Neko hesitantly gripped the knob of the abandon building's door. The entire place looked rundown and worn out, as if it hadn't been used in a long, long time. It probably hadn't, seeing as villains were based there now. Was he really going to do this? If UA found out, he'd be expelled for sure, and then how would he become a hero? He shook his head, swallowing his nerves. It was too late to back down now, and besides, it'd only be for long enough to get that Midoriya kid out of there, and maybe find some information. He wasn't going to really be a villain, he was just being a spy. Yeah, he was being a spy, that worked.
He hastily knocked on the door, opening it up without waiting for a response. He found himself in some sort of cafe area, beat up chairs and tilty tables scattered around the place. Some of the chairs lay broken on the floor, mostly shoved to the corners. The chairs by the tables were a bit more intact, although they looked as if they'd fall apart at a single touch. Neko didn't exactly want to find out if that was true. At the other end of the room was another door, presumably leading to where Kurogiri and Shigiraki were. He aproached the door, and pulled it open, assuming that the villains had already been alerted to his presence by his inital knock.
The first thing he noticed was a sickeningly sweet smell. His nose scrunched up, as he waved his hand in front of his mask, trying to dispell the odor. Why the hell would anyone willingly make any room smell like that? It was way too sweet smelling, which just made it smell awful instead of good. Trying his best to ignore the smell, he scanned the room he stood in. It seemed like a regular old bar, although Neko had nothing to compare it too. There was a metal chair in the center of the room, which had a green haired boy strapped down in it. The boy who Neko recognized as Midoriya stared him down, looking both analytical but at the same time hostile. Neko stared back for a few moments, before continuing to look around. The only other person in the room was a man made of purple mist, who was wiping down a glass. He also noted the bottles full of purple liquid sitting on the counter, presumably the source of the smell.
The mist man looked up from cleaning the glass, and his glowing yellow eyes squinted in what looked to be a smile. "Hello, I am Kurogiri. I presume you are Neko?" the mist man, now dubbed Kurogiri said. Neko nodded, "Yup, that's me. Uh, question, where's Shigiraki? Isn't he supposed to be here too?" Kurogiri made a movement that looked like it was supposed to be nodded, "Yes, he is playing video games in his room. I would go tell him you've arived, but he gets very upset when someone interupts his games."
Neko nodded, walking up to the counter. When he got closer, he noticed a star shaped pin sitting next to the two bottles. He ignored it, reaching for one of the bottles, when Midoriya hissed, "Don't touch my pin!!", causing him to jump a bit from surprise. "I wasn't gonna, jeez..." Neko mumbled, picking up one of the bottles and swishing the liquid around. It was definitely the source of that overly sweet smell... "What is this stuff? Smells horrible." He said, noting the way Midoriya watched the bottle like how a cat would watch a mouse. He seemed almost entranced by the stuff. Weird.
"Ah. That is the potion that Midoriya here will get once he joins us." Kurogiri stated. So they're trying to bribe him, huh? "What's it do?" Neko asked, partially out of curiousity, and partially out of distrust of the potion. Kurogiri waved his hand(?) and said, "It simply strengthens the magic of whoever drinks it. It's useless to non-magic users like you and I." He hummed in consideration, putting the potion back down. Not too much to worry about then, as long as Kurogiri was telling him the truth. He'd have no reason to lie to Neko, probably. Unless they knew he wasn't really on their side, but how would they know that?
"I'm not gonna join you..." Midoriya mumbled, although his voice sounded rather weak, like he didn't believe what he was saying himself. His eyes were diverted to the ground, as if avoiding looking at either of them. Or maybe he was avioding looking at the potions? Neko felt himself sadden at that. He must be trying to resist temptation from it, then. It was good that he was resisting, but.... the guilt from it must be eating him alive. Neko had to resist the urge to go up and hug the poor guy. He definitely needed a hug, but that kind of thing would probably be a bit uncomfortable for him. Especially when they didn't even know each other.
Kurogiri hummed, "Yes, yes, whatever you say." It was clear that Kurogiri didn't believe it either, and Midoriya's shoulders slumped. He looked up at the ceiling, and pulled his hat over his face, like he was trying to hide. Neko frowned, although his mask hid it. He walked over to the chair that the boy was strapped to, and lightly tapped his shoulder. Midoriya didn't give much a response other than a small grumble. Neko tried to give a smile, despite the fact that his mask hid it. Maybe the smile would show in his voice. "Hi there, I'm Neko. You are?"
Maybe if he could get Midoriya to talk to him, it might distract him from all of the horrible things he must be feeling right now. Midoriya didn't seem to understand his intentions, though, as he simply said, "You already know my name... go away...."
Kurogiri sighed, "It is best to just listen and let him be for now. He'll come around eventually." A frustrated sound came from Midoriya, whose face was still covered. Neko wasn't sure why exactly he made the noise. Was he frustrated because Kurogiri kept saying he'd join the League, or because he was having a hard time resisting? Either way, Neko did take a step back, mainly to respect Midoriya's boundries rather than because Kurogiri said he should.

