Two reasons for not updating regularly.. First - Even updating regularly in initial days of this story I didn't get good response.. the VOTES has only stucked on 200+.. 2nd - I'm not getting much time to write my stories.. if you guyz will keep giving me this kind of response I'm going to keep targets and won't be updating till you complete it.. I'm very much serious..🥺🤧

NANDINI POV

" Good morning Aunty.. ", I Wished My mother-in-law as soon as i stepped inside the kitchen She was almost done With the breakfast..

" And I'm sorry.. I'm late.. I should wake up early.. ", I Apologise as I feel bad for waking up late today.

" It's okay.. Nandini.. And Call me mom or Maa whatever you like! But not Aunty.. ", She Said with Smile and patted my cheek lovingly making me Smile.

" Need any help? ", I Asked softly looking at the warmth filled figure in front of me.

" Nops! Everything is ready.. Just you have to prepare Sweet as your first Rasoi.. ", She Said and I Nodded My head with a small smile..

She left after instructing servant to help me finding the ingredients..

I start preparing Rice pudding.. Mixing dry fruits with the milk and rice I boiled the pudding till it mix well and then serving the rice pudding in Separate bowl I Mixed Sugar Substitute in that separate bowl after that I put sugar in the another container and kept for more 15 minutes to boil it..

While the separate bowl was kept aside..

When I was Making the sweet , muku and Aliya di Enterd..

As soon as they Enterd mukti hugged me from back..

" hello.. Bhabhi.. "

" hye muku.. Hye Aliya di.. "

" So, what's you are preparing for your first rasoi? ", Aliya di asked peeking in the container kept on stove.

" Woww! Rice Pudding.. ", Muku licked her lips.

Aliya di lookes at me with teasing glint, " Mukti.. You know SOMEONE loved this Rice pudding allot.. ", While pressurising the word someone.

I frowned hearing her but another second hearing muku my cheeks turned into the deeper shade of red..

" Yeah! It's Manik's favorite Sweet dish.. "

" but don't you think Manik is diabetic then how will he be able to eat this? ", Aliya di Frowned with seriousness.

Hearing her I Said without realising, " But.. I Already Served His Rice pudding in separate bowl which has Sugar Substitute.. ", but then realising it that they are teasing me i bite my tongue with blush on my cheeks while they Laugh..

" Aww.. Bhabhi you are so so cute.. ", Mukti aweed hugging me while Aliya di pull my cheek.

MANIK POV

I was working on my laptop..

Oh!

I know you guyz were thinking that I'm on holiday but what I can do sitting free!? I can't sit idle..

So, I'm just working on some presentations when someone barged in without knocking and when I see who dare it then I was not even shock as it was obviously cabir and buddy..

I sighed shaking my head in disbelief!

Cabir totally throw himself on me as he jumped on the bed while buddy take his seat to another side of bed.

" Chii.. Cabir.. Move away man.. ", I pushed him away from me feeling pissed at his stupid behavior.

" Oyee.. Come on.. You shouldn't Come in my way when you know I'm going to sit like this.. ", he said shrugging his shoulder as if it was my mistake that he jumped on me?

" buddy.. Just forget him.. We are here to tell you something very important.. ", buddy said with seriousness so I sit properly on the bed while cabir's expressions too changed to serious one , which was actually surprise for me as he never got serious for anything!!

What's happening here!?

I nodded my head to continue..

So cabir firstly started saying, " It's about nandini bhabhi.. ", and hearing her name my whole attention shifted to them.

" What about her? "

Cabir asked, " Do you know about Sheela dayan tochering Nandu? ", and here Comes he again with his nick name for my Nandini.

But nevertheless I nodded my head saying, " umm.. Yes.. She said little about her family ill treating her and even about her Mamu also, that he thought that nandini kill her own Parents.. ".

" and anything more? ", buddy asked.

" no.. She said she need time to tell me everything so I also didn't force her.. ", both nodded their head.

" Manik.. Please don't let her go for her pagphere ki rasam.. ", cabir said While clutching his fist.

" I'm also not letting her go.. Because I dont want to give her mami a Chance to beat her again.. ", I said as I remember the way her neck is fully covered with marks.

" buddy.. You should know that Sheela Aunty was going to replace the bride.. ", buddy's words shocked me to the hell.

" What!! "

" Yes.. Sheela aunty planned to replace nandini with Soha.. So that they Can enjoy luxurious life.. And shyam is b****y a luster of nandini bhabhi.. He planned to kidnap her and wanted to.. ", cabir paused making clutched my fist tightly in anger.

