6|A Day

After leaving the plantation that night. Lunette felt good about her relationship with him even though they had just gotten back to each other. She felt as of it was a good start. The next day she received and invitation to the party that night.

They seemed to be more active at night she never saw them during the day but then again tried to push her theories aside.

"Now Vincent, how do I look?" Lunette asked her dog. Another yellow dress but yet perfect as well it much bigger than the one last night knowing that there will be other wealthy people. And wanted to make an impression on her first day out again.

"Be better if you could talk." Luna said happily leaning down petting her dog. For once. She felt happy again. She felt happy and warm inside.

She went outside to hit carriage that waited her once again, and replayed lady night to the plantation a little held back by the small carriage clogging but managed to get out.

Lunette saw all the eyes that were on her when she stepped into the Manor. Knowing it had been a whole since she had been in a such a scene, some didn't know her. Probably having a mental attack.

"Ah, cheire~" Lestat approached her smiling taking her hand kissing her knuckles earning a smile.

"Minsour." She responded seeing Louis follow behind him bowing her head.

"Dont act so formal now." Louis teased her slightly smiling. Always a tease like he was when they Were children.

"Only fair if you do the same." Luna added laughing slightly.

"Now, now. We have guests to welcome. Please enjoy yourself." Lestat told the woman winking to her before walking away leading Louis.

The two pranced around the house whole Lestat explains the power of mind control which Louis fails but it all comes in good time.

Until meeting and older women with two pups and a escort next to her who Lestat would take care of.

Lunette ended up in the same room a glass of wine in her hand while she stayed to herself but noticed how Louis and Lestat interacted with the guests. He seemed more into the older woman who was three times his age max. She tried to push it away.

As you night went on she interacted with a few. The newspaper headlines that were brought up about her father, and family. Hearing remorse and people writing her checks on the spot. But she toke their money and stepped away. She needed to be able to concentrate but it was quickly focused once she was outside. Looking around and seeing Louis and the woman at the tree far enough away to watch and but to see what was happening. Seeing him kiss her neck made her eyes widen and gasp slightly before she saw him grab the dogs biting them both and the woman screaming.

"Oh my god!" She shouted. Louis head snapped back and mouth had blood over it. Lestat came running over snapping the woman's neck before looking behind them at Lunette who back up slowly picking up her dress.

"Ah- Dear. Guess the secret is out." The blonde said sadly in the blink of an eye was in back of the woman covering her mouth before she could scream kicking and hitting trying to pull away from his grasp but nothing worked against his strength.

Louis got up and ran towards them both. Stopping once Lestat moved his head to her neck. "Come on Louis~ You know that she has nothing left for her.  Why not right here, right now?"

"No!" Louis shouted out at Lestat staring at a fearful Lunette before the blonde uncovered her mouth kissing her cheek gently.

"Now, I'll give you a choice. One I didn't have." Lestat repeat the little story he had given Louis with a smile on his face.

Lunette was paralyzed frozen, but yet still shaking in his arms while he stared at Louis who was conflicted on what to do. Why wouldn't she just turn into a vampire? It would save her suffering but add much more.

"No!" Louis shouted again walking forward.

"Its her choice Louis. Let the woman decide." Lestat demanded raising his voice a little bit pulling away from the frightened girl.

Louis flipped his head to the side along with his body turning around whiping the corner of his mouth before turning back around looking at her again. "Please don't so this." He begged her sincerely.

Luna stared at him shakily going to her neck placing a hand on it before sniffling. "I-I." She stammered out having Louis approached her taking a step back away from him. "A day" she said outloud.

"A day. I'll be back....just one more day." Lunette tole them both earning a clap from Lestat and the other man sighed in defeat. She left on that but didn't wait for her carriage she wanted to get out of there as soon alas she could going to their stable and taking a horse to run back into town back to her estate.

"A day." Lunette mumbled.

Being home she quickly fell asleep from the wine opening her eyes up to the sun pouring in from her curtains grunting turning her back to it. Then remembering last night a party, a party to remember.

Her eyes stung a little from last night but felt like the side of her waist was bruised from Lestat's tight grip. To distract her thinking Vincent ran up next to her, licking her hand smiling at.

"We're going to do a lot today." Lunette whispered to him smiling kissing her golden Shepard before forcing herself up looking at her corset that was on the floor walking past it to look at her vanity mirror her hair a mess which she knew wad going to be a pain.

So she quickly got to work.  Brushing it putting it in a bun curls down the sides. Then went putting on a cloak and shoes. "Might as well go out comfortably." Luna said truthfully.

Grabbing the leash and tying it around the Collar slipping her heels on before walking down the stairs past my servants straight outside to the sun. Getting the looks she knew she didn't look the most presentable but had no care.

Walking down the road with her pup going into a store humming slightly. "Everything. I want everything you supply." Lunette told them and used the money her so story earned her from last night and bought out the candle store. She was a big fan of candles enjoying the scents and smells they provided.

