Interning with Gunhead was... interesting. Don't get him wrong, it was really fun and helpful, Midoriya was just a bit surprised by it is all. He had sort of expected to see more quirk usage than this, for one thing. Perhaps he shouldn't have, though, considering that he applied because Uraraka said that the place taught matrial arts, which typically didn't allow quirk usage. He just constantly saw heroes using their quirks and nothing else, so he supposed that despite knowing that one shouldn't rely on a quirk so much, it was still expected in his mind.
Then there was the agency dorms, which were amazing in their own rite. They were offered to everyone in the agency, whether they were a sidekick, intern, or a regular employee. The rooms were big, but they weren't so big that it felt intimidating. Honestly, they had a sort of homey feel to them, even though Midoriya had only been in them for a few days. The rooms were clean, too, and the bed wasn't quite-possibly-broken like the one that he had back at home. It was pretty nice, even if they were pretty simple in design.
Maybe he was just surprised because he never really had a very good learning experience in his life, and yet this seemed to be one, looking him dead in the eyes. After all, elementary and middle school had mostly consisted of people picking on him for his quirklessness, and later, fearing his magical capabilities. And then in UA, he had to worry about being expelled by Aizawa. And then during the USJ, he had been kidnapped and he almost turned villain fuck fuck fuck-
He pushed that memory back, not wanting to dwell on it. Point was, the experience was new too him, and thus, very.. interesting. He didn't want to say weird, because weird would sort of imply that it was bad which it absolutely wasn't.
Currently, they were learning how to defend against knives, with Uraraka and Gun Head doing the demonstration. According to Gun Head, villains who didn't have strong quirks tended to either use knives or guns, and knives were much more accesible so that was what they were learning to defend against. It made sense - after all, Midoriya had decided to learn magic because he was quirkless, so it wasn't surprising that others would learn how to use weapons like knives in replacement of an offensive quirk.
Midoriya watched as Uraraka took a jab at their teacher with the knife, only for Gunhead to deflect it with ease. He made it clear what he was doing the whole time, likely so that they could actually figure out what was happening. The two of them went through it again a few more times, before Gunhead turned to face the group of students, "Alright, now you know what we're supposed to be doing, so pick a partner and we'll get started practicing!"

Shinsou was starting to get worried. It shouldn't be worrying to him, honestly, but after stopping that robber with the skull mask, he kept finding more and more bones in alley ways. Most of them were from rats, birds and lizards, but once he had found what he swore was a human femur. Actually, with that in mind, he definitely should be worried.
He didn't know where they were coming from, nor did he know why they only came up in places that he patroled at as Neko, but it was honestly giving him the creeps. He had asked his classmates at UA about it, but they had only ever seen a couple of the ones he'd found, and figured that it was just a stray cat - the same thing he'd thought before he found the femur. But a cat would not leave a human femur lying around, nor would a cat only leave bones in the exact areas that he patrolled in, and nowhere else. It was creepy as hell, and Shinsou was starting to wonder if the skull mask man was stalking him or something. Though, that wasn't likely, since Shinsou had brainwashed him to forget what had happened.
No matter what it was, though, Shinsou was starting to think that maybe he should start patroling in a different area. Then this person wouldn't be able to follow him, at least. Thing is, Shinsou didn't really know where else he could patrol without moving to a different city, which would just be annoying. He probably should prioritize his safety over that mild inconvinence, but at the same time, there was a chance that he'd still be tracked down no matter where he went, and if push came to shove, he could always use his quirk on whoever was leaving these bones everywhere.
It'd probably be fine.
And if it wasn't... well, he supposed it wasn't like he had anything to really look forward to anymore, seeing as he wasn't getting into the hero course any time soon.

"Are you sure it's him? He doesn't use magic."
"I'm positive. He had the aura. Besides, it's not like there's anyone to teach him magic"

Iida was starting to get tired of being in a classroom setting, which was a surprise in itself. Really, he would never had expected that he'd get tired of being in school, considering how much he liked school, but perhaps it was less 'being in school' and more 'being alone in school while his friends were on their internships'. He understood the reasons, of course - he had blindly and selfishly went after the hero killer in hopes of revenge, and almost got Midoriya hurt because of it! Really, he deserved to be punished like this, but that didn't mean he had to enjoy it. Besides, the point of a punishment was to be unenjoyable, so he supposed that just meant it was working.
Still, though, he was starting to get ansty in the empty classroom, especially when the nearby classes got loud enough that he could hear them having conversations with friends. It was starting to get to him, and he really wished he could talk to them, but that wasn't an option. Not only was he suspended, but he was also grounded, which meant he wasn't allowed to use his phone other than for an emergency. And even if he could, he'd rather not interrupt his friend's internships.
At the very least, the week was almost over, which meant that his classmates would be back soon, and his suspension would be over the week after. This would be over soon enough, and then he'll be able to prove that he was still worthy of being a hero, despite what Stain had said about him.

