How could I have fallen in love with him? Natsu was stupid! He couldn't split up the jewels whenever we completed the mission, he always ended up giving one party, or the other more, officially making me in charge of the finance. He couldn't use expressive vocabulary. I think half of his vocabulary was food items I know him that well.

How could I have fallen in love with him? Natsu was an idiot! Not to be mean, but he probably wouldn't be able how to answer a question if the answer was right in front of him. One day I had asked him what his favorite food was and held a plate of fire chicken right in front of him. He had told me that it was his favorite the other day. He ended up not only getting it wrong, but getting a plate of perfectly delicious chicken thrown at his face.

How could I have fallen in love with him? Natsu was dense! There was that one day when all of my clothes were dirty and it was laundry day. I was walking around in nothing but my underwear, but Natsu didn't blush. He acted as if nothing was out of the ordinary. He talked to be, he didn't even tell me to cover up or anything at all.

How could I have fallen in love with him? Natsu was destructive! The minute that he blew up half of Hargeon was the day when I learned the real meaning of destructive. The meaning being one word; Natsu. He could probably destroy Magnolia in his sleep if nobody stopped him.

How could I have fallen in love with him? Natsu was messy! His house was a mess. It took a whole day to finish cleaning it, and he miraculously was able to get it even messier the next day. Not only that, but he manages to even make my apartment dirty, no matter how much I reprimand him.

How could I have fallen in love with him? Natsu was nosy! He always went through my diary, my fridge, my story. He basically terrorized everything and anything I had. I even caught him snooping around my underwear cabinet.

How could I have fallen in love with him? Natsu was noisy! His whines were worse than annoying, his roars being able to take down his enemies, and his snores, well those were mostly the causes of me waking up in the middle of the night. He could practically scream the loudest in all of Fairy Tail if he really wanted to. Mavis pray there will never be a who could be noisier fight.

How could I have fallen in love with him?

How could I?

He was a nuisance, a pain, a lackadaisical teen, a black hole, a boy with no hopes of becoming mature.

Yet...

He was my downfall, my remedy, my paradise, my escape, my inspiration, he was my everything.

So, how could I fallen in love with him?...

Well let me ask you... how could I not?