Then as they packed up and delivered it to her home she went over to the next. This was the expensive side to the town so of course she needed a way to keep her entertainment buying sheet music and a new Viola. Before she went to the post just to check.

"Any post today?" The french accent slid off from her mouth casually as it did everytime she spoke.

The man behind the desk stared at her clearing his throat nodding his head. "One to L Le Laurant." He stated handing it to her.

"From?" Lunette asked reading it then blinked a couple times seeing the name. Louis de Pointe du lac.

Turning away and let her dog lead the way back out pulling her while she went to a bench  opening it quickly to read it.

'My dearest Lunette,
I know that things may seem good the way they are now. But I assure you this is not a life you want. No more walking in the sun, no more having walks in the daytime. You will never grow or nor never die that might sound like music to your ears. Nothing can fill the hunger and the thirst that you will craze once you become a monster. If you do let Lestat take your life giving you a new one....make sure you say goodbye to everyone.

Your beloved Louis~'

That letter made her second guess her intentions she knew the cost but was willing to do it. But what little did she have that would change her mind? Nothing. Not even his words.

Lunette stood up from the bench going and ripping it up as a breeze came opening her hand and letting the letter flow into the wind some fell some were carried. But then looked down at Vincent knowing what she ment. But in the envelope was one thing. A ring.

Nothing fancy just a gold ring to big for her finger but would fit on one of her chains. Looking at Vincent knowing what he ment kneeling down taking his collar off giving him a slightly hug earning a lick from her face. "Ahhaa, Alright. You're free now, go off, go." Lunette told him.

The dog stared up at the woman then turned its head around and around circling in a circle looking back up at her.

"Go. Do you want to be the next dog Louis eats?" She asked her pet raising her brows.

The people walking by looked at her weirdly, and in slight disbelief from her words then sighed deeply.

"Aha." The 21 year old laughed nervously hiding it.

"Fine." Luna told the stubborn fog before walking back down the street Vincent became so obedient he stayed with her. Kissing the ring knowing it was a brib to run away from what she wanted but was already set on it.

Going and shutting her door. Lunette went and sat down at her desk staring at her putting a hand to her neck caressing it gently taking the chain gold chain that was small but would be able to hold onto the ring. Threading the ring through the chain and then clicked it around her neck.

Not even recognizing the day had been taken away from her and night fell upon her she to her living room staring at the mirror at herself closing her eyes. Then saw and aggravated Lestat his hair was down short shoulder length.

"Have you decided?" The blonde asked.

Turning around to face him face to face she met him with his fangs in her neck gently pushing her to the ground while she gasped and shook. "Please." She breathed out while her back hit the floor.

Lestat had drained the girl all her stregnth left her body the dog barked aggressively at him quickly going and snapping his neck letting the dogs body lay there going back to her. "I leave you here. You die." He warned.

"Then.....-then take me." Lunette mumbled out rolling to try to prop herself up.

The blonde went and picked himself with his finger armor letting his wrist drop down into her mouth helping her sit up with his other hand.

Lunette let it drop in her mouth until it tasted sweeter and warm. A new flavor she had never tasted before. Lestat grunted while he fed her pulling his wrist away as she through her head to the ground groaning.

Grunting as she felt everything through her burn cracking onto her couch on her back while she gasp staring at the ceiling. Ler eyed going black until they lightene turning a bright yellow. Her hair broke from it'd tie, her curls defined and were much longer down to her waist.

Lestat watched in awe at the woman laughing slightly going to herside. Sitting her up. "You truly are beautiful, just like Louis." He compared and complimented helping her up.

"Now look." The blonde suggested. While Lunette sat up from her couch standing up  looking around. Seeing the portrait of her father stare down and blink at her a smile going to his face before he returned to the painting pose.

"Extraordinary." Luna added putting a hand to her stomach looking at Lestat laughing. She could hear the people outside talking and walking by.

"Now let's go show Louis shall we?" Lestat asked her curiously.

Leading her outside to his horse helping her up before he sat on front of her. The horse running to his whip riding to the plantation soon as it was in sight a large fire spred. Lestat rode close enough past the cheering slaves. Jumping off and jumping through the window.

Lunette had her heart sink. Louis was dead she thought the torches they had gave her all reason to believe it. She hoped Lestat would be able to find him. Then soon enough he came crashing out of the house with Louis in his arms slinged on his shoulder.

"Come." Lestat shouted up at Lunette and she followed him behind the house on the horse through the plantation. Being lead to a grave yard getting off the horse letting it roam around as they walked in the crypt . No light could get into the stone box they were in.

He layed Louis on the ground and slid down the wall sighing. "We'll just have to stay here for the day then. Nice going Louis." He grunted annoyed trying to think of how they will earn their keep.

"Is he?" Lunette asked looking down at Louis moving his head to her lap as they waited.

"No. He's already died dear." Lestat told her sighing in deeply leaning back. Looking back down at Louis her hands went through his hair moving her his out of his face while it dangled down.

