I was having a very rough time and really needed to vent (I'm fine now dw hehe) so I decided to take a break from my graphic break lmao. Please I'M SO PROUD OF THIS ONE JSKSYEGJS- 😭✌️

It is based on strayinspace 's upcoming romance novel 'The Fallen Ones'. The overall setting is pretty attractive to me since the protagonist (apparantly) isn't your typical nice guy (i don't wanna talk too much so let's stop here jksjks- 🤡). I have been wanting to do a playing card themed graphic since like forever and since this guy's a king too, it was perfect LMAO.

Also a shoutout to the existence of texture brushes and the selection tools! They make life (read as graphic designing lol) so much easier tbh. This was my first time making vectors for literally any graphic, so there's that. Also there's quite a lot of symbolism here, I will just pretend like they're all super clear uwu. I put in a lot of thought into this but I think it was worth it!
