To open his right eye was quite difficult for him, he doesn't know how many days he had been captured under the human kingdom yet he's thirsty for some blood and weak to get himself out of here.

He studied his surroundings and felt his hands being cuffed against the wall, he tried to free them but nothing...he's too weak and those cuffs must be made by metal that is against supernatural powers.

Minho studied about this for two months while he was in the empire.

The Lord would laugh at him in the situation, he was trusted to be the next emperor but now he's nothing but a pathetic vampire being.

How about his soulmate? Would he be looking for him by now?

And Chan? Was he able to go back to the fairy kingdom?

Yuna... He still feels bad that he made her lie to everyone including her sisters.

Minho just wanted to suffer from the sacrifice he did to keep his friends safe and sound.

He soon heard the metallic doors open where he heard heels click against the floor coming toward him and when he raise his gaze from the grown he saw an old woman in her early fourties, her long brown greyish hair reaches her lower back, she was wearing a long midnight blue dress accompanied with a gold silk grown with a tiara crown on top of her head.

Her pricing brown eyes looked very familiar to Minho yet he couldn't remember where he saw them, those human eyes were colder than any vampire he met so he doesn't know if he met a human with those eyes before.

Minho:“I guess you're the famous queen”

The queen uncrossed her arms to reach her one hand with red nails and rings to grab Minho by his chin and brought him closer adjusting his head from the left to the right checking every detail on his face.

The queen:“and aren't you the fake guardian that fooled my soldiers”

Minho widened his eight eyes not believing that the queen was able to tell that he wasn't the real guardian.

He didn't try to react much and did his best to stay as calm as possible even if all his head was thinking is how to get out of a situation like this.

Minho:“how would you know I'm the fake and not the real one?”

He asked calmly trying to read the queen expression but it was hopeless, she was one step ahead of him.

The queen just signed, Minho is being pretty obvious from his question so she crossed her arms again to explain how she found out.

The queen:“that forest is the fairies property not vampires I'm not stupid to believe you are the chosen one”

It was a simple answer which wasn't hard to understand but now Minho knows that she wasn't after him but after the real guardian along with Chan, the runaway.

Minho:“so you're going to torture me until I speak his name?”

And he would take the torture instead of betraying his fairy friends and soulmate.

He can't let this woman do the same she did with Chan to Jisung, Minho doesn't want to see his soulmate wingless... it is a part of his character and charm.

While the last thing the queen wanted to do for Minho to speak is torturing him which isn't fun since he was a vampire.

The queen:“no need for me to do that, I'll just waste my time because I know how loyal the vampires can be if they choose not to betray anyone”

Minho:“you're more smart than you look”

He saw how the queen chuckled at his sentence by putting the back of her hand close to her lips.

The queen:“ohh darling, you haven't seen the half of me yet”

Minho:“what do you want from me?”

He asked again, really curious about his presence here... If the queen didn't want to use him or torture him for information then there must be another reason why she would keep him rather than killing him or letting him go.

Minho is facing a serious dangerous situation right now and he have no idea how to save himself from here.

The queen:“you're wanted lee Minho, the emperor is looking all over for you after knowing you're alive which makes you qualified to be the next emperor based on the information I got”

Sevil? He's still looking for him?

Minho smiled knowing that his emperor was still looking for him and he knows very well that sevil only made him go through this to be stronger, he's aware that he didn't adapt to the serum system and needs another way to gain his stamina.

If sevil knows about him being here then he would get rescued.

But the problem here, Minho is known for his big brain and unlimited abilities which is the only thing the queen kept him for, to reveal the vampires biggest secrets which he won't be doing.

His loyalty to his emperor is at the level of his pride.

Minho:“I'm not going to help you...not over my dead body”

The queen smiled and tabbed his cheeks not believing such a living being can be serious about choosing death over anything.

She always found that ridiculous.

The queen:“you have no other choice or I'll be sending my soldiers to the forest again”

What better than triggering your own enemy to get what you want?

Her plan was a success because Minho started reacting to what she said where he tried to let himself by moving his cuffed hands against the wall.

Minho:“you wouldn't dare”

She thought that there must be something or someone that Minho is trying to protect.

The queen:“you're not strong enough to stop me...I'll give you all night to think, don't disappoint me vampire”

With that she left him in total darkness but he won't be worried for so long because he knows that Jisung is safe.

Minho:“as long as Jisung is safe in the protection area then he would be fine”

Little does he know that the one who Minho tried to protect is on his way to save him from here.

