the kingdom as a means of escape from the war, but ends up being there for diplomatic reasons. He strikes up a friendship with Dawn, and begins to fall in love with her. He is shy and calm, but serious when he needs to be. Odette began to use her butterflies as a mean of spying on him and Dawn. When he found out, by talking to the butterflies, he wanted to kill Odette. In his ending, Odette is killed by Leo's friends from the Northern Anima Tribe.

Special fact(s): Cats are his best friends. His flower is the Carnation.

Name: Strom Ailbhe Eira (Name meaning: Strom White Snow)

Role: level 12.5 Assassin

Age: 19

Description: A level 12.5 Air Mage. He grew up in the streets of a poor district in the kingdom and was taken in by a group of mercenaries/assassins. Not having a name, the group started calling him Storm due to his Air Magic and Storm Control, and his winter white hair. He became one of the best assassins the group had ever produced. He was hired by Dawn's real father with protecting Dawn while she was at The Royal Magic Academy. In his ending (and the fan favored and most known of the game), Odette was so obsessed with killing Dawn, that she killed herself in the middle of the game because Storm was always there to stop her. 

Special Fact(s): His flower is a Vinca. Not even the crowned royals can beat him in swordplay. His adoptive father taught the crowned royals everything they know about swordplay.

Name: Livianna "Livia" Sunil Mara (Name meaning: Envious Dark Blue Death)

Role: Level 5 Grande Duchess 

Age: 22 (at death, was killed 19 years prior to the start of the game, would be 41 if she was alive)

Description: Like her son, Ryver, she is a level 5 Water Mage. She is the first wife of the Grande Duke. She was mysteriously killed one year after her son's birth. No one knows why, but some suspect her twin sister, Mehri, murdered her, though the crime does not point to her. She was a very kind woman who loved her husband and family very much. Her magic was weak, due to the fact that Livianna herself had a very weak body. Other crime investigators think that she died because of her frailness. The total opposite of Mehri in every way. 

Special Fact(s): Her flower is the Morning Glory. She and her sister's namesake were obviously switched, with her name meaning envious, while she was one of the most caring souls out there. 

Magic: Water Magic -Common

Name: Mehri Medea Mara (Name Meaning: Kind Cunning Death)

Role: level 10 Grande Duchess 

Age: 41

Description: She is a level 10 Sorceress, who is Odette's mother. She is Livia's envious younger twin sister. She is said to have murdered her sister out of envy, but the crime does not point to her for some unknown reason. She was jealous that the man she loved chose her sister over her. After her sisters death, she tricked the Grade Duke into marrying her; making her his second wife. She miss treats both of her children, mainly Ryver, because she sees them as her sisters children, despite giving birth to Odette. Despite having similar magic to her daughter, and actually being a wicked person, she convinced her husband that Odette was a creature of evil and should be locked away. She works behind the scenes of the Mara Estate pulling the strings of her puppet husband to do whatever she wants. Is the polar opposite of her sister, Livia. Is also suspected to have murdered her husband, aiming to become the Grande Duke of the family, but backfired when Ryver was chosen. 

Special Fact(s): Her flower is the 'Queen of the Night' Tulip. She despises her first name because it is the opposite of her personality, and prefers to be called Medea.

Name: Alphonse Nix Mara (Name Meaning: Noble Nothing Death)

Role: Level 12 Grande Duke 

Age: 43 (at death, was killed one year before the events of the main game)

Description: A man known throughout the kingdom for his charm, whose looks rivaled that of the King himself. He is the 20th Grande Duke of the Mara Duchy. He was the object of affection for the Freira Sisters. In the end, he chose Livianna, the older of the two. She gave birth to their son, but was murdered two years after his birth. He was then seduced by the younger of the two sisters, Mehri. She gave birth to their daughter. Years later when the family discovered Odette's evil magical abilities, they locked her up in a tower and refused to say her name or speak to her unless absolutely necessary. Was murdered one year before the events of the main game. 

