(Time Skip to Dinner)

"You have to go now?" Marietta asked. I nodded and she grabbed my hand.

"But with whom?" She asked with a smirk on her face.

Cedric. I thought to myself.

"It's nothing important.." I said, laughing it off.

"Oh really?"

"Yeah?..." I said. Marietta crossed her arms and whispered in my ear.

"It's Cedric Diggory isn't it?"

I nodded shyly and Marietta laughed, shoving me away from the Ravenclaw dining table.

"Go on! Have fun!" She laughed. I rolled my eyes and quickly ran out of the Great Hall and to my dorm room so I could change. I quickly passed the Common Room and into my dorm, swinging the door open.

"What on Earth should I wear?" I asked to myself, staring at my drawer of clothes. I shrugged and grabbed a white sweater and black leggings.

"This will do." I said, putting it on.

Quickly, I walked to the Hufflepuff Common Room where Cedric would be waiting for me.

"Hey." I said as I stepped into the Hufflepuff Common Room. It gave me a cozy feeling which made me feel safe. I wonder if others had felt that way too.

"Welcome in Cho." Cedric said, looking at me up and down with a smile on his face. I smiled back and sat down next to him, fidgeting with my purse.

"So why am I here?" I asked.

"Well, the Yule Ball is coming up so I wondered if you could come with me." Cedric replied. 

"Seriously? There's so many other beautiful girls out there Cedric." I stated, surprised by his sudden statement.

"Yeah I know but won't it be nice to know each other?" Cedric asked. I shrugged and he laughed.

"So yes or no?" Cedric asked.

"Well... I guess so." I said.

"I need a yes or a no." Cedric chuckled. I smiled and leaned on the couch.

"Yes." I said. Cedric smiled and patted my head.

"Thanks."

"No problem, Ced."