Chan:“where is Jisung? We were supposed to meet two minutes ago...”

Chan has been waiting for the other's fairie arrival, they are supposed to be at the forest entrance but jisung was taking a long time for a "mini task" as an excuse.

Taiyo the one among the three fairies stayed with him when she was aware of what jisung mini task is so she proceeds to let him know.

Taiyo:“jisung returned to the forest to refuel the rejecting area with mana, so no human can step their feet here while we're gone”

Her sentence brought his attention with the mention of the topic of manas and he wonders what a demi-fae like Jisung has in him.

Chan never met a half Faerie before as he always read about them as extremely rare conditions but his soulmate always believes that they exist and are more powerful than  humans and Fairies combined.

Chan:“what kind of mana does Jisung have?”

As an expert that majors in manas classifications knowledge, chan was curious on what mana does all hybrids have starting from demi-faes, he might add it as another research for the kingdom.

Taiyo:“we tried to class it in the manas that are in the fairies history but none of it matches so we don't know what kind of powers he have”

The purple fairy scratched his chin thinking how impossible it can be to class a fairy based on it mana, it wouldn't be that difficult for him to handle considering that he was in this firm for seven years which is more than enough to do the job right.

Chan:“if we would come back safe with Minho, I'll tell him if I could”

The fairy was excited for that, she really wanted to discover how mana can Jisung can contain his ill state.

Jisung:“hey, sorry I'm late”

Both of them looked at the demi-fae approaching with two fairies tailing him from behind, Taiyo flew toward her sisters while Chan focused on Jisung, more precisely on the necklace.

Jisung startled when Chan walked his direction just to hold the necklace in his hand and observe for a while amazed of it where he didn't which was a big deal why Chan was so immersed in it.

Chan:“impossible...the gem necklace, it is full of mana!!”

Jisung didn't know why that was so important to be so fussy about.

Jisung:“isn't that a good thing?”

He shrugged his shoulders seeing it as something normal while it was the opposite for Chan to take it like that when he left of it not believing he witnessed such a rare thing.

Does jisung might be a descendant of a powerful faerie?

He must find out about it.

Chan:“it might look normal to you but for fairies, none of the gems were fueled to the maximum...only a powerful Faerie can be able to do that”

Jisung had his eyes widened as he grabbed the necklace again and started looking at it very carefully yet he couldn't find anything special like Chen does.

It was just a shining stone.

Remy:“and what could happen if it is full?”

Chan:“the period of calling increases to 20 minutes and he will be able to teleport three times”

Wait... It is not just a shining stone jisung realized and it grants so much power and he is getting excited to save his soulmate with this one.

Jisung:“WAIT REALLY?! just because I used my mana to protect ten different areas?!”

Chan looked at him with amaze, behind this time body was more, magic stocked there than he imagined, Jisung was a powerful one despite being a half Faerie yet he's ready to sacrifice all that for love.

The purple Fairy finds him very admirable.

Chan:“jisung...you're amazing”

Jisung wasn't expecting that but it made him so happy that he started chuckling while scratching the back of his head yet he still misses Minho's encouraging words.

He closed his eyes trying to remind himself of his voice and the necklace glow a little granting him that desire and in the left of his ear he can hear Minho's voice chanting “you're amazing, my dear clover” but it didn't last for long since Jisung couldn't handle his absence.

Jisung:“no time for chit chat, we still have my princess to rescue”

He held both of his fists up with a  reassuring smile causing the rest to chuckle except for Yuna.

Yuna:“princess?”

Jisung glows in green, blushing that he called his moonset by "princess" yet he have this urge to call him that face to face... He misses him so much.

Jisung:“yeah, like those romance books, the prince saves the princess from a dark evil with a sword and on a white horse”

This time, Chan raised an eyebrow with a side smile not believing such a grown up man like jisung reads romance books instead of books that contain Fairies history.

Jisung reminds him of his soulmate once again.

Chan:“I can't believe you actually read that stuff”

He started chuckling at him but Jisung didn't take that as a humiliation because he doesn't care about others'opinions when he can do whatever he wants.

Even Minho doesn't have the authority to stop him from reading those books.

It was one of his favorite hobbies that he enjoys doing along with piano and flower crowns.

Jisung:“I do but laugh at me later, we should get going now and we need to arrive there quickly”

Chsn:“good thing I know a short cut there”