Special Fact(s): His flower is the Love in Mist. He prefers to go by his middle name, as he thinks his first name is stupid and un-cool, a decision he made in his teens. 

Magic: Ice Control -Rare, Water Magic -Common

"Fate shall not be so kind to him, for his entire world will come falling down, and evil will rein supreme."

Name: Regina Aquila Cyrus (Name Meaning: Ruler of the Eagle Lords)

Title: The Eagle Queen

Role: Level 14 Queen

Age: 43

Description: Regina, the Queen of the Kingdom, was born to the 13th Chieftain of the Northern Anima tribe. She was forced into a marriage with Emyr, who she grew to love deeply. She is criticized for being the first queen not of native Kingdom origin. Despite the scrutiny, she tries her best for both the reputation of her family, and for the benefit of the kingdom. She was also best friends with Livia, prior to the latter's "mysterious" death. Because she has her doubts about Medea, she tries her hardest to stay the h*ll away from her. She acts as a cold woman, but has a soft spot for her family and friends. Her son, Hadeon, got his personality from her. 

Special Fact(s): She is the first Queen of the Kingdom to be a Shapeshifter. Is distantly related to the shapeshifter Leo, a friend of her son. Her flower is a Zinnia. In contrast with her husband, she is a strong ruler. She gets annoyed with him because of how much he dotes over her.

Magic: Anima Magic -Rare, Fire -Common

Name: Emyr Cole Cyrus (Name Meaning: King of Coal Black Lords)

Title: The Unuseful King

Role: Level 15 King

Age: 45

Description: He may be the king, but that doesn't make him very special. Because of his choice of wife, a shapeshifter from the Northern Anima Tribe, he is regarded as an unfit ruler. Marrying the daughter of the 13th Chieftain made the kingdom see him as a lousy ruler only marrying to keep his kingship. In spite of the allegations that he only married to save his own behind, he grew deeply in love with his queen. Best friends with Duke Nix. He hates being called a useless ruler, but can't do anything to make the name go away because he is secretly a coward. 

Special Fact(s): His flower is the Black Velvet Petunia. While he looks serious and cold, he really is a big coward and a giant softie. Is very doting over his wife, who he praises and gives gifts to everyday.

Magic: Illusion Magic -Rare, Fire Magic -Common

"His son will prove to be a more useful ruler than he."

Name: Maelie "Mae" Azalea Cyrus (Name Meaning: Princess of Flower Lords)

Title: The Flower Princess

Role: Level 7 Crown Princess

Age: 23

Description: The Crown Princess of the Kingdom. She is Hadeon's older sister who is getting married to a prince from overseas, but has a secret lover. Despite both of her parents, and her brother, having Fire based powers, she has Earth based powers. Because of this she was deemed unfit to rule the kingdom when she came of age, and so she would be queen of a different kingdom where Earth Magic was prominent in the Royals. She is in charge of the kingdom's favorite festival, the Flower Ceremony.

Special Fact(s): Her flower is the Empire Blue' Butterfly Bush. Is the fiancee of a prince of an overseas kingdom. Is slightly considered an outcast because of her very different magic from her family. Is regarded as the most mature of the royal family. Has a secret lover who planned to move to her new kingdom with her as to not be apart. (The gender of secret lover is unknown.)

Anyway! Hey y'all- sorry it's been a hot minute. I've just been trying to get my life in order. First of all, I started high school a few months ago! YAY ME!

Second, I am currently working on four books- this one included (this is kinda why updates are so spaced out and why I honestly haven't been working on L&T). The other three are "Legends and Treason" and "The Spellcaster's Legacy" and a different book that I'm actually writing in hopes of starting a writing career with. It's called "The Runaway". I might actually end up publishing it here on wattpad- :)

I'm also super busy with clubs and stuff- For instance I'm on my school's tennis team (we still are having practices despite the season being over-) and I'm part of the book club and the National Honors Society club.
