It was dark out, but the light polution from the city hid the stars from view, which Midoriya found disappointing. Not surprising, of course, they always were hidden. He had just hoped that maybe they'd show tonight, even though he knew it was unlikely. He knew he was supposed to be in bed at this time, but he just couldn't sleep. Nightmares had overtaken him the night before, and he didn't want it to happen again, so here he was, walking through the streets in the middle of the night. He felt like he was practically bursting with energy, and his body had grown to be much bigger than it was supposed to be, just like it had in Hosu. It seemed that this wasn't just a one time occurance, then.

He didn't really have a destination, he just wanted a distraction from the thought of nightmares. So, he aimlessly wandered the city, occasionally glancing up at the sky in futile hope the stars would show. He vaugely noticed small animal skeletons near the fronts of some alleyways, but he didn't pay them any attention. The night was quiet, apart from his heavy footsteps. Normally he was quieter, but the large size he had taken on was messing with that. It would go away in the morning, though. It was peaceful, too. No one was out at the time except for him.

He found himself standing on the sand, the stench of trash filling his nostrils. The shoreline was covered in heaps of junk, from old tires to broken refrigerators. There were even a couple of rusted over cars! The piles were stacked high, and even with his current height he couldn't see the ocean over them. According to the nearby sign, the beach was called Dagobah beach. He had a feeling that if it weren't for all the trash, this place would've been beautiful. He could even see the stars from here!

He stood there awhile, just staring at the stars and tracing the constilations he knew with his fingers. He had almost forgotten just how nice looking at the stars was.

It would've been a lot nicer if all this trash wasn't here, though...

The thought was quickly followed by another one, What if I clean it?

In this form, he certianly would be strong enough to pick up most of the trash, if not all of it. And it's not like he had anything better to do! (Other than sleeping, but at this point, the energy the darkness was giving him wouldn't let him sleep)

Though, he wasn't quite sure where too put the trash, but he could deal with that later.

He started with the bigger stuff, stuff that he knew he couldn't lift in his daytime form, but he could safely lift in his current form. He got it all organized near the entrance to the beach, and when he was satisfied with the amount he had (it was small compared to the amount of trash there, but it was a start), he began dragging it too the junk yard. Midoriya wasn't quite sure what anyone who was awake might've seen, but he was sure it would've seemed weird to see a large teenager carrying around an old washing machine at the dead of night.

It probably would've been easier if he had brought something to help him transport it all, but he hadn't planned to be cleaning up a beach, so it made sense that he didn't bring anything.

Eventually he managed to tire himself out a little bit, but he didn't know how to make himself shrink back down again, so he couldn't exactly go back home and head to bed.

Well, he could, it's not like he was too big for the hospital bed last time he was like this. He just didn't really want to, and this gave him an excuse not too. Plus, if his mom found him like this... well, it probably wouldn't really go well.

So, he climbed onto a pile of trash, sitting ontop of it so that he was gazing at the stars. Sitting on a mountain of trash wasn't exactly a comfortable thing, but the view was nice, so he could rest like this.

Eventually, the sun started to rise, and Midoriya slid off of the trash pile before he could fully shrink to his normal size. He had recharged most of his energy, including some of the extra energy produced by the darkness, so even though he hadn't actually slept, he should be alright to go to school that day.

Neko ran through the dark streets, searching for some crime too stop. It seemed like tonight was going to be a quiet night, which he didn't necisarily mind. It's not like he actually wanted for there to be crime for him too stop. He just wished he had something to distract him from his angry thoughts. Maybe some hints as too where the League had gone or something. He wasn't tracking them, but it couldn't hurt to find some clues for the police and heroes who still were tracking them.

He passed quite a few dark, suspicous looking alleys, but there was no one in them and he didn't know of any meetings which would be happening in them, so he just let them be. There was one alley with a rat skeleton near the front of it, so he thought that maybe there had been a stray cat living there. When he went into that alley, though, there was no cat, so he moved on.

His patrol had been pretty uneventful, which was a bit disappointing. But, he went home once it was time, and collapsed onto his couch in the appartment. He still needed to sleep some before school, after all.

