Aside from her programming, Alura is very kind hearted. She's selfless, willing to put others ahead of her without hesitation. There may be a hint of stubbornness within the woman as well. If she thinks it's right, she will stand on it until proven wrong. Not only that, she's adventurous. Loves seeing and exploring new things, even with the possibility of death being high. She's rather a risk taker like that. On the other side, Alura tries to stay positive even in dark times. A good mind set tends to pull her through most if not all things or situations she's in. She thinks better without negativity clouding her judgement. Alura has a lot of compassion as well to give to others. As always, nothing makes her happier more then doing something nice.

Now occasionally, when her limits are pushed, she will step out of her programming and become a bit less nice. When she reaches her end, her mouth and words can become a form of a weapon used to mentally hurt others. She can be a bit aggressive and threatening, easily irritated in this state. It is pretty good advice to steer clear of her when like this. This state is a direct result of the unknown magic trapped in her arm, a very blue color different from the rest of her body.

If that happens, she will go off to heal herself. Maybe disappearing for a couple of days or hours until she regains herself. She disappears without a word and expects not to be bothered. She finds you, not the other way around.

Alura comes from a video game called 'Legends' where the player goes into her world and completes different quest that lead them to their ultimate goal. Alura is a side character that accompanies the player, leading them to these quest and sometimes side quest. She was programmed to be a sort of guide or mage within relation to the player. At a certain high level, she even is available for the player to choose as a character to play. Since she was made, her backstory was also made into her programming as well.

Alura was married off to a man she did not like at the age of 18. He owned and ran a hotel. He expected her to be a maid rather than a partner. Upon the 'Great Chaos' her husband ended up being called for war, leaving her behind.

Not only was she happy, but she had to pretend she was sad and lonely in the presence of others. The player comes to the hotel in search of their first quest, they find her. Explaining to her what they were sent for, she insist that she helps. Desperately wanting to leave her old life behind and her husband in case he were to somehow survive the war.

Knowing her world inside and out, she offers to be a guide. She can also help fight using her magical abilities, so she could handle her own. The player accepts and the game play begins.

You had just recently bought a pretty cool looking video game out of boredom, and it was on sale. The entire store was, so why not?

Once you got time, you slipped the disk into the system and sat back on the couch to relax. Holding the console in your hand. The introductions came, as any other game.

"🄻 🄴 🄶 🄴 🄽 🄳 🅂

⍴rᥱss ᥲᥒᥡ ᑲᥙ𝗍𝗍᥆ᥒ 𝗍᥆ s𝗍ᥲr𝗍"

So you did so and the story line of the game began.

After hearing the tragedy of the storyline, you were now the hero to save it. Evil shadows have taken over the land and are controlled by one unknown person. No one has seen the face of the man responsible for this chaos, it's your job to find him and put an end to it. Though you were weak and had many side level quest to build up to the main one.

You went through a couple of levels without issue until the game controller began to heat up. Eventually you threw it down as it had gotten extremely too hot to hold. The tv began glitching and becoming brighter. The theme music from the game got louder. You closed you eyes, turning your head away from the light, until the tv stopped wildly glowing.

Slowly you opened your eyes saw gravel below you. You quickly looked up seeing Alura in front of you.

"Oh good. You're here. I thought you were gone for a minute" she smiled. Upon seeing your panicked face, she lowered her smile. "What's wrong? Bad dream?"

A new game had just been released by your favorite gaming company. You couldn't wait to have it and try it out..unfortunately so did other people. By the time you got to your local store, the line was around the block.

Like everyone else, you waited and waited.

You waited for hours.

Finally you were getting close to your moment and suddenly an announcement came. You couldn't really hear due to the people behind you, but everyone began leaving the line.

Walking up to the store, the employee seemed as unimpressed as ever. "How can I help you?"

"Is the game sold out?"

"Yes"

"What?! I've been standing in line for hours?!"

"Unfortunate, want a lollipop?"

You thought he was being sarcastic by the monotone voice but to his left on the counter were a jar of lollipops.

"No...I just.." your eyes trailed off as you looked behind him to still see one last game remaining. You pointed, "that! Right there!"

"You want that one?"

"Yes. It's the game I was looking for"

The guy made a face as he picked it up. "Not sure, people have returned it saying it messed up their game system or something? I dunno. Says it's the very first version that came out"

"Really? If it's so bad..then give it to me...for half the price"

"No can do.....have it for free. Don't come back when it messes up. I'm not responsible" the guy tossed the game to you. You gladly caught it and walked out of the store.

"And if it doesn't, it's the very first model so I'll make a ton off of it" you spoke to yourself as you arrived home. The very first thing you did was place the disk in your gaming system.

The game started up with its cool introduction then

It lead to the next screen

"Choose your character"
You went through the options and seen Alura. She seemed like a good choice, so you picked.

"Insert your name"

You did so.

Immediately your tv shut off to a blank screen. "I didn't even get to start!" You tossed the controller down on the couch before going to the system, trying to take the game out before it messed up your system. Instead the system buzzed and shocked your hands. Your system and tv began shaking rapidly, and glowing brightly with a loud buzzing sound. You turned your head from the tv and went to unplug it.

Everything stopped.

"Good day! I am Alura of..."

You quickly turned to look to see the character standing in your living room. And your game system busted.

"What is this place? I remember being at the hotel, this is not the hotel"
