I see myself in pictures
But it's like I don't belong
I stick out of every corner
As if I'm doing something wrong
Everyone else fits
Like pieces in a puzzle
But I'm the random side piece that's misshapen and bent
Cause no one likes the misfit of misfits
But I guess that's who I am.
But seriously guys
These pictures one and all
I'm always scooting in
And trying not to fall
I smile as hard as I can
And I attempt to do it right
But I seem to fail every time
And my smile becomes less polite.
It hurts to know your friends see it too
Though not many of them dare say a word
For they keep me around for comfort
And something to lean on when they're hurt
But alas I'll keep posing
And hoping to smile big
Cause it's a pretty damn good picture
If I could just fit.