How dare They!?

" but if we didn't hear his mobile conversation with goons then Soha could married you and nandini got kidnapped by her own So called brother.. ", Cabir Said furiously.

I looked at them, " Yes buddy.. We were not getting any sleep at night and stepped out from the room We thought to walk at terrace and when we was going to Enterd we heard him ordering goons to kidnap her , So We thought to help nandini out from this.. And when We are coming back then we heard Nandini's crying pledging voice from kitchen.. We both ran to kitchen only find Sheela Aunty was going to burn Nandini's hand.. ", hearing all this my blood boil..

How dare they harm my nandini!?

" We have to do something Manik before they planed something more.. ", cabir said with determination look.

I nodded my head thinking Deeply..

We trio walked down and find nandini with mukliya setting the dinning table, others were already sitting on their place.

We takes our sit and beside me a seat is empty for nandini.

Mukliya also takes their seat while nandini stand and serving others and when she Comes towards me to serve i hold her hand and looked at her saying, " nandini.. Sit.. You also have your breakfast.. ".

She Shake her head negatively saying, " I'll eat mine after you all.. ".

I looked frowning at her, " Why? ".

She Said looking Down, " Woh! At back my home I always eat after all eat their meal.. That too the leftover in their Plates.... ", though She Said last line very slowly but i heard it..

I was shocked!

How Can Someone's Family Can be this much Cruel!!?

I pulled her and makes her sit beside me and then Serve her breakfast..

And then signal her to eat.. She silently start eating her Food..

We almost had our breakfast when Sweet dish Arrive..

And after seeing the sweet Dish I cursed myself because I can't have it as I'm diabetic..

Sh¡t!!

" nandini.. You should have prepare something which Manik can also eat not this.. ", Badi Maa said strinly.

Nandini looked at her and then down..

But one more bowl Arrived and Aliya took the bowl and then say, " Swarna Aunt.. Babydoll already Prepared Sugar Substitute Rice pudding For Manik.. Isn't She's so Sweet!? ", mocking her while badi Maa look away.

What happened to badi Maa!?

She's behaving Weird!!

But then I Shrugged it as nandini give me mine sweet dish and as the spoon full of rice pudding Enterd into mouth it was just heavenly..

Everyone praised her and give her shagun while I was just silently enjoying my rice pudding..

Sapna who was sitting next to Nandini hugged her in side way praising her cooking skills which I ignored as it was disturbing me to ravish this delicious sweet made by my wife..

" Maan.. "

" Ji dadi.. ", I looked at her.

" pick Pari from her house after her pagphera at evening.. ", I clutched my fist as I heard her words.

" no dadi.. Nandini is not going for her pagphera.. ", I Declared.

" But Why? ", with Shocked expression dadi Asked.

" because I don't want it and also I'm taking nandini for shopping in an hour or two. ", saying this I wiped my hands and mouth with tissue and stand for my place to go before someone asked me again..

In all this I was feeling a deep Gaze on me and as I turned only to find locked with her blue eyes which were filled with some unknown Emotions..

I know Why He doing this!

And I'm so overwhelmed with his Care..

Our eyes have an eyelock which break by the mobile ring of dad's mobile.. While he left while giving me his smile..

I Started helping mukliya to picking up the utensils in the sink.

After keeping it I was going to comes out from the kitchen When I Heard dadi saying, " it was Sheela's call.. She was asking when shyam can pick nandini for pagphere! Not knowing what to say i told her that Pari is not going for pagphere.... ".

Hearing shyam name i shivered and was going to loose my balance when Aliya di hold me at correct time..

"Babydoll.. Are you Alright!? ", I heard her worried voice on which nodded my head Meekly.

Sapna hurriedly walked out from her room with a big smile on her Face and as she reached in the hall she saw everyone sitting there except Manan who was in their room getting Ready to go for shopping..

" Mom..dad.. Chote papa, choti maa.. dadi.. ", she excitedly call them coming in the hall..

" Ohhoo.. kya baat hai.. looking happy!!? ", Kartik said with a smile and encircled his arm around her Neck.

" Akshat Bhai and Arpita bhabhi is coming with luv and Kush.... they wanted to meet Nandini Bhabhi.. ", she replied with a big smile.

" Aree wahh!! That's a really good news.. ", SWARNA exclaimed with smile..

Sangeeta call for a servant amd ordered them to arrange Rooms for them..
