Minho and the Gardian were on their way outside of the forest, it was like a maze and anyone could get lost if they tried to walk around but thankfully, the fairy man had the forest map pinned into his memory from remembering every turn and corner of this massive place.

Minho:"you didn't tell me your name"

He tried to break the silence and awkwardness between the two and the best way to start a conversation with a stranger is by asking about his name also because Minho was curious of what the guardian is called by.

"does it matter when you are leaving" it in fact that the fairy was right with saying that since both won't be seeing each other again but Minho felt the need to know his name.

Minho:"of course it matters!! I want to remember the person who took me in and saved me from a near death situation"

He convinced the fairy men who lowered his head chuckling a bit then his lips moved to say "fair enough, then the name is Jisung" to introduce himself for Minho to smile a little bit because his convincing came to a positive conclusion and he was more happy to hear the name.

Minho:"since when were you living here in the forest?"

He tried to ask another question not knowing why he's curious about the gardian, Jisung's little grin dropped and turned to Minho which caused them to stop walking where their faces were only inches away.

Jisung:"I'm sorry but that information only belongs to the forest and since you refused to be a part of it then I won't tell you anything about me except from my name"

He said with a low tone for Minho to widen his right eye feeling embarrassed that he said something wrong and uncomfortable where he felt guilty where he grabbed his right wrist with his left hand.

Minho:"ohh...i apologize"

With a sad expression, Minho started walking in front of Jisung that kept an eye on him from behind and couldn't figure out why minho had made him feel bad on the inside.

Remy:"JI!!!!!"

He heard a familiar tiny voice that brought his attention and turned around just to look at Remy flying towards him.

Jisung:"what's up Remy?"

He asked pulling his hand for the tiny fairy to sit on his palm while struggling to breathe after flying for so long.

Remy:"why are you taking that vampire away?"

She asked just when she regained her breath and flew towards his nose and made eye contact with his big doe eyes, Jisung didn't know why she was lecturing him for doing what Minho wanted but that was enough for him to explain his situation.

Jisung:"he chooses to leave Remy, he said he doesn't belong here"

He didn't know why she was so against Minho leaving, the forest spirit had already told him that the vampire wasn't a threat and needed his protection so what he did was bring him to his house and treat his wounds just like the orders from the forest spirit.

He doesn't know what is so special about him.

Remy:"that nonsense because he is the person you've been waiting for in these past years"

Jisung's colored eyes got wide as he took a step back having his heart beat so fast from the excitement of hearing that.

You don't know how much he went through to finally be able to make his dream come true.

Jisung:"what?"

The person he promised himself that he would protect them from anyone since he was 7 was finally going to be fulfilled.

Remy:"don't you see his color? And his soul? it feels exactly like you...you both are fated to meet each other"

He's not just someone he should protect but his soulmate either?! Why would destiny choose him as someone like Minho to be protected? Jisung was confused since he believed that the vampire was able to protect himself without his help.

Jisung:"Remy, slow down...I'm confused, how is he my soul-"

Remy:"where did he go?"

She looked left and right, up and down, front and back and she couldn't find the vampire anywhere near them.

Jisung searched with his eyes around the area and he couldn't feel anyone close which caused him to get worried.

Jisung:"ohh shit, I lost him"

Just when he knows that Minho was his long waited person and soulmate, he let him slip from his hands.

Remy:"don't worry, he Isn't too far, I'll follow his soul tracks while you stay behind my back...you should bring him back even if it means that you had to force him...you both need each other"

Jisung nodded and both started looking for Minho to be able to bring him back.

Minho was walking through the forest woods where it was becoming more difficult for him to be able to see through since the fog was getting more thicker by each step he took and his one eye wasn't helping either.

Minho:"are you sure this is the way out, mister Jisung?"

He turned his head behind and couldn't find the fairy man anywhere which led him to think that he was abandoned by the other, he felt betrayed that Jisung said he would protect him but but it turned up to be all a lie which pushed him to shed a tear from his right eye and blood from his left eye clutching into his right wrist with his left hand from the feeling of being left out again.

"minho~" the vampire raised his head and tried to look around him with his one eye hearing the familiar female voice, it took him a bit of time to spot a figure through the fog and he couldn't believe what his right eye was seeing.

Minho:"Valeria? Didn't you die?"

The figure of the woman had chuckled and then brought her arms out inviting Minho in with a alluring voice "I never died, I'm here so come on and let play with the kids together" just when the familiar voice said that, a loud cheer of toddler voices had crept his ears and his right eye focused on the numerous of kids figures behind the fog.

He was able to recognize everyone, his lips curled up into a smile as he started walking towards his paradise... It was his life from the beginning to live with Valeria and the kids in the orphanage.

It was his wish to live a normal simple life with the humans.

But his fantasies was interrupted by a handmade arrow that stabbed Valeria right in her eye and Minho was in total shock that he shouted "NOOOO" and run towards the woman but as soon as he approaches it, the woman transformed into an ugly muddy monster where his yellow eyes shine and his mouth was open showing his sharp teeth.

Minho stopped in his tracks looking at those monsters that have the ability to change their forms to allure him in.

Jisung:"STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!"

he heard the fairy man voice from above and when he raised his head, he found him flying using his fragile wings and using the bow and arrow against those monsters.

He kept shooting every monster that was approaching Minho while the vampire started kicking the monsters away from him that made him able to run away from them where Jisung followed him from the air giving him the destination where to go... Minho followed his lead and was able to escape those monsters reaching a peaceful mushroom field with fireflies and trees moving by themselves.

He looked at Jisung flying down where his legs touched the ground for him to remove the bag of arrows around his torso and throw the bow in the ground just to approach Minho after.

Minho:"WHY WOULD YOU SAVE ME AFTER ABANDONING ME?!"

The vampire grabbed the fairy man by his collar then threw a punch on his left cheek feeling rage going up to his veins not getting how twisted Jisung's personality is.

Jisung fixed his jaw and spit his mint blood on one of the premature mushrooms that turned into a beautiful mature one after receiving his blood.

It's just a way to explain how much his blood is like the perfect cure for anyone's injury which is the reason why humans are obsessed with fairies.

Jisung walked back towards Minho who was about to punch him again but that didn't work since the fairy man succeeded in grabbing the vampire's fist where grabbed his wrists to hold his hand tightly.

Jisung started dragging Minho towards the direction of his house again not showing signs of letting go.

Jisung:"I didn't abandon you, you kept walking forward and didn't wait for me and it was my fault for not keeping an eye on you"

Minho was out of words not because Jisung didn't actually abandon him but because the fairy man was holding his hand, their fingers were intertwined while walking away from the illusion swamp and going in the same direction from where they came from.

Isn't he supposed to bring him out instead? What happened to their deal?

Minho:"okay i get it...can you let go of my hand, I am not going anywhere"

Jisung didn't budge but he dug his fingers more into Minho's skin.

Jisung:"I don't want to lose you again so holding your hand is the only way to keep you captive"

His sentence came out like a calm assuring tone that caused Minho to have mixed feelings wondering why the Guardian's hands were so soft and warm.