Soon enough Louis opened his eyes coughing as he looked up at Lunette staring at her bright eyes his face unamused before sitting up out of her lap looking at Lestat. "Where are we?" He asked.

"Where do you think, my idiot friend?" Lestat asked him playing with his own fingers.

"A filthy cemetery." He added."Doesn't this make you happy? Is this fitting enough for you?" Lestat asked him once more raising his brows.

Louis coughed and then started laughing at Lestat. While Lunette stared at the stone ceiling.

"We belong in hell." Louis admitted.

"What if there is not hell?" Lestat asked him lifting his brow. "Ever think of that?" He asked him once more trying to see his motive. While the smile dropped from Louis mouth turning around and looking at Lunette then the necklace.

"You've got the letter, but still here you are. A ferocious killer." Louis told her earning a pained look from her as he sighed.

"At least well be together for a lifetime and many more." Luna responded looking away then back at himas he layed back down on her lapclosing his eyes nothing to say.

"I'm hungry." The women said Lestat looked at her sighing.

"Should've had fed you your maids before we toke our leave. But glad we did or this idiot would've burned a most painful death to us." Lestat spoke.

Then came the next night he taught her how to feed and kill their food knowing when to stop exactly. They used the little money she had left to rent rooms were Lestat brought whores to bed him. Able to get some clothes Louis is green attire like always, and Lunette a simple Scottish yellow dress it was more touching her body that poof because of no skirt under.

Lestat had two on the couch one he kissed and then layed back and killed. The other drunk and laughing.

Lunette watched from the Balcony while Louis had his back turned to it. "The ring that hands from my neck." She started turning her head to him and he did her.

"Is it a proposal?" Luna asked him wonders filled her head. But she needed to know what it ment. A friendship ring? Or more.

"Yes an no. On my wedding night you confessed to me. If I were to ever get married again it would be to you, since we are never going to die. Might as well have something to signify it." Louis told her she leaned forward towards the male before their lips touched she stopped smelling more blood. Walking inside standing behind the woman sitting down.

Louis went forward seeing Lestat bite her wrist and pour it into a cup. "Here Louis! Pretend it's wine!" He said smiling in a taunting way.

Louis grunted walking past the cup going to the dresser with the mirror leaning on it while Lestat tried to pursued the man in taking her.

Lunetter watched blood drip from the woman's wrist. She had been feeding on rats and animals anything she could to hold herself back from animals.

"Please!" The woman begged crying before lestat went to her sitting her back down the kicked the top of a coffin off that they had used as a table unknowing of his intents. Picking her up and dropping her in it.

"Its a coffin! ITS A COFFIN! Let me out I'm not dead!" The whore screamed before Lestat cover her and sat on top banging on it.

"Its your coffin my dear enjoy it! Some of us will never know what it'd like." Lestat joked laughing smiling up at Louis.

"Lestat.." Lunette said tears brought into her eyes from the scene that was playing looking at Louis shaking her head.

"Ah what is it dear? Upset? You could've known what is was like!" The blonde said leaning back to look at Luna who turned away from him.

Louis pushed off and broke a flower vase looking at Lestate. "Why do you do this?" He asked hid friend.

"Because I like to, I enjoy it." Lestat admitted.

"Kill things swiftly if you will." Lestat said standing up and raising his voice. "And do it that way! But do not deny that you are a killer Louis!" He shouted out at him.

Lunette turned to face Louis sadly seeing the sadness in his eyes. Tearing open the coffin Lestat went and kneeled down to the sobbing woman sho slowly sat up.

"Its a coffin..." She mumbled.

"Whats that my love?" He asked her kneeling down.

"Its a coffin." She repeated.

"Appears so you must be dead." Lestat said acting shock looking at Louis.

The woman looked at Lunette and Louis crying softly.

"I'm not dead am I?" She asked.

"No....You're not dead." Lunette told her her while she went over to the dead girl closing her eyes so she didn't have to look at them.

"If you finish this. Finish this now!" Louis shouted at Lestat.

"Save me....save me." The woman begged falling on Louis as he grunted pulling away as she fell to her knees.

"Save me from him. You'll let me go?" She asked him sadly staring up at him.

"I can't die like this, I need a priest!" Begging for mercy did nothing.

"My friend is a priest. You'll confess your sins. And then you'll die." Lestat said breathing heavily watching Louis.

"Unless. Unless I make her one of us." Lestat suggested.

"No!" Him both and Lunette called out.

"Then take her Louis!" Lestat shouted Louis pulled away his hand tears in his eyes staring at him.

"No." Louis said holding back.

Lunette watched before she sped over and toke the girls life. Instead drinking from her so Louis didn't have to feel the guilt but instead it would be here. Stopping and standing up whole looking at Lestate.

Before he went and sat down calmly.

"My god." Louis said emotionlessly look at the mess, Luna stood up looking at Louis sadly whiping her mouth.

"To think you were all we had to learn from." Louis said depressed grabbing his newly declared wife's hand pulling her along with him as he walked out of the room leaving Lestat alone. As they walked out into the city.