Shinsou collapsed onto the floor as soon as he entered his appartment. Usually, work at the cafe was great, but apparently today was not his day. Today, there was a new guy. That in itself wasn't a problem - while Shinsou didn't really like new people, he didn't care about it all that much as long as they didn't bother him. The problem was that apparently, the guy was quirkist. First thing he did was introduce himself with his quirk, and then went into a long tangent about how it was a great quirk and he was the best of the best because of it. And if that wasn't enough, he started asking everyone working there what their quirks were.
Now, that wasn't too bad for the most part - quirks weren't really something they talked about since it wasn't important too anything they did, but none of them were really secretive about their quirks. That is, none of them other than Shinsou, who promptly told the newbie that he didn't like talking about his quirk. The guy kept trying to get him to admit to what his quirk was, and when he realized that his efforts were destined to fail, he decided that it must mean Shinsou was quirkless.
Now, Shinsou almost wanted to go along with it. After all, he always figured that being quirkless would be better than having his quirk, and plus, it would mean an end to the questions that were really starting to get annoying. Thing is, though, as soon as the guy said it, he gave a taunting laugh, just the same as the one people would give whenever they insulted him for having a villainous quirk. The reactions from his co-workers who had been working there for longer weren't much better, though they didn't seem to be malicious on purpose - "Wait, you're quirkless? Why didn't you tell us, we could've hurt you by acident!" or something along the lines of a pitying glance.
Shinsou wasn't even quirkless, and yet it felt horrible. So of course, Shinsou denied it. He did have a quirk, after all, he just didn't want to tell people about it if it wasn't nessacary. The newbie told him to prove it. At this point, Shinsou was fucking pissed, because there was no way in hell anyone believed all the bullshit that he was saying about quirkless people, not when someone like Midoriya existed. And between that anger, his lack of sleep/caffine, and the fear he had felt on patrol last night, he did just that.
He brainwashed the guy for a few seconds, before ordering him to flick himself on the forehead so he'd snap out of it. Showing his quirk was a mistake, and Shinsou didn't want to think about how the rest of the day had went anymore because it was just making him even more tired, and he didn't need that.
So yeah. He was tired. Really fucking tired.
At the very least, they hadn't muzzled him like his kindergarten teachers used to do.

Neko had his regrets in his decision of going on patrol tonight. After the bad day he'd had up until now, he should have figured that it was a sign from god or something; 'Today is the worst day of your life, so don't do anything stupid!'
Well, he'd done something stupid - vigilantism - and now it was going horribly. That is, a group of criminals with skull masks were chasing him down. They looked like clones of that robber he'd stopped, though that wasn't saying much seeing as he could only see what they were wearing. Now, this wasn't a big group - only five people. But it was a lot, and they knew what his quirk was apparently, because none of them responded to anything he said, meaning his quirk wouldn't help him. Between that, and the fact that they apparently had magic, Neko was very much outmatched in a fight, and thus forced to run instead. Which was going great for him so far.
The people smelt strongly of smoke, though he wasn't entirely sure why that was something that stood out to him so much.
He rolled out of the way of a shadowy hand, continuing to run as soon as he was up again. He didn't slow down, despite how much his lungs and legs ached at this point. He had to keep going. Frankly, he didn't want to know what happened if they magaged to catch him.
But he was starting to get tired, and it seemed like these guys had an infinite pool of energy or something because they seemed completely uneffected by how much they had been running. It was getting harder to dodge the shadows sent at him, too, especially since they seemed to be working together to make even more of them, and even stronger ones.
And then, one came up from right underneath him, engulfing all of him other than his head and the lower halves of his legs.
One of the skull guys, the biggest of them, came up to him. "Let me go!!" Neko yelled, not getting any results as he had expected. He knew that he was done for now, but hey, if he was going down, he was going down fighting. The guy stopped inches away from him, and crouched down besides where the shadows suspended him in the air. Then, a gloved hand reached for his foot, and in a last ditch attempt to escape Neko kicked at the hand. The shadows holding him only got tighter though, and the person grabbed his foot, before whispering something - a spell, probably.
Mere seconds later, and Neko's foot had started to sting. He hissed in pain, and the skull guy chuckled, "So that it hurts more when you turn to stone."
The five of them walked away, and the shadows holding him up released, causing Neko to fall to the ground.
What did he mean, 'when I turn to stone?'
