❝For a moment the last sunshine fell with romantic affection upon her glowing face; her voice compelled me forward breathlessly as I listened – then the glow faded, each light deserting her with lingering regret, like children leaving a pleasant street at dusk.❞

She'd watch over him whilst he was unconscious, made sure he was protected and well cared for. One day, when she arrives, a book in her hand as usual as she tends to read to him, Bucky isn't unconscious anymore. Instead, he's slumped against the glass, covered in a light sheen of sweat.
Having no idea who let him out and why he hasn't run, she carefully approaches him.

As she is about to introduce herself softly, Bucky's head jolts upwards and he stares at her, confusion on his face. He then gasps out three words: "I know you."
