Your officer badge glistened in the streetlamp lights as you approched the worn down building. People have been reporting strange sounds and noises, sometimes bright lights coming from this building. No one at the station dared to venture here to put a end to this, fear had dragged them closer to the middle of their comfort bubbles, leaving you, the bravest out of all of them, to take the job.

It kind of scared you to go in there. It was like the place came right out of a horror story with it's broken and dead look. The sight was not welcoming, but you had learned that not everything was going to be pretty, so you expected this.

The cold atsmosphere sent a shiver down your spine as you walked to the peeling white door. You brought out your shotgun and gripped it tightly in one hand, the other pushed the door slightly. The door collapsed on the debris filled ground with a crash. Not even it's rusted hinges could keep it standing.

You released the breath you obliviously been holding and went inside.

The quiet was eerie, darkness lurked in ever corner. Some of the ceiling was caving in, it's remains on the floor in front of you. You slid your shotgun into it's place and took out your flashlight, gripping it in your teeth as your hands moved the ceiling plates. Nothing.

You stood up and waved your light source around. Debris and cobwebs were your only company in the room so far.

Maybe not

A hysterical giggle echoed throughout the structure, the sound of footsteps echoed following them. You took another calm breath and entered another room.

This area was different. There were still remains of the ceiling scattered around, but a streak of red appeared on the walls. You shone your flashlight at the stain, inspecting it.

It wad blood.

Another giggle rung in your ears. You looked behind yourself cautiously and saw a shade if red that wasn't there before. You blinked, it left.

You went through many more rooms, finding the same things, sometimes graffiti on the walls that talked about suicide and death, sometimes the remains of what a mental person once owned. The last room was bigger than the rest, and in the middle, was the satanic symbol. A circle with a star in it. You quietly took a picture of it.

Hello hysterical giggle. Nice to hear you again.

You took a deep breath and called out, "Is anyone there?" You stiffened.

No answer.

You made your way to a set of stairs and climbed them. Once at the top, you sighed. You had found no evidence that someone or something lived here, so what was the point of coming. Oh yeah, it was your job as a officer to go and investigate the troubles that people report. You saw no one, not a single living being, but you couldn't help but wonder about the small fits of creepy laughter you've heard. That was proof that there was someone here. But where were they?

You reached the doors nd grasped the-

Wait, doors?

The door that had crashed down when you pushed it was back and on it's hinges. You tugged on it. It didn't move. Neither did the other one.

Sweat trickled down your temple as you whipped around. All the windows- which were open when you first saw them- had bricks cemented in them, blocking the only escape route you had.

"ϒϴῠ thϴῠght ϒϴῠ ͼϴῠlδ lϵανϵ ϻϵ hϵrϵ, δῖδͷ't ϒϴῠ? (You thought you could leave me here, didn't you?)"

The voice startled you.

"Who are you? Please come out!" You yelled, flashing your light around. It flickered out after a bit. "Dammit..." you muttered, hitting your flashlight against your hand in attempt to tuen it back on.

"tῠt tῠt... Wαtͼh ϒϴῠr lαͷgῠαgϵ
ϒ/ͷ. (tut tut... Watch your language Y/N)"

"Show yourself! Now!"

Those same glowing red eyes appeared in front of you, a cheshire cat snirk appearing below them.

"sαtῖsfῖϵδ? (satisfied?)"

The red eyes blinked, the smile turned to a frown.

"ῖ'ϻ ͷϴt gϴῖͷg tϴ sαϒ thαt ῖ'ϻ sϴrrϒ fϴr thῖs... (I'm not going to say that I'm sorry for this...)"

You felt something sharp pierce your side. Pain rippled throughout your body, sending your vison spiraling. The world then went darker than it already was.
