2 Days from Christmas- Lost
Flashback
Jimin ran away from home after catching his husband red-handed in a compromising position. Of course, he could not stay hidden for long because the elder had contacts, money, and power.
Hoseok beat him that day after dragging him back home. He tied Jimin and he was not allowed to go outside the room. His hands were only untied to allow him to eat.
This kept going on for a week and Jimin was desperate. He needed to get out. One night Hoseok tried to force himself on him. His hands were untied and he saw this as his last opportunity to freedom and he ran for it.
He frantically dashed out and to the terrace but got stuck with no where more to go. He had made up his mind. He had to fight today and emerge victoriously or die trying but not get caught again to get tortured and molested by the monster.
Hoseok started to drag him but he fought back dedicatedly. In the quarrel, Jimin pushed him off the roof and Hoseok got stuck over the railing from where he could fall any moment. He now begged Jimin to save his life. He cried and screamed his heart out with apologies.
Jimin almost fell for that because after all, he was the man Jimin fell in love with as he made up his mind to save him.
Just before he could move he saw Hoseok's expressions change and his eyes get dark. "Bitch, even if I die today your life will be hell. I have made sure of that." He menacingly said and laughed like a maniac.
Fury ran over Jimin as he found a construction rod with which he hit his hands to loosen the grip over the railing by which he was hanging and Hoseok finally fell, not to his death but to Jimin's hell.
He broke more than a hundred bones in his body and was on life support since then, alive.
All powerful syndicates left his side because he was no more a man who he used to be. His men suspected that it was Jimin who was behind it and they kept chasing him over the years.
Sometimes they would approach him casually and ask him for a date as a stranger in a bar and sometimes they attacked directly. It was the reason Jimin kept travelling and not settling in one place for a job.
Once, he trusted a man. A handsome man whose beauty was beyond measure. Later Jimin found that he was one of them. Even half-dead, Hoseok managed to make Jimin's life hell as he promised.
The handsome crazy man took him for a ride and jumped out of the moving car leaving Jimin to fall to his death who of course survived the accident but he never was same after that. He could never trust anyone anymore.
Thinking, Jimin died, the man went back. It happened one year ago and soon after Jimin heard that Hoseok went in a coma.
After that accident, he lived in peace for some time until Jungkook arrived. He had his suspicions on Jungkook but the doe eyes always made Jimin feel that he was wrong in judging Jungkook as he slowly let go.
Jimin time to time would look back and think how looks can be deceiving.
That's why he could not also completely trust Jungkook even if he wanted to.
End of Flashback
"What are you doing here? Please, please don't kill me. I have kids. There is no one to look after them." Seokjin begged as he took steps back as he hit the coffee table stumbling to fall but caught by Namjoon in between.
"Hey, hey. Calm down." He said as Seokjin opened his eyes and saw himself safe and sound in the arms of Namjoon. He immediately retreated.
"I am sorry." He mumbled.
"I would never harm you or let anyone harm you or your kids. Trust me." He said.
Seokjin saw the truth in his eyes. He wanted to believe him but how could he when Namjoon threatened him to kill Jung Hoseok. The most powerful man in Korea. Namjoon kidnapped Seokjin's son and daughter. He had no other way left but to do what he was told. He pulled out the life support which led to death of his long comatose patient.
"Why are you here? I did what you told me. I finished the task. I left all my life behind." Seokjin's tears held a concoction of anger, loathe, fear, and hurt.
"I know it would have been hard for you. Leaving behind all your life and everything changed in a jiffy. Please don't be scared of me. I know you must think I am the bad guy but I had my reasons. By doing what you did you saved many more lives which could have been taken away if the deed wasn't done." Namjoon apologetically said looking at Seokjin whose body relaxed a bit which was stiffened since he saw Namjoon barge in.
"Can you sit with me? I will tell you everything." He patted the couch and Seokjin hesitated.
"I promise. I won't hurt you." Namjoon said softly as Seokjin slowly followed. He sat at a distance, curiously looking at the dimple-faced man.
"He tried to kill a friend of my friend. My friend is very special to me and the other fella is very special to him. I had to do it for my friend. My life once changed just like yours and my friend was the one who supported me and build me up again after I broke into infinite pieces. I do everything to protect him. And now I want to do the same for you and the kids." Namjoon said averting his gaze towards the room slightly where kids were sleeping.
"Why do you want to do that for us?" Seokjin asked confused.
"Let's just say that I get you and I have been there. I was alone until I found my friend. I want you to find that friend earlier than I did. If you allow me of course. If you don't then you have my word, you will not see my face in your life again." Namjoon flashed him a genuine smile extending his hand.
Seokjin gazed at his eyes before moving to the outstretched hands and back at his dimples followed by his eyes. He hesitantly took the hand and smiled faintly.
"Baby steps then? Let's do Christmas dinner together." Namjoon proposed and Seokjin smiled while nodding.

Jimin was back and he kept calling Jungkook consistently but no response was be received. He texted him urging to at least say that he is fine but Jungkook did not.
Jimin went to Jungkook's Grandma at the end of the day, hoping she would know the whereabouts or if Jungkook had come to meet her but his attempts were futile. Jungkook did not contact her either except that one text which he sent yesterday telling her that he was back home but she hinted at one particular place.
Right after talking to Jungkook's Grandma Jimin got substantial tip-off over where he might be and he was right because Jungkook was sitting by his mother's grave when he reached there.
He approached him silently as he put Ranunculus flowers by the tombstone. Jungkook registered it was Jimin but he kept his gaze straight, staring at the shining words of the tombstone. A Loving Mother, My Iron Woman.
Few tears rolled out of his eyes just as Jimin put his hand over Jungkook's. "I am so sorry Jungkook. About your mother, about everything." Jimin said keeping his gaze straight.
"How did you know?" He asked Jimin averting his gaze towards the flowers.
"Halmeoni." He replied as a sweet smile came to play on his lips.
Jungkook chuckled airily, "of course."
They kept sitting in silence until Jimin broke it. "Maám, you have brought an amazing person into the world. He is kind, compassionate, caring, and loving. Thank you so much for that. I wish I could tell you this in person." His voice soft and his eyes lumbering.
It made Jungkook smile but also break down entirely. He put his face in his bandaged palms causing soft sniffles to turn to unsteady quavers and muffled screams. Jimin could not stop himself from crying as well as he encased the younger boy in his arms sideways. Jungkook leaned his forehead on the elder's shoulder without uncovering his face, his palms still masked his face as he let the lamentation take its toll.
