Cobb Salad Pizza




Ingredients

1 pound fresh pizza dough

1 small head iceberg lettuce, coarsely chopped

1 tomato, diced

1/2 cucumber, diced

1 cup pitted black olives, halved

1 avocado, diced

4 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and quartered

6 ounce thick-sliced deli ham, chopped

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided

Cooking spray

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

8 slices bacon, chopped and cooked

1 (9-oz.) package prepared grilled chicken, warmed

3 tablespoons prepared blue cheese dressing

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)


How to Make It

Step 1

Let dough rest, covered, at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 500°F.

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, avocado, hard-boiled eggs, ham, and 1 tablespoon oil; toss gently to coat.

Step 4

Press dough along the bottom of a 13- x 9-inch half sheet pan coated with cooking spray. Pierce dough all over with a fork. Bake at 500° for 5-7 minutes

Step 5

Brush remaining 2 Tablespoons oil on crust; sprinkle surface evenly with minced garlic. Top evenly with shredded cheese and bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown, 8-10 minutes.

Step 6

Top pizza with lettuce mixture, crumbled bacon, and chicken. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing; sprinkle with crushed red pepper, if desired
