This is the first ever poem that I truly felt like my emotions were truly put to words. This was written in a time in my life where I was terrified of life itself.

It's coming,
And my blood is running
My darkest fears are consuming me!
And no body else's can see it, but me
The light may shine during the day...
So they say...
But in light comes shadows
And it's ready to put on a show
I can't run
I can't hide
It makes me shiver
But my temperature is no differ
My shadow is my fear
It will never leave me, it will always be near
Until I block out the Devils screams
I won't ever return to my good dreams.
My fears are no longer making my laws
