"Dad? Dad, are you there? dad," charlie calls out to the phone.

I look at him, confused. "We gotta help him! We gotta go," charlie's rushes. "No, he says stay in the car," lizzie says. "Yeah," maya agrees.

"D-definitely stay in the car," big mac says.

He looks at me, for backup. I shrug, "sorry.. he did say stay in."

"...Then, we'll stay in the car," his voice trails off, like he's thinking of something.

Charlie gets up from the passenger side and goes to the drivers side. "Charlie, don't," maya tell him.

"shotgun," i call, climbing to the front. "Where'd you learn that word," charlie looks at me, raising an eyebrow. I point at maya. "Hey.." Maya smiles slightly, doing a short wave.

"Wh- woah- what.. why are you getting in the drivers seat," big mac asks. "oh..kay," lizzie says softly.

"you-you can't drive, charlie," big mac chuckles nervously.

"Seatbelts on?"

Charlie starts driving the van down the road. Downhill.

It was gaining momentum. We were all frozen.

"y/n... do something," he says starting to freak out.

"WHAT? What do you mean do something," i freak out more

"I said do something!"

I switch a random button, out of nerves.

"Discombobulator on."

"Press all of the buttons. Try all of them," lizzie shouts.

"Y/n!" Maya yells.

I switch the red flip and it shoots the wall in front of us. The school. But not destroying it. We also sped up.

"You're gonna hit the wall, charlie," lizzie shrieks.

We all started gradually screaming.

WHOOSH

We went through a blue hole.

Did we crash into the school?!

We looked out the car window as the orb was getting thrown across the gym.

Our jaws were dropped.

Then charlie's dad transforms into an armor suit. Just like argon's but gold light. Argon's was red.

Argon starts shooting at Mr. kincaid... or i guess the guard now.

We all stare, waiting to see what's gonna happen.

Charlie's dad was still flying through the air, falling towards argon. He shoots a ball of light out and argon manages to get the shield of hexagon out but it still flew him back into the table and though the wall.

My eyes widen and mouth was still open. All of ours were. We were shocked, in a good way. I started smiling. We all looked at one another.

"Holy crap.." charlie says getting out of the vehicle. We all got out after him.

"Not bad for an I.T guy," charlie says.

Mr. Kincaid's helmet disappears, revealing his head.

"Thanks for not listening to me," his dad smiles.

Charlie just smiles and shrugs with one shoulder.

"Keep this safe," his dad throws the orb to him.

"Charlie. I trust you," he tells him.

Charlie's smile got wider, "He went that way." He points somewhere. His dad turns around but charlie calls out to him.

"Show him some swagger," charlie tells his dad.

"Guys!"

"Berger!"

We all looked at berger running to us and we all gave him our hugs.

"You're okay," maya says.

"I'm so glad," i gave him a hug.

"Good thing you're not dead," big mac tells berger, making him chuckle.

Charlie looks back and runs to berger, and they hug.

After some reunion time.. Charlie dad's comes back in.

"Charlie! charlie, i lost him. Throw me the source," he cups his hand as charlie throws him it.

"Okay, get in the g-mobile. i'm getting you out of here," he orders us.

As we were walking to the van i look back to see charlie. I see argon behind him, and my eyes widen.

"Charlie! Behind you," i shout. Right as he turns around he gets picked up by the collar from the back.

"DAD," he screams, having a voice crack.

His dad looks at him, "Charlie! No, no!"

He starts running to him.

"Get back! Do not move," argon shouts. "Jack, don't be a hero," he says. "Give me the source or i'll kill your kid," he threatens.

"Okay..." his dad sighs. "Give it to me," argon shouts, growing impatient.

"Okay.. it's yours," he says walking forward.

"What? No dad! dad, dad.. don't do this" charlie shouts.

"It's yours.. you won," Mr. Kincaid tells argon.

"Don't do it! I'm only one person," charlie screams.

"tellement stupide..." i shake my head, mumbling.

"SHUT UP," argon shakes charlie.

"I'm only one person! You're saving the world, alright," charlie continues to scream.

"Charlie.. charlie don't worry," his dad tries to calm him down.

Charlie looks over on the ground and notices a bomb, then quickly looks back to his dad.

"HBT.. HBT," charlie mouthing, whispering to his dad.

"HBT.." his dad repeats charlie.

Charlie looks over to the left of him with his eyes, signaling something. His dad looks over and sees the bomb.

"Give it to me," argon demands.

"Okay! Please... please," charlie dad raises his hand.

Then he throws the orb. But he didn't.

Argon dropped charlie so he runs to the bomb.

When mr. kincaid was about to throw the orb he drops it behind him and catches it with his other hand.

Charlie gets ready to throw the bomb, once he gets ahold of it. He looks at the two adults fighting over the orb.

He lifts his leg like he does in baseball then throws it. Right on the orb.

Charlie's dad lets go and argon thought he won. Then he realized that there's a bomb on it.

"Strike three-"

Charlie gets cut off as the bomb explodes and we all flew back from the powerful blue explosion. Argon disappears in the red dark mist.

I land on lizzie, groaning. "Y/n you alright," lizzie helps me sit up. I nod, "are you?"

"Yeah i am.."

We see charlie's dad running to charlie when he fell. We all look at them.

Charlie wasn't waking up from where i could see. His dad was shaking him and whispering to him.

The four of us stood up to look.

Charlie finally wakes up. "Charlie? charlie.. can you see," his dad whispers.

"Did y/n see that throw," charlie whispers.

His dad chuckles relieved. "Are you kidding me? How could she not. It's one of the greatest throws ever. My son's a hero," his dad whispers.

Charlie was smiling widely then gave a big hug to his dad. They stand up and went in for another hug. We walked closer to them.

"awwww," lizzie says, joining the hug. We all slowly joined in as well. A big group hug.

I look to charlie. "nice throw, charlie," i smile at him. He looks down at me with a big grin, "Thanks."

All of a sudden his dad jolts. "oh my god."

"huh," charlie says.

"I gotta call mom," he got his phone out.
