"This is... awkward..." Neko said. Midoriya hummed in agreement, eyes flitting everywhere but to Neko's face. Eventually, his gaze landed on his pin, still sitting by the potions, completely untouched. "You really like that pin, huh..." Neko hummed. "'S mine...." Midoriya responded, and Neko nodded. He approached the counter, elicting a growl from Midoriya, but he didn't respond to it, instead picking up his pin. Neko then walked back over, and gently opened up Midoriya's hand, placing the pin in his palm. "Here, just... don't tell the others that I gave you it, you aren't actually supposed to... y'know, have it."
Midoriya barely nodded in response, staring at the pin in his hands with pure delight. He closed his hand around it tightly, pulling it up too his chest. He had his pin back. It was his again, and he wasn't going to let anyone take it again. He couldn't loose it again. Eventually, he lifted his hands to the top of his head, fumbling to put the pin back in it's place. Neko stood there quietly, possibly watching as he did so. He wasn't sure, though, the mask hid his eyes from view.
"Why....?" Midoriya asked, voice barely over a whisper. Neko tilted his head in confusion, "Why what?" "Why...... Why did you give it back...?" Midoriya tried, elicting a thoughtful hum from Neko. "Well... I guess I just didn't like how upset you seemed about not having it." "But.... but you're a villain, aren't you? So.. So why would you want to give it back...?" Midoriya pressed. His eyes widened ever so slightly as he saw Neko flinch at the word 'villain'. Was Neko like him? Did the League force him to join them? But, it didn't seem like he had been forced into it when he entered the bar that very first time. Maybe that had been acting, though? "I'm not-" Neko started, only to cut himself off with a groan.
"Okay, listen. I'm not actually a villain. I'm a vigilante pretending to be a villain." Neko said, and Midoriya's eyes widened further, before narrowing in sucpision, "How do I know that you're telling the truth...?" Neko shrugged in response, "I suppose you don't. Whether you believe me or not is you're choice, I guess..?"
They spent the rest of the time in a somewhat awkward silence, Midoriya contemplating whether or not he should believe Neko. Once Neko realized the other two villains would be back soon, he took away Midoriya's pin again, not wanting for either of them to get in trouble. Midoriya tried his best not too cry.

Uraraka wandered the unfamiliar streets, clutching her bag of magic suplies tightly. She and the rest of O;MSR had spilt up to search Kamino Ward, in hopes they'd find the League's base. She hadn't found anything yet, but they had only been there for around 20 minutes so it made sense. She felt rather tense, though. Maybe it was just the new, unfamiliar environment, but something felt not-quite-right, as if something bad was hiding in the shadows, waiting to strike at the worst time possible.
The longer she looked, the more tense she felt, the phone in her pocket never buzzing even once to tell her that one of her friends had found something. It didn't help that worry and guilt nagged at the back of her mind, reminding her of how Iida had seemed upset about something that day, yet she didn't do anything to help him. Maybe she should check in on him? Yeah, that was a good idea.
She reached into her pocket for her phone, pulling it out to send him a quick message.
Hey Iida-kun! I noticed that you seemed upset while we were in class, and I was wondering if you wanted to talk about it? :Uraraka
Iida: Thank you for your concern, but I can assure you that I am fine! :)
Well, if you say so, but if you ever want to talk about anything, I'm here for you!! :Uraraka
Well, that was definitely a fast response.. It did help now that she had asked him about it, though. She still felt extremely tense, but at least she knew that nothing was wrong!! Unless he was lying to her, but they were friends, surely he'd trust her enought to tell her if something was wrong! ....Right? She shook her head, pushing any leftover worries to the back of her mind. Of course Iida would trust her, there was no need to worry!! Plus, she really needed to focus on finding clues to where the League's base was..
She pocketed her phone with a sigh, and continued walking around the streets. Hopefully, they'd find something soon. The longer it took for them to find Midoriya, the more that he could get hurt by the villains. And none of them wanted that.

Shinsou paced around his bedroom, antsy and nervous for what was too come. If things went properly, he'd be setting his plan in motion. But, what if it was too soon? What if it all went wrong? What if he got found out? What if Midoriya wasn't willing to cooperate?
Really, he shouldn't be so worried about the what-ifs, but he couldn't help it. He knew how risky this was! If things went haywire, well, he had no idea what would happen. He could get expelled from UA, or even put in jail!! Or if not, the villains might decide to capture and torture him. Not to mention he had no idea what would happen with Midoriya!! He just.... Just couldn't come up with a very good plan within the timeframe he had, but he couldn't wait any longer either. After all, he'd seen how tempted Midoriya seemed, and how guilty Midoriya felt because of said temptation. He didn't want to leave Midoriya there any longer, couldn't let him continue to be stuck in his inner turmoil.
Still, he paced around in his room, wondering whether this was really a good idea. Sure, he was in far to deep to simply back down by now, but was this plan really going to work? It was so hastily put together, it could barely even be called a plan. Actually, it really wasn't a plan, more of a basic line of thought. He groaned, dragging his hands down his face. He needed to just stop overthinking it, otherwise he'd lose motivation completely. He sat down on his bed, before humming to himself. Actually, maybe he should take a nap. He was pretty sleep deprived after all of that vigilantism.....

