"Can you remember anything else? Anything else?" Parrish asks. Ariane's eyes trail over to her sister. Luisa looked straight ahead of her, "Luisa?"

Luisa's teary eyes look up at him. She sniffles before shaking her head, "I'm sorry. It just happened so fast."

Ariane rubs her back as she looks down again. Stilinski's eyes soften as he watches the girl in front of him.

Luisa didn't know how any of them were doing it, but she stood with Deaton, Scott, and Lydia in the animal clinic. Ariane didn't want to let her out of her sight, but she knew Luisa wasn't going to just let her friends figure everything out on their own. Especially now that Allison was dead.

"Stiles and Kira said it was the Nemeton that kept it trapped." Scott says

"The problem is this isn't even a person you're fighting." Deaton says, "It just looks like one. It's a spirit that's taken the shape of a human."

"The shape of my best friend."

"Someone caught it once." Luisa says quietly, "Someone can do it again, right?"

"I don't know. This thing was trapped a long time ago, before the Nemeton was cut down. It doesn't have the same power anymore." Deaton says

"Is there anything that does?" Scott says

"Possibly. When the tree was whole, its wood was sometimes used to contain powerful objects. But those objects are very rare."

"Wait a second." Lydia interjects, "Powerful objects? Like an Alpha's claws?"

"Which Alpha?"

"Talia Hale. Peter had them in this wooden box with a triskele carved on the lid. What if it was made from the Nemeton?"

"It was."

"How do you know?" Scott says

"Because I made it."

Ariane approaches the front door when she hears a knock. She was hoping something else hadn't happened in the few hours she had let her sister leave. As she opens the door, she stops, "Anna?"

The girl stares back at her with sad eyes, "Sorry. I was just looking for Luisa. She hasn't texted me back and I was just worried about her."

"She's with Scott and Lydia. They're trying to come up with another plan for Stiles."

"Oh okay." Anna nods, "Thanks."

Ariane nods as Anna starts to make her way down the hall to the elevator. As much as Ariane wasn't a fan of Anna whenever she found out about what she did to Luisa, she remembered how she felt whenever her parents passed. Even though Anna and Allison weren't family or even very close for that matter, watching someone die was just as bad, if not worse.

"Anna." She calls out. The girl turns with raised brows, "Come and sit for a second. None of you should be alone right now."

Anna lets out a breath as she makes her way back to the apartment. Ariane gives her a small smile as she shuts the door behind her.

"Derek's got the triskele box." Scott says hanging up his phone, "He's gonna meet us."

Luisa gasps as she reaches her arms out and catches Lydia. The red head stands back up as she blinks harshly, "You okay?"

"What's wrong?" Deaton says

"Something's happening. I had this sudden rushing feeling, like we're running out of time." Lydia breathes

"Yeah." Stiles says as he and Kira walk in. He holds onto the wall as she stands beside him, "Yeah, I kind of got that feeling, too."

As the teens walk up to the entrance of the school, Luisa still feels a pit in her stomach. It hadn't left since she watched Allison die.

"Scott, hold on." Stiles says, "I know what you're all thinking. If this works, it might kill me, too. But even if it does, you have to go through with it. Stick with the plan, okay?"

"The plan is to save you." Scott nods, "That's the plan I'm going with."

Luisa eyes the door as Scott stands in front of it. She couldn't tell what was off about it, but there was something wrong. Then it hit her, "Scott, wait."

Her words fall short as Scott opens the door. As they step in, they're met with a snowy yard.

"Oh, this is definitely not part of the plan." Stiles says as the door shuts behind them

Ariane walks over with Derek at her side. His face was transformed into its werewolf side and he had the triskele in his right hand. Ariane glares ahead at Void as he sat on the steps with the Oni at his side.

"Did you bring us a present?" He says in a sing song voice

Derek sets the triskele down, "I brought three."

Anna and the twins' eyes glow as they walk up beside Ariane and Derek. Void tilts his head, "I've heard of an Alpha pack, Derek, but not a pack of former Alphas. It's a little sad, isn't it?"

"I might not be an Alpha anymore, but I can still fight like one."

Derek growls as the Oni pull out their swords.

The teens look around at the snow falling around them. Luisa turns as someone walks out from behind bushes. A man in the same outfit and wrapping that Stiles was in when he came back.

Luisa grips her crossbow tighter as Kira draws her sword.

"Like I promised, Stiles. We're going to kill all of them. One by one." The Nogitsune growls. Oni appear around them. Kira hitting her own sword against another as Luisa brings her crossbow up.

"What the hell is this?" Scott says as the Oni surround them, "Where are we?"

"Between life and death.

"Bardo." Lydia says

"But there are no peaceful deities here, Lydia. You're dying, Stiles. And now everyone you care about is dying, too."

"What? What do you mean?" Stiles says

"I've captured almost all of the territories on the board, Stiles. The hospital. The sheriff's station. And now the animal clinic." He growls, "Do you know the ritual of seppuku, Stiles?"

"No, and I don't want to."

"When a samurai disembowels himself with his own sword to maintain his honor, but that's not the cut that kills him. The killing stroke is made by his kaishakunin, who beheads the samurai with his own katana. Scott... Scott is your kaishakunin." He points. Luisa backs up closer to Lydia as the Oni and the Nogitsune get closer.

"I'm going to make your best friend kill you, Stiles. And you're going to let him. Because just like you, they're all going to die. Everyone touched by an Oni's blade. Unless Scott kills you first."

"Why? Why are you doing this?"

"To win the game."

Luisa sets her crossbow as the Oni draw their swords and point them at the group. Scott growls as he transforms and Kira draws her sword.
