When Dean went to Hell everything changed for everyone, as they parted ways going in their own directions. Ana now has a baby to take care of as a single mother as Dean was in Hell for God knows how long.

When Dean came back from the literal dead after supposedly being dead and in Hell for four months. Everyone was in shock as they all remember Dean being dead in front of them. Like Bobby, Ana thought that Dean was a shapeshifter or a demon.

She didn't believe that it was actually Dean, but when she realized that it was Dean and not a supernatural creature, she was over the moon.

With no help from Lucifer there is good and bad apocalypse, and the brothers and Ana. Heaven is having its own issues with the Angels and growing tension between the brothers along with Ana and Sam always bickering as she doesn't trust Sam's demon ally, Ruby.
