I can't believe this is happening. This feels like a nightmare. One that we can't wake up from. We have to keep moving forward. We have to keep figuring out how to get out of here. I click on the gun. It has a flashlight addition. It lights up a hallway. A hallway filled with water. I jump down. The water's cold. It feels like ice and feels like it's cutting into my feet.

"Is that a good idea?" He asks me.

"Is there another way?" I ask. 

"I don't know." He says.

"It's so dark. I can't see anything." I move the gun side by side.

"Let me see if I can turn on the lights." He turns and starts flicking with wires.

Those spider things have something to do with the Xem creatures. I can't even pronounce the name right. I take another step. The water is so dark. I can't see anything. It's like black. So, walking in it is probably a risk, but we don't have a lot of options. The coldness tugs at my feet. The water ground is so slippery. I don't want to fall. 

"How's it coming?" I call.

"Good." He calls back.

I hear something. I turn quickly. There's something in the water. I sense it. I hear something. Then, I feel something grab my leg and pull me under. Water fills my lungs as I see the shape. I slam up into the surface. He turns. I see blood bubbling up. My blood. 

"You okay?!" He  yells.

"There's something in the water!" I yell.
