I'm not done planning it out... but I'm sure it would be liek dis...
A wild Zorua was curious about humans and decided to go down and meet them. Since the incident by the Zoroark (I think you Pokemon fans seen the epic episode) with the Legendary Pokemon and blah blah blah...
The shapeshifter Zorua took shape of a 16 year old girl and met a 16 year old male Pokemon trainer... (don't know the name yet either)
He figured out that she was a Zorua (by the tail, derp.) and captured her.
Pretty much like that.
I'm still thinking it through... so...
