I don't have a strong opinion but I think it could work out. They have chemistry, and in the 3rd movie, the director literally told Lupin's actor to play like a gay man. 

"....like a married couple." 

This quote was from Snape in the Prisoner of Azkaban movie. Maybe he's right, I thought there was something going on with them.

I like Wolfstar, it's my second favorite gay couple next to Elsamaren.

PS: I've seen a lot of ship wars such as Remadora VS Wolfstar and Harmione VS Romione VS Dramione, they(including me) should fight less on hp ships, but I just can't help it.
