I just blankly stared at the piece of paper in my hands and they started to tremble.
'L-L-Lily? Is this really wh-what's written o-or am I i-i-imagining it? No this can't b-be.....!! 😖'

I was broken out of my trance when I heard footsteps. I quickly crumbled the paper and shoved it in my bag before hurriedly closing my locker.

"Hey Y/n where were you? We've been looking for you" the voice belonged to Jungkook, I swiftly turned around and looked at the 7 boys standing in front of me.

"Oh sorry I-I decided to ge-get my books from my locker since I-I was nearb-by" I was trying so hard not stutter but I was actually still trying to process the name written on the paper.

They nodded and we started walking to our class when I was back to my thoughts. 'Is this really what I think it is?'

Author's POV

Jin was walking along with everyone but he noticed that Y/n was looking a bit out of place and he got very concerned.
"Hey y/n you good? You look a bit tensed, is everything alright?" Jin asked.

He was a bit worried because he thought that maybe something might have happened when she was gone for so long. And because she was stuterring a lot while speaking so he knew some things was up.

"Yeah I'm a-alright" Y/n said with a fake smile, he knew she was lying. All of them knew something was up but they thought not to ask.

Since she didn't seem to want to say, they didn't question any further but were still a bit concerned.

Y/n decided to gave a quick glance towards Taehyung but as usual he had a cold face and he was looking straight in front.

Taehyung's POV

We were waiting for Y/n in the cafeteria but after 5 min, she still didn't show up so we got up and went to look for her.

After about 10 min, I found her near her locker holding something, well more like I saw her holding something because the others were trying to look for her in the other direction even though they were behind me, so they didn't notice it but I did.

But then she suddenly crumbled the 'something' and threw in her bag, probably because she heard our footsteps. That's when I realized it was a paper. I got really curious to what was on the paper.

The others saw her standing and then started approaching her. She quickly shut her locker and turned towards us. She looked very scared and tensed which made me kinda concerned but also confused at the same time.

"Hey Y/n where were you? We've been looking for you" Jungkook was the first to ask.

She looked directly towards us and answered "Oh sorry I-I decided to ge-get my books from my locker since I-I was nearb-by" she stuttered a lot making me question myself even more. 'Why am I so curious? Ughhh Taehyung mind your business!"

I shrugged it off and tried to ignore the thoughts away. We started walking to our class when Jin asked something to Y/n which I was dying to ask but didn't want to sound nosy. It made all of us turn our full attention to her.

"Hey y/n you good? You look a bit tensed, is everything alright?" It made all of us turn our full attention to her. She immediately looked at us and responded "Yeah I'm a-alright". She showed a smile which I KNEW was fake. I'm pretty sure none of us bought that excuse but we decided to stop questioning because we shouldn't force her.

I entered class and sat down on my seat. I didn't want to be here, this class was very boring and I hated it. 'Ughhh history is so boring'

The teacher soon decided to show her uninterested face. As class started, I was beginning to doze off so I put hand on the table and sleep.

I was woken up the yelling of someone, so I lifted my head and looked at the person who clearly seemed to have a death wish. It was Y/n.

I streched my arms and looked at her with an annoyed face. 'Why did she wake me up??!'

"What do you want? " I asked with clear annoyance in my voice.

She suddenly changed her expression to a disbelieved one.

"What do you mean 'what do you want' I woke you up because class ended and you're gonna be late for the next class"

Whaaat? Is that why she woke me up?? I don't give a shit about class!! Aish, I could have still been peacefully sleeping if it weren't for her.

"You know you didn't have to do that" I said while getting up and exiting the classroom while leaving her.

I was walking to my next class because since I was already there was no point to miss class so I decided to go.

'Was I a bit too harsh? I mean she did wake me up so I wouldn't miss class. She could have left me there and make me get detention but she didn't'

At this point I was kinda regretting for being rude to her but I didn't bother to go back and apologize.
'I'll just apologize later'

Y/n's POV

We reached class and I sat down on my seat next to Taehyung as usual. I took a deep breath and thought to ignore the piece of paper. 'Maybe it was just a mistake, I mean it could happen, right?'

The teacher arrived and class started. I started taking notes when I heard soft snores beside me. I turned to find a Taehyung with his head down between his crossed arms on the table. 'Will he really sleep during class? Does he not care about passing?'

I rolled my eyes and went back to paying attention to the lesson while taking my notes, ignoring the snoring bear beside me.

*Ringgggggggggg~

The bell rang, indicating class ended. I decided to wake Taehyung up so he doesn't get detention for being late to his next class.

"Hey! Taehyung wake up" I called him but he wasn't waking up. 'How can this dude still be asleep after the loud sound of the bell AND my yelling?'

"Yah! Taehyung you're gonna be late for class" I slightly shook him and he finally started waking up. He lifted his head up and stretched his hands.

He looked at me with an annoyed look. "What do you want? "

I gave him a look of disbelief. "What do you mean 'what do you want' I woke you up because class ended and you're gonna be late for your next class"

"You know you didn't have to do that" he said while getting up and going out, leaving me there, dumbfounded.

'What the hell! First I decide to wake him up and instead of a 'thank you' he just left like that??!! Whatever! I should have never bothered waking him up'

After we finished our classes of the day, all the boys and I were walking to the parking lot. I was mostly silent because I kept thinking about the events of this morning that really made me out of place. And yes, I was still ignoring Taehyung because of his rudeness and he didn't even look bothered about it.

We arrived to the car and hopped in. If you're wondering why I'm also going with them is because they forced me to come with them.

I sat between Taehyung and Jungkook, not like I had any other option. Taehyung immediately put his earphones in, and just stared out the window. I was still a bit mad at him but wasn't trying to make too obvious since I was scared what could happen if I got on his bad side. I guess I was already kinda on his bad side but I shrugged it off.

15 minutes later, we were in front of my little hous that I was just barely surviving in. The car stopped and I got out.

"Thanks guys for the ride, you really didn't have to though" I said while thanking

"Hey we're friends, aren't we?" Jin replied while giving me a smile, I smiled back.

"Yeah and you don't have to thank us everytime" the voice belonged to Jimin, I just nodded and smiled widely at them.

"Don't be late tomorrow though or we won't think twice before jumping in from your window and break in" Jungkook said making all of us giggle.

I rolled my eyes but smiled again.
"Alright we'll get going see you tomorrow" Hoseok said while waving and they left.

I smiled to myself. 'They really are great. Do I really deserve them? Their great friends, I'm really happy I got to be their friend' I thought and was about to open my door when I heard someone approached me.

"I see, you not only tried hitting on ONE but the whole group. Tsk you really are a slut"

I immediately turned around and was met with the one person I had completely forgotten about. The person I was most terrified of...............
