『19』

Nari quickly changed into her jeans, slipping into a black hoodie while keeping an eye on her phone.
She grabbed her phone and started running downstairs.

"Nari? Where are you going?" A shocked Wooyoung asked making the younger turn his head towards his sister.
Nari rushed towards the door.
"Noona?"

"I'm just going for a jog. Don't worry." she lied to the boys.
"Jog? This late at night? Nari-" "Ah I said don't worry! I'll be back!" Nari replied before quickly closing the door behind her.
Both the boys looked at each other for a second as they suddenly got up, turning off their tv.
"She never goes out at this hour. Something's wrong." Jongho said sprinting out of the house. Wooyoung nodded and followed.

They looked around themselves, squinting their eyes as much as they could, trying to find her. Wooyoung shook his head.
"She is already gone!"
"Hm... No wonder she was the fastest runner in our previous school." Jongho said pulling out his phone and dialling her number.
"Is it ringing?" Wooyoung asked with concern. Jongho nodded. "But she won't pick up."
"Try again!"
"Yeah wait." Jongho tried calling her again.

"The number you're calling is currently out of network coverage area. Please try again later."

Wooyoung sighed. "She switched it to airplane mode."
"Yes. Something is off hyung. We need to get to her fast!" Jongho added.
"Come on, let's go." Wooyoung turned back, walking into the house, pulling the younger with him.
"Where??" Jongho asked startled.
"To track her."
"We didn't install any tracking device in her-"
"Who said I'm tracking? You know very well who can do it without any tracking device." Wooyoung smiled at Jongho who now raised his eyebrows in realization.
"Right! Let's go!" the two got the keys and left the house, hoping that Nari was okay.

━━━━━

Nari slowed down her pace once she was convinced that the boys have lost sight of her.

"Phew, Jongho would've never allowed me to go." she said to herself, panting heavily.
"And I should really start exercising, jeez." she clenched her stomach, gasping for air.
Just then the phone buzzed, displaying her brother's name. She rolled her eyes, waiting for the call to end.

Turning on the airplane mode as soon as the call ended, she opened the app again, trying to figure out the place.
"I've seen this! I know where is this flyover on the highway!" she happily said to herself while slipping back her phone into pocket and pulling the hood on her head.

She started slowly running towards the place she wanted to go.

"Hm... Nari!?" a familiar voice called from behind. She froze for a second but started jogging again, pulling her hood even more so that her face could not be seen properly.
"Nari! Why are you ignoring me?" the voice called again but now it seemed like it was getting closer.
Nari didn't reply but kept running. Soon the boy caught up, inspite of her pace being incredibly fast.
He started running beside her. Nari stopped as soon as she noticed.

"What do you want Hongjoong?" she asked folding her hands, totally annoyed.
"Phew, so it is really you! I thought I was talking to some stranger and was about to apologize." Hongjoong replied shyly.
"Shit. I shouldn't have stopped then." Nari cursed herself mentally, kicking the small pebble which was lying in front of her.
Hongjoong had a frown on his face.
"Are you mad at me? What are you doing here? Are you going somewhere?" he asked, trying to sound concerned.
Nari smirked.
"Now. Who's the one asking too many questions huh? That's just so annoying Hongjoong!" she replied, remembering that Hongjoong had scolded her just because she asked too much questions.
Hongjoong had lost his patience by now.
"Fine. I'm sorry I was worried about you because this area is too dangerous and you were going somewhere alone. But now I don't care so I'll go, bye." he turned, pretending to leave, waiting for her to say sorry.
Instead, the girl just said Bye and started running again.
Hongjoong was surprised but annoyed.

He gritted his teeth and cursed under his breath as he started to run behind her again.
"What does she think of herself? Going out all alone at this hour?" he mumbled to himself, trying to catch up with her.

━━━━━

The two boys knocked on the door and waited impatiently.

Just then they noticed an elder girl with bright purple hair at the end of the corridor. She was walking towards them, eyeing the boys cautiously.

The boys gulped as she came nearer. She was wearing circular rimmed glasses, which suited her perfectly, covering her small face.
She had a specific charm.
Bacsically, she looked too good to be real.

Damn, she looks elder than us but is she an idol or something? That face!
Wooyoung said to himself.

Both of them straightened up when she stopped right infront of them, eyeing them suspiciously.

Do we look like burglars? Why is she looking at us like that?
Jongho stared back at her, not liking the way the purple haired girl was looking at them.

Instead of saying anything, she just turned knocking at the opposite door. The flat exactly opposite to theirs.

"Oh Min-ji, did you find the-" another girl, who looked almost as old as the purple haired said, as she opened the door. She stopped midway when she noticed the boys.

The boys looked at her. She had short hair and her voice was deep.

What is this? Is this some 'secret female idols hideout' or something?
Wooyoung mentally facepalmed, noticing that even the other girl was beautiful.

The girl whose name was supposedly Min-ji hurried inside, after which the girl with short hair gave Wooyoung and Jongho a brief stare before slamming the door.

The boys released their breath in a sigh as soon as the girls went in.

"What the hell was that?" Wooyoung whispered to the younger who just shrugged.
"I don't know. They were pretty though." Jongho smiled, knocking at the door again.

"Oh sorry, I was just... um... Cleaning up a bit. You both called so suddenly!" the older boy who was smiling as usual let the other two in, closing this door behind him.

"San. We told you on the phone already what we're here for."Wooyoung said.
San nodded as his smile dropped, slowly his face growing serious.

He lead them to his bedroom which was filled with greenish blue flashing lights from various computer screens, wires all over the place, making it difficult to even walk.
Wooyoung almost tripped while walking in. San quickly grabbed him.
"Be careful!"

"Hyung... Why did you even bother to clean up? It's a failed attempt."Jongho remarked, scanning the room, noticing the empty bottles and few half eaten packets of snacks.
" Hey! It's much better! It was worse that this!"San tried to defend himself but knew that his room really was messy.

"Next time, I'm bringing Seonghwa hyung. It'll be fun." Jongho laughed.
"What!? No way! Not him please, he'll actually kill me!!" San freaked out at the thought of Seonghwa coming over and finding out how San lived. San hated when people came over. He had avoided having people over since a long time, but was okay with it very rarely.

He plopped into the chair infront of one of the computers and furiously started tapping on the keyboard.
Wooyoung and Jongho exchanged glances, having no idea what he was doing.

"I tried tracking her when you told about it over the phone. Hmm.. Let's see where she is..." he hummed while the screen was loading.

Jongho's jaw dropped when he took at look at the screen which flashed in front of him.
"Wow."
