After her baby shower, Karthik completely withdrawn from all his activities. His focus is on her and her safety. Both the mother and kid are his precious souls. He can't lose both at any cost. And also he don't want to miss anything related to his sweetest wife NairaKarthikGoenka. Kairav is the another one who completely dedicated himself for his mumma's help. He is with her like her shadow.

Both father and son were busy in arranging her hospital bag. Naira was just an audience to Their team work. Both are busy in arranging everything without any mistake. None can note a mistake in their arrangment. That much perfect it is .

Kartik made her take the seat.

There is no need of arranging everything this early. Kartik you guys look at me. There is time for my due date. So we can do it together.

He holds her hands and made her calm down.

Kartik: I knew there is time. But that's not an excuse for me. Atleast for me. Naira am a business man and I will always ready to face anything. In my world everything needs to be ready in time .. otherwise nothing goes well.

Kartik and Kairav left to hall to arrange her fruit platter. Just then Karthik's phone rings.  Without wasting time Naira take it.

Aman: hello sir am Aman... Yes your doubt was right. They are behind ma'am to made you weak.. but still sir, your plan of throwing yourself to such trap is dangerous... What if that day the truck has smashed your car.. so sir you can't be emotionally weak .. and sir how can you openly challenge him.. sir he just want you to be with Ragini ma'am . So they want to get rid our naira ma'am. As you knew, they considered you as their son in law for so long. Raghav want you to be his sister.... So sir don't put your Life in danger .

Naira can't believe what she just heard . Just then she saw the message of Raghav blackmailing Kartik in his phone and also the clip of the accident

When Kairav rushed in his mother is sweating heavily holding her tummy. Within a fraction of a second, he held her hand and made her take a seat....

Kairav literally runs to the kitchen to call Kartik for the aid. Kartik was shocked to hear everything. He quickly rushed to his room and saw a weak naira who is sweating heavily holding her bump. She who saw him tries to stand, but failed. Kartik reached near her

Kartik.........it's paining ..........it's ...... paining.

That was so sudden than Karthik don't know what to do first. He immediately called his maaa. Suwarna and others rushed in. They brought her to the hospital

30 mins later

Naira is inside the labour room. The doctor comes out.

Doc: I think it's her time to deliver.

Daadi: but her due date is on...

Before she completes.

There are some complications. We donno why.. but she seems so startled by something. Did something happened.

Kartik: startled... can I meet her and be with her

When Kartik enters he saw his ladylove crying in pain.

He immediately hugged her.

Ssh Jaan.. nothing....am here.. Am next to you... Ssh... Don't be this worried.

He slowly wiped his tears and hers too. She is sweating heavily.

he wipes it away. She looks at him and he know something is bothering her ..

Is everything okay ... What happened to you all of a sudden...

She slowly raised her head. He caressed her chin...

Tell me jaan.. what's bothering you...Are you okay... Is everything okay

Raghav.....I ....heard everything from .... Your PA.. he .. he is hurting you because of me.... Am ...am the one who cause that ... accident...heina..

Kartik was so shocked to learn that his wife knew everything that he kept like a secret.

Before she completes her statement he stopped her.

Doctor asked her to push....
Kartik is motivating her. His eyes are red due to crying.... Doctor turn to him to tell something but he interrupts

If it's about the choice of mother or kid.... I think you already knew what's my answer..

Doctor:  yes Mr Goenka. Then
Keep her awake. That will help us alot..

Kartik nodded yes. He tried cheer up his sherni... Just then a sudden pain made cry from the bottom of her heart breaking his heart

Then what they heard is the voice of their baby crying. His eyes shines a bit ... But suddenly the thought of naira came into his mind .. without looking at the baby he turned to his Jaan. She is unconscious. His worst fear is before his eyes.

Kartik: doctor.....please...please ....check her....is she okay..

Doctor who turns to the screen monitoring her vitals startled for a sec..

Nurse hurry...her pluse is dropping down drastically...

Kartik can't hear anything.

He just looks at her vitals that is dropping drastically.....and all of sudden it becomes a line.......

Mr Goenka....it's ....it's ....

Baby cried like she knew she is going to loose her mumma bear.. But the god was great. Her baby voice brings back naira to concious..

Her voice made him come out of the trance. She slowly raised from her bed and grab her baby girl... She turned to her hubby whom can't control his tears of happiness, fear and sadness.

Naira held his hand to turn him into her side

I made it Kartik and we are blessed... We are blessed with a baby girl...

Kartik slowly stop crying

Kartik; you killed me alive naira. I thought I loose you and myself. I thought it's ....

Ssh ... Look am back.. now look at my baby girl..

Kartik immediately kissed his queen and then their princess.

Naira: hold her kartik.....

Kartik slowly grabbed her from naira

Doctor: the baby and her papa literally Bring back their favourite lady from the mouth of death.

Kartik look at the mini version of his naira

Karthik: thank you baby for saving us both. I already got your name from the moment you saved us. Thank you for giving back mumma.. otherwise papa won't survive.

Doctor ask him to take her to the family. He look at his wife. She assured him that she is okay

Kartik come outside with the baby girl, everyone surrounded

Then with surprise. They all start showering love to the little one

After two hour

Naira is back to her room. Everyone is with her. Doctor with baby enters there. Kartik is beside her like he won't leave her side ever.

Doct: your baby girl made us go mad

What happened to my baby daughter....

Naira literally shouted ... Just then doctor turned to Akshara Singhanyia.

I mean your baby girl.. Naira ji. Her vitals dropped all of a sudden and we are about to announce that she is no more.. she literally made Mr Goenka numb for a second... But luckily baby's voice bring her back.

Everyone look at her and Karthik. Naira hold karthik's hand. Kartik is just looking at her with much love.

Akshara: thank you little one.. you saved your naani from a heart break and lifelong sadness

Daadi: haa. If something happened to this kid, we can't be able to do anything. She is the core of Goenkas.

Naira grabbed baby to her hand

Suwarna :  thank you baby for giving back our naira..

Suwarna caressed the head of the Lil one.

Naksh: Karthik is that true...her vitals dropped all of a sudden..

Kartik: dropped... It was just a line... My whole body freezed seeing that.... I ..... I can't think of anything than joining her....I won't survive without her.. .

Surekha come forward

Kartik placed baby in the cradle. Just then Naira explained what happened before the sudden pain.

Manish: how dare they hurt my kid's..... This time I won't let anyone snatch our happiness

Kartik sit beside the cradle.

Naira, when you said... Will you be safe without me.. you killed me already with your words. Don't ever put me before you.. Atlast everyone will lose both. 🤞🏻

Naira just look at her ek patni vrat husband.
