The loch- Kiyoshi is connected to the ocean and all it's creatures so if she wanted she could create an oceanic creature and or summon osial or Rhodeia.

Other Info: Kiyoshi is close friends with Aleia reason why they're always together. She keeps her eyes covered cause of a curse that has been put on her, no one has been able to heal it not even she could sadly. The curse makes her eyes glow a little and once it does, everyone around her falls in a trance of love and lust for her. She Lives in Inazuma and is always seen with Ayato since she is like his advisor.
