1|Parties

"200 people?!"

Sophie screeched as she looked at the guest list. A week ago, Grady and Edaline made a decision.

It had been a whole year since the Black Swan fianally captured the Neverseen, and now they work closely with the Council.

The Ruewens decided to expand their house a little bigger, despite it being an animal pasture itself, to throw parties like they used to last time with Jolie around.

Sophie was really glad they were much happier now, but that still did not make her complain any lesser about the dresses that Biana and Edaline were making her try on.

Even Vertina helped with the choosing of the dresses, and Sophie really regretted introducing Biana to the smart-mirror as both of them became instant besties.

"Don't you think two hundred people is a little... huge?" Sophie asked, pointing to the piece of paper with all the guests names.

"Honey, parties are like that! Besides, if you're uncomfortable with it, you can just tell us, and we won't bring much attention to you." Edaline promised.

"Okay then," Sophie said hesitantly. She still had her doubts, but seeing Edaline amd Grady excited for it made her feel a teensy bit better.

"And this is a good chance to... you know. Matchmaking?" Edaline squealed. "Please no!" Sophie and Grady both begged, and she couldn't tell who was dreading it more.

"Come on, you're already grown up! Time to mix around!" Edaline smiled.

Sophie sighed. She was not going to like this.

Still, she looked at the guest list one more time, scanning through for a certain someone.

When the name was finally found, Sophie had no idea what to feel. Nervous? Excited? She did know she was feeling both though.

"When does it start?" Sophie asked.

"Hm, in three hours time." Edaline glanced at the clock.

"THREE HOURS?! SOPHIE WE NEED TO GO NOW!" a voice came from behind, and Sophie jumped to see Biana reappearing.

Biana grabbed her hand and Sophie prayed silently that Biana wouldn't do anything too... fancy.

"Bye Mom! Bye dad!" Sophie waved as she was dragged out of her room by Biana.

"Oh gosh. Three hours! There's not enough time!" Biana panted as she fumbled for her home crystal.

"Biana, it is three hours. Three hours." Sophie felt the need to empathise.

"Yes! Now hurry!" The two girls stepped into the light and leapt to Everglen.

"This one is perfect for you!" Biana held dress #17 that she said the same thing for.

"You can't tell me you don't like this. It's perfect for you." Biana warned as she handed Sophie the dress.

This time, Sophie didn't argue. In fact, it was really her style.

It was simple, with glitter only at the waist line. The embroidery was stitched in, with some diamonds at the side to complimented it further.

"I actually like it," Sophie admitted, smiling at how the dress complimented her body shape.

"Eek finally! Now we can move on to makeup and hairdo!" Biana squealed, grabbing the chair next to her.

"Biana no-"

"Biana yes. Okay remember the eyeshadow I told you would really look nice on you? We're going to try it!" Biana took out one of her many makeup pouches and Sophie winced.

After another half an hour, Sophie's hair was up in a Tendril Twist kind of bun, which Sophie really had no idea how she did it in such a short time and without tugging her hair as much as Amy would use to.

"All done! Wow, you're even prettier like this," Biana grinned as Sophie stood up to look at herself in the mirror.

She did look really different from what she expected herself to look like.

She was speechless.

"Thanks Biana." She said as she smiled at her.

"Eek! I'm so glad you finally let me dress you up!" Biana squealed. "Okay now my turn!" She said as she got out her purple dress she picked out for herself while searching for Sophie's dress.

The girls were finally done, looking like princesses, might I add, and they went to the leapmaster to got to Havenfield.

"Wow Sophie, you look... really pretty." Fitz complimented as the Vackers came down.

Sophie gave a sweet smile, and the best thing was, she didn't even blush. "Thanks. You look pretty good yourself."

"Hello? You could say I look pretty?" Biana poked her brother teasingly. "You're always pretty Biana," Fitz stated.

"That just earned you major best brother points." Biana laughed.

"Alright children, Sophie might need to do some stuff, so you guys can go first." Della said.

Biana and Fitz nodded as the three friends leapt to Havenfield.