Class 1-A had an excited atmosphere to it, the students there ready to go on the internships. The class was smaller now, only 18 students when it had once been 20. Mineta and Aoyama had been so scared by the USJ attack that they decided to leave the class. Some of them had been a bit sad too see Aoyama go, and Kaminari had been bawling when Mineta annouced that he was leaving, but they understood. The USJ had shaken them all up, some more than others.

But now that Midoriya was back in the class, most of the tension had been relieved, so now they were just waiting for internship week to start.

"It's not that one. The Bitoku family used light magic, but he only uses dark magic. But maybe he could brought to us.."

"No, no. He may use the same magic as us, but he is by no means one of us. Look at him! He's so happy to be with those heroes. He's not one of us."

"Hmm.. That is true. I suppose we'll have to keep searching, then?"

Uraraka's stomach churned as she held her quirk up, piles and piles of heavy rubble floating above her head. It was for practice. While learning to fight quirkless would be a good skill for heroics, she'd also need to strengthen her quirk. After all, she planned on being a mostly rescue based hero, like Thirteen, meaning that she would be using it to clear lots of rubble, just like this.

"Hey, Uraraka-chan! What're you doing?" Midoriya's voice called, cutting through her thoughts. It was sudden, and startled her enough that she ended up dropping all the rubble. None of it hit her, but Midoriya had to jump out of the way of a boulder to avoid being crushed.

"Sorry, you startled me.." She said, helping him up. "I was just doing some quirk training. I need to get past my limits, plus ultra and all that, y'know?"

Midoriya nodded, "I see. Well, I wouldn't want to interupt your training!!" He looked as if he was about to leave, but then another look at her changed his mind, "Actually, how long have you been at it for? You look like you could use a break.."

She wanted to protest, but her stomach did another backflip and she found herself agreeing with him.

"Well... I'm planning to go to the cafe, if you want to come with?" Midoriya offered.

Uraraka found herself nodding along, "Yeah, the cafe sounds nice.."

So the two of them walked to the cafe together, Midoriya supporting her weight when she got a bit too nauseous. The people in the cafe seemed excited to see Midoriya, and after the first time she went to the cafe, she couldn't say she was surprised. They had been cheering him on when they had the witch's duel, after all.

They seemed far less happy to see her there, though. Not angry, per say, but they were probably still a bit upset that she had went after the dark witch that they were so fond of. They also seemed a bit worried though, as if they could tell how nauseous she was. Actually, they probably could, considering that Midoriya had been able to tell that she needed a break.

He brought her over to an empty booth, and the two of them sat in silence as they waited to order their drinks.

Neko heard shouting in the alley way as he ran past it, and he ended up back tracking, poking his head inside the alley way to see some person in dark clothing trying to mug an old lady. The mugger had a skull mask on, probably to concel their identity, similar to his own mask. "Hey, what do you think you're doing?" Neko asked, drawing the attention of them both.

The mugger was the one to respond, "Get out of here, ki-"

Neko took hold of them with his quirk in an instant, and commanded, "Put anything you stole on the ground."

The mugger obeyed the command, too no surprise. A few coins, a feathered hat, and some pins. Neko continued to speak, "Now walk away, and when you break free, forget the last 20 minutes."

The mugger walked away, and once Neko was sure that they were gone, he turned to face the old lady, "Are you alright?"

"I am now, thanks to you" She replied, and the faintest twitch of a smile came up under his mask.

"That's good, then." He nodded, walking up to the things that the mugger set down, "What did they want with this stuff? I mean, why would you want to steal a hat and some pins?"

She shook her head as her helped her grab her things, "I wouldn't know." Once she had all her things, she walked out of the alley way, "Thank you for the help, young man!"

"It's not a problem, ma'am." Neko answered.

The incident wasn't very interesting, so while he was a bit confused by the things the mugger tried to steal, he found himself forgeting about it quickly. The rest of his patrol wasn't much more eventful, mostly just stopping muggings like he usually did. The night was nothing out of the ordinary, and he easily forgot about it.

The end of the week came and went, and soon enough, it was time for the internships. The class parted ways at the train station, each of them havng a different train to ride since they each were interning under different heroes. Iida wasn't there, as part of his punishment for seaking out the hero killer.

Midoriya and Uraraka both went on the same train, and soon enough, they were standing in front of the Gunhead Agency.

"You ready?"

"As I'll ever be"