Most likely, you would expect for a parent to feel saddness, hopelessness, and maybe even guilt when loosing a child. Inko didn't really feel any of those things when she heard that Izuku had been kidnapped. It had come as a surprise to her, hearing the news, but she wasn't really all that upset by it. She supposed that it made sense, with how distant they had become after Izuku started learning magic. To be truthful, it was really her fault that they were so distant, she had been the one who stopped paying as much attention to Izuku when he decided to learn magic.
She had always been wary of magic users, despite how similar quirks were to magic. After all, unlike quirks, someone with magic could have an almost unlimited amount of powers, while quirks were limited to one or two abilities. When Izuku started learning magic, she distanced herself from him, not wanting to hurt his feelings by lashing out at him for something he enjoyed doing. It seemed that in doing so, they had become so distant that she barely felt much of anything when she found out about Izuku's kidnapping.
Maybe she shouldn't have kicked Hisashi out all those years ago...

One could hardly say that things had went back to normal once the stores opened up again. Sure, everyone went back to their jobs, but it was not at all back to normal. Everyone still felt fearful, leaving their homes more than nessacary. The villains were being a bit more daring after seeing the League successfully kidnap a student with All Might present. The hero comission had tried (and failed) to regain the trust lost in them. Some times more daring people would yell at the patroling heros, mostly those who already disliked them to begin with. Things were different from how they used to be, and it probably wasn't going to go back to the way it was before anytime soon.
All Might wished that he knew how to fix the situation, he really did. But, something like this hadn't happened since he became a pro-hero, and so he really didn't know how to handle a situation like this. And they didn't have any lead to where young Midoriya might be, so he couldn't go save the day there, either. All he could really do was protect everyone from another attack, and hope that the police would find a lead to young Midoriya's location soon.

Midoriya fiddled aimlessly with the chains on his handcuffs, making a rattling noise in doing so. He wasn't trying to unlock them or anything, he knew he couldn't, he just was fidgeting with it to distract himself. Distract himself from the smell, distract himself from the temptation, distract himself from the guilt, the sadness, the fear, the rage, the- well, basically everything he was feeling, really. He just..... he needed a distraction from it. Otherwise he might give in. And for the most part, the distraction was working. The noise it caused seemed to annoy Shigiraki as well, which was a definite bonus.
Speaking of Shigiraki, the villain leader was constantly glancing at a clock hanging above a door impatiently. It was as if he were waiting for something. Maybe he had some sort of meeting coming up? Yeah, that would explain it, but what kind of meeting would have him this impatient? Actually, no, bad question. Everything seemed to make him impatient. "Ugh, would you quit with that noise?!" Shigiraki snapped, grasping the cup in his hands with all five fingers, causing it to turn into dust. That managed to scare Midoriya into stopping.
So, he sat in silence, trying his best to ignore all the negative, suffocating emotions filling his head. Eventually, Shigiraki called out, "Kurogiri, it's time. Neko, you're on babysitting duty." Both Kurogiri and Neko nodded, Kurogiri creating a portal that both he and Shigiraki walked into. "I wonder where they're going..." Midoriya mumbled. "Doesn't matter." Was Neko's only reply, before walking over to the counter, grabbing up Midoriya's pin. "Alright, let's get you out of here..." Neko said, walking up to Midoriya, handing him the pin. Even as he put the pin back in, Midoriya question, "What are you talking about....?"
Neko scoffed, "I'm a vigilante in disguise, remember? I came here for a reason, y'know." Neko walked away as Midoriya struggled to put the pin in, searching for something. "There's gotta be a key in here somewhere..." After a few moments of searching, however, he found nothing, and walked back over to the chair Midoriya sat in, hands in his pockets. "Well, it's a good thing I brought these...." Neko mumbled, pulling out a paper clip and a flat head screwdriver.
Neko then began picking the locks that held him down, one by one. Each of them took a while, he clearly hadn't done it many times. He finished eventually, though, and Midoriya rubbed his wrists where the handcuffs had rubbed against them. Neko took a step back, and Midoriya stood up, kicking at the circle that surronded the chair.
As he stepped out of the circle, a swirl of purple mist appeared in the center of the room.
"Shit..."
