Anna shuts the door behind them before turning around. Luisa stood a few feet in front of her as Adrian paced.

"What the hell just happened?" Adrian says, "Where's my brother?"

"He's right outside with Scott." Luisa reassures while pointing toward the door, "He's okay."

"Why can't I go out there with him?"

"Because we don't want you to get hurt. This is his first full moon."

"What? What's happening to him?"

Anna huffs, "He's shifting."

"Shifting?"

"Into a werewolf."

"Anna." Luisa groans

"What? She's freaking out enough as it is. It's driving me crazy."

"I forgot you're fighting it too." Luisa sighs

"What?" Adrian says, "You're shifting too?"

"Trying not to." Anna says

"She's been a werewolf a lot longer than Liam. She can control it." Luisa adds

"How does he even learn to do that?" Adrian asks

"From Scott." Luisa explains, "You were at the hospital the night Liam was bitten. Do you remember seeing them on the roof?"

"Yeah." Adrian nods, "Some guy had come and snatched Liam. I followed them, but the guy was dead already."

"In order to save Liam, Scott had to bite him. Now, Scott's gonna try and help him learn about his abilities and help him stay in control." Luisa says, "He won't hurt him."

Luisa and Anna watch as Adrian becomes calmer. Anna can still hear her heart racing, but the girl had stopped pacing. Adrian looks toward them, "So, is that why I was even invited here? You guys wanted to make sure I didn't say anything or something?"

"We wanted to explain what was happening." Luisa smiles, "We knew that you saw something and probably had no explanation for it. We just want to keep you and Liam safe."

Adrian nods lightly before she wrings her fingers, "But Liam's gonna be okay?"

Luisa steps closer and holds Adrian's arms, "He's gonna be okay."

Adrian lets out a breath as she looks to the ground. Anna didn't know if it were just her or the full moon, but as Luisa rubbed Adrian's shoulders to calm her, she felt jealousy creep in. Her right hand flexing as she worked to keep herself in control.

Luisa looks to Anna who was already staring back at her. Luisa smiles softly before turning back to Adrian.

Scott looks around him as he panted heavily. He hears a growl before he's tackled to the ground. The two wolves roll down the hill before hitting the bottom. Liam lands on top and begins hitting Scott.

"Liam... Liam, wait. Stop."

"What did you do to me?" Liam grunts

"Liam..."

"This is your fault. It's all your fault! This is your fault!" Liam growls. Scott hears an arrow pierce through the air before it hits the tree above them.

Liam screams out as Scott covers his eyes. Liam turns and stumbles away quickly. As the arrow dies out, Scott looks up. His eyes widening as Argent walks over to him.

"How did you know?"

"I got your text." Argent says as he helps him stand, "There's a clearing just north of here. All you have to do is corral him there. The rest is taken care of."

"What are you going to do?"

"He's your Beta, Scott. The better question is what are you going to do?"

"He won't listen to me."

"He will if you start using your own words." The two turn as Liam screams. Argent pulls a clicker out and hands it to him, "Here. Go."

Scott rushes off. Liam's grunts become clear as Scott approaches him. His steps slow as Ariane turns to him from beside a tree.

"What are you doing here?" He asks

"Wanted to make sure he made it." She says before pointing towards her ears, "Might wanna stop torturing him."

"Oh." He says before turning the emitters off. Liam falls to the ground, panting as Scott looks back to Ariane. She nods before Scott takes slow steps toward Liam.

Liam breathes heavily as he looks up to Scott, "What's happening to me?"

"The same thing that happened to me." He says before kneeling beside him

Argent appears beside Ariane as Liam shakes his head, "They can't know about this. My mom, my stepdad, my sister, I can't do this to them again."

"What do you mean again?"

"I got kicked out of school and I deserved it. The way they looked at me when they saw what I did to that car..."

"Liam, it's okay."

"And I dragged Adrian down with me." He cries, "They can't see me like this."

"Like a monster? You're not a monster. You're a werewolf." Scott says before flashing his red eyes, "Like me."

As Liam's breathing slows, Scott turns to Ariane and Argent. The two give him a small smile and nods of approval before Scott turns back to Liam.