Uraraka, Tokoyami, Todoroki, Ojiro, Koda, Jiro, Kaminari and Kirishima all sat in a circle around a map of Japan, Uraraka holding Midoriya's staff while mumbling out the spell. She was the only one who really needed to be there, but the others wanted to be there when she did the spell. She finished the spell, opening her eyes as she did so, the marking for Kamino ward on the map began to glow white. "So he's somewhere in Kamino... That's a good starting place. I don't think I'll be able to track down his exact location, but this is definitely a good start." Uraraka said. She uncapped a sharpie, and neatly circled the area on the map, so that they wouldn't forget.
They were finally on-track to find Midoriya.

Hisashi had been surprised to read the text from Tokoyami. He had just been informed that Izuku was somewhere in Kamino. It was surprising that Tokoyami trusted him enough to tell him that though. Hisashi pushed it to the back of his head, though. Right now, it was time to get ready to start looking in Kamino.

Shinsou was not expecting to be so tired. Yes, he was tired everyday, but today he was even more tired. Probably because he'd stayed up almost all night, and then went to school in the morning, and then went to the gym to train for the sports festival, and then he had to go to work at the cat cafe. Sometimes he wished that his self-care was a bit better, but oh well, he had too many things to do at once and the world didn't give him enough time for all of it. So, he supposed he'd have to deal with his incredibly fucky sleep schedule. (He knew that he really shouldn't stay up all night, that he needed to get some sleep, but he didn't)
He flopped down onto his apartment's couch, far too tired to walk all the way over to his bedroom. No one was there to tell him he couldn't, anyways. He was the one paying for the rent there, and no one else lived in the apartment, anyways. It was just him, and he liked it better that way. Who would live there with him, anyways? He didn't have any friends, and he was an orphan without any living relatives what-so-ever.
He passed out in that exact position, still wearing his work uniform.

It had been a week since everything had opened up again. The police still hadn't found any leads, but the O:MSR team had narrowed down the location of the villain base to a few different buildings. Hisashi had prepared multiple weapons in order to fight the League of Villains, some of which being enchanted. Shinsou hadn't made much progress in trying to get Midoriya to trust him, but he did have a basic plan on how to actually help him escape.
Midoriya himself had no idea of what was happening outside of the base, or even inside of the base. The villains never talked about their plans in the same room as him, and the only people in the base he'd seen were Kurogiri, Shigiraki, and Neko. He still hadn't seen 'Sensei', only heard him on TV. He had a hard time believing that this 'Sensei' was as great as the villains claimed he was.
He was getting tired of the way the villains kept trying to talk to him as if it'd make him want to join them faster. Maybe he couldn't help but feel tempted by the potions, but as long as he didn't allow himself to bond with the villains, maybe he could resist them. Kurogiri had given up on it for the most part, but Neko was persistant.
It felt wrong to Midoriya, to keep brushing him off like how he was. He was lonely, and desperately wanted to talk to Neko, except he knew that Neko was just trying to get him to join the damned League.
And now, he was stuck with Neko and no one else. Shigiraki and Kurogiri had left to go run some errands, and Neko was instructed to keep an eye on him. After his almost-but-not-quite escape, the villains didn't want to leave him in a room by himself. Too much of a risk that he'd try to escape again.
"This is.... awkward." Neko said.
