˗ˏˋ★‿︵‧ ˚ ₊⊹ 𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐊 𝐏𝐄𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐒 𝐅𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐒𝐎𝐅𝐓𝐋𝐘 𝐓𝐎 to the pavements of the silent city of Yokocho Japan, the cherry blossom trees growing more naked of it's gorgeous leaves the growing seconds, a few of these much beloved blossom leaves were crunched underneath the brown Uwabaki shoes belonging to the short pinkette, known to be Yôkô Sayori. Besides her was Tomeo [Y/n], it was pure silence between the pair as they continued to walk down the warm street.

Whilst [y/n] was more than grateful to be outside of the alleyway, they do wish that they had more time to be able to completely take everything in properly, it felt like they had just been thrown into the entire experience with no warnings - and to be quite frank, that was rather what happened one way or another. With a sigh they pocketed their hands into their pockets and tried to think more about everything the best they could without making things too awkward between themselves and Sayori.

[y/n] wasn't exactly sure what would be happening, should i tell her that i'm from a completely different world? they wondered to themselves, their posture slouched as their expression hardened upon focusing on the matter at hand. It was something they couldn't just get out of their head, sure this seemed like it would be a fun experience.. suddenly having the opportunity to live within any fictional world regarding a favourite game, film or book series? it just seemed like it would be too good.

The fact that [y/n] knew absolutely nothing about the creature that had even brought them into this world - rather dangerously may i add - made their anxiety spike a little more than usual. They weren't sure about a lot of things about the universe in general, they weren't sure how to fit in completely, they weren't sure about anything.. no, no, that could cause some sort of world altering or something. the messy teenager shook the thought to explain their situation to the innocent seeming girl strolling besides them.

From everything [y/n] had recalled from the game, nobody but Monika had known they were even apart of the game, everyone were simply characters with no mindset for themselves. As their lips thinned into a straight line, [y/n] supposed telling Monika would be the best option if it were needed.. though they should be careful if they ended up turning to such a thing.

Now, to face the current issues, [y/n] wasn't sure of their place in the universe, were they replacing the original MC of the game? no, if they had then they were sure Sayori wouldn't have asked for their name and been so confused... and they would have been inside a home or have appeared at a canon scene rather than almost dying from fall damage..

The situation was rather irritating to ponder about for too long, the growing heat of the sun glaring down to the city of Yokocho had not been helping much either and only created more issues with thinking clearly and logically.

where is that damn box when i need it? [y/n] scoffed mentally, rubbing the bridge of their nose as they took a small breather. As much as the damn thing had proven it to be so easy to get on their nerves, [y/n] couldn't deny that the flirtatious thing was needed for so much understanding of their situation.

"ah, Tomeo-san?" A soft yet high voice broke the train of concentration, [y/n] shifted their gaze towards the shorter and much more rosy girl, "i'm sorry if this is personal.. but what were you doing in that alleyway?" Sayori asks nervously, tilting her head to the side faintly.

The young girl was worried, the concern swirling throughout her eyes as a frown fell to her lips. The pinkette's footsteps came to a short stop as her gaze fell down to her hands which she held together. Sayori couldn't help but come up with short theories to what the attractive, yet completely roughed up, stranger had been doing in such a dump.

Sayori didn't wish to overstep any boundaries, as much as the teenage girl tended to do so without much notice herself, she felt the need to be extra careful about how she acted and what she said around [y/n].. after all, they were freakishly hot.

Softening their gaze they chuckled rather sheepishly and rubbed the nape of their neck with a faint sweat bead falling to the floor from their cheek. "ah, well uh.." shit, just what exactly were they supposed to say? that weird screen hadn't explained what they should do, nor has it really appeared within these short few minutes of their time here to give them a believable excuse to go around and use.

Noticing the persons hesitance, the girl felt her muscles tense up, picking her nails becoming more frequent as she bit down on her soft lips causing some blood to seethe out. Her mind become scrambled as she dropped her head down, her gaze not leaving the floor as she frowned. DAMN IT!! Why can't you just keep your stupid questions to yourself?! she hissed to herself, narrowing her eyes to the ground as if the blank pavement had caused some sort of personal offense. "I- i'm sorry! it's really none of my business and i just b-blurted it out!!" she squeaked an apology, her body seemingly shrinking further into herself.

[y/n]'s lips switched down into a short frown, it was a fairly innocent question, if they had come across some poor stranger in an alleyway, they would show concern themselves.. whether it was for the strangers, or their own safety didn't need to be specified. "no, no! You're perfectly fine Yôkô." they smiled, trying their best to reassure the girl who - between everyone here - were their favourite,

Trying to find something out, an excuse that didn't make them sound clinically insane and deranged, they looked aside and simply shrugged. "ah, my.. parents kicked me out?" their voice however was strained and hesitant, unsure if the excuse would even work out.

[y/n] looked away, both adding to the tense feeling in both of their chests, yet mainly due to them being unsure again about their life within the world.. did they have parents here? were they [y/n]'s parents from their world placed here? god, they sure as hell hoped not.. did they have parents? a guardian? anything? it was so confusing and rather irritating that the information on his sudden life in the world now wasn't something he had ahold of.. yet at least.

Sayori however, luckily, didn't seem at all too suspicious about it, only frowning and gazing towards the roughed up new friend of hers with concern visibly shown swirling throughout her eyes, her thought process practically paused as a lingering awkwardly tense silence threatened them. How could they? the girl thought, her eyes trailing all around [y/n]. how could they kick out such a.. a sweet person!? sure the two had only met, but Sayori just felt so drawn to them and she could tell they were a complete sweetheart.

"i- i'm so sorry!" Sayori apologised, as if she had been the reason [y/n] had been kicked from their home, the (h/c) person only blinked, raising an eyebrow and pursing their lips, though before they could even say anything the pinkette immediately grasped the others hands into her own and softly brushed her thumbs over their knuckles.

"I can't believe they did such a thing! You.. you deserve so much more, what assholes." Sayori wasn't completely certain how to comfort somebody perfectly, however she tried her best. The girl dropped her head, thinking as she tried her best too focus on the matter at hand, and not the fact she was actually holding [y/n]'s hands.

NO! damn it, Sayori!! Just get it in your mind already! The girl shook her head, trying to erase the soft feel to the others palms. this isn't the time to think about this sort of thing! She mentally slapped herself, thinking back to [y/n] and their terrible situation, she wasn't sure how to help the poor new friend of hers, but she would try anything.

As she parted her lips to ask how she could help, a sudden thought struck her, it wasn't exactly a safe thing.. she hardly knew them... Ren would probably give her such a harder time if he found out, however looking up towards [y/n] with a look of certainty. "live with me!"

The words made [y/n]'s throat dry, had Sayori always been this so incredibly dumb enough to allow a complete stranger into her home? They honestly weren't sure whether or not they should be worried about their own safety - although knowing Sayori would never hurt a fly nevermind a human being. "i.. excuse me?" they sounded unsure.

"a-ah, too blunt?" Sayori slowly let go off their hands and held her own nervously with a faint chuckle, dropping her head and staring off to the ground she began mentally abusing herself, her overthinking getting the better of her before [y/n] snapped her from those thoughts. "I'm sorry, [y/n]!! i just um.. wel.. well.. i just don't want y-you.. to.. i just don't want for you to sleep out here, that's all!" she tried explaining herself, her eyes widening upon realising she may have been sounding like a massive creep.

"I SWEAR I'M NOT TRYING ANYTHING!!" she blurted out in a panic, throwing her hands up into the air as if surrendering, shutting her eyes tightly not realising that screaming such a things would make her seem even furthermore untrustworthy..

Luckily for her however, [y/n] only smiled faintly, while they couldn't recall all of the events of the game - playing it at a rather young age and all, they could never forget about Sayori and her personality and the type of person she was. i can't believe MC was such a bitch to this adorable girl.. They sighed, shaking their head for a moment and smiling a little more as they rubbed the back of their neck.

"ah, don't worry about it, i don't take you to be such a person, Yôkô!" They reassured, cocking their head to the side noticing Sayori's expression flatten, "..ah, d-did i say something wrong?" they furrowed their brows in concern.

The petite girl quickly shook her head and only bit her inner cheek, hesitant before eventually outwardly saying what was on her mind. "..i told you to call me by my first name.." her fingers found their way to her ribbon bow and fumbled around with it. "u-uh! not saying that you have to or anything, i just thought that if.. just thought that if i can call you by your first name that.. that being so professional with it isn't needed! you.. you know?" she rambled.

[y/n]'s soft chuckles had broken Sayori's open rambling over-thinking, the girl snapping her gaze over to the adoring yet rat looking figure, her gaze locked onto the [h/c]'s body as it shook with every angelic laughter. God, the way their hips dipped, the way those dirty clothes kept so tight around that amazing body of theirs. Sayori honestly wasn't sure whether or not she should be envious or flustered.. then again, why not both?

"ah, that's correct.. we did have that little agreement, didn't we?" They ran their fingers throughout their head, eyes fluttering open once again and landing on the flushed Sayori, "i'll try my best to remember that, Sayori." they promised, smiling as they did so whilst the shorter girl in question looked away instantly with a faint squeak.

hearing my name come from their lips.. Sayori pondered, the words still quite fresh within her mind as she sighed dreamily. why.. why does it feel so perfect? The pink-ette eternally groaned, coming to the realisation that perhaps Ren had been right all those weeks ago, 'you fall for people so easily' he said, Jesus, Sayori couldn't believe the guy was right.

"and, you're certain you'll be alright with me staying at yours?" [Y/N] asked, their head falling to one side as some hair fell between their eyes, as if being a paid actor just to make them seem even more beautiful then usual. "..will your parent's not be angry?" they hummed, though then again, did she have any parents in general? i mean.. obviously, but they couldn't quite recall anything about Sayori's parents.

The petite girl fell silent, her mind wondering elsewhere for a while as her gaze fell down to her nails. "uhm.. they're both overseas for a while, so things will be perfectly fine there." she cleared her throat, smiling brightly as she gave [y/n] a reassuring thumbs up and a playful wink. "ah, if anything it's my friend you should worry about~ he's a little overprotective!" she giggled.

[y/n] took notice of the girl's pause, however, decided against bringing it up and instead perked up on the mention of her friend, the usage of 'he' made them only assume it could be MC she were talking about.. though... ugh, nevermind, this entire game travel concept was confusing enough! they supposed they could just ask 'the box' for answers.

"your friend?" they hummed, their eyes gazing down the street before walking once more, if the two continued standing around they would get nothing done after all. From the corner of their eyes, they could see Sayori fall behind closely as she nodded. "mm! his name is Ren, he's a little harsh getting to know new people, says that girls like the 'mysterious' type and went ahead and made it his entire personality." the girl sighed, shaking her head upon folding her arms.

[y/n] covered their mouth as they laughed, Sayori joining along as the two found Ren's thought process to be quite amusing. "y-yeah, he's never had a girlfriend before~" Sayori giggled, looking aside for a moment as the two turned streets.
